Friendly, cozy coffee joint atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee and good times all round, no complaints.

I went to this store for the first and last time. I order a caramel macchiato decaf, the taste was a burn coffee. I came back to change it and the lady who was on the bar pretty upset and with terrible attitude did it again but this time worse than the first one. No caramel, no vanilla pumps, no nothing, just coffee with foam. After she finished the order she just throwed on the table. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.

Very delicious latte and Pumpkin drink coffee with cinnamon! And bacon sandwich! Tuesday and Wednesday . we have beautiful lunch here! Thanks a lot!

Typically always have a great experience at this Starbucks location with great customer service from the staff... But was pretty grossed out this morning to find 2 dead ants in my drink.

I went this morning to buy a cappuccino and bring my cup of Starbucks. When they gave it to me it was full but after a while I realized that it was pure foam and when I saw the glass it was half full. The bad thing is that I was already at work when I realized I couldn't complain again. Plus the taste was bad. I paid a lot for what was totally disgusting coffee, the worst experience.

Consistently bad. Laughable Infact. I always get a quad long espresso. The last time I was there the label said triple and the cup felt light. I asked if it had 4 long shots in the the cup. She said a triple was 4 shots. I hit my head and just left. No use explaining stupid. Also I'm not there to teach grown adults to count. I've had them mess up my simple order many times. I am a loyal customer and love my local on 41st in Kerrisdale.

Friendly neighbourhood Starbucks, nice place to meetup with friends or for some me time. Not really any scenery unless you like looking at cars driving along Boundary Road. Baristas are nice and helpful. I especially like their creativity on the stoppers for lids.

It's my first time I had experience in Starbucks. It was really good, the employees were really helpful and they took time to explain about Starbucks and how it has a lot of options for customers; they can choose their own beverage so it was pretty good! The first experience was awesome! I would recommend everyone to go for Starbucks if you want to have a coffee as my first time was worth every penny!

Terrible service. They ripped me off. The manager of this location steals People's money and tells them they are out of items after she charged me for the items.

I absolutely love the app. Pre-ordering is something that c0v!d brought in and I hope it never goes away. You can also get point which you can redeem for a free drink or food. My go to is always the cold iced espresso drinks even in winter. Pictured is the trenta sizes ice coffee. There's always cheery baristas and the service is very efficient.

Great location. Never tried their food due to limited selection. Great staff and atmosphere. Parking is available in the next block. Mostly busy location.

Good service but a bit slow. Coffee and food are standard Starbucks faire. Liked the nice selection of coffee mugs and bottles.

This is a typical Starbucks location located just off of the main border between Burnaby and Vancouver. Often grab coffee and snack here either coming from or going towards the highway which is located just down the street. This location is very typical of other Starbucks coming a full coffee and meal service area and a small dining area as well. The parking lot is relatively small but there is a secondary parking lot just below which is iaccessible. There's also street parking. This location tends to be steadily busy. Prices are in line with other Starbucks and there always seems to be available food and drink here in stock. It certainly is well maintained and clean and bright. Will come again

Wow half an hour to get a drink! Be fair tell me the wait will be 20-30 minutes, then I get to choose to stay or go. The baristas was working hard and he has the deepest baritone voice I have ever heard, or he was sick cause to my ear the man had no voice (is he making my drink while he is sick?) He said I called your drink out twice, yet I was right in front of him? 2 people to serve a line-up of 15. Sorry, they are short staffed and I sure hope that server wasn’t as sick as he sounded. I would have sent him home as a manger. Second poor experience at this location. I’ll give it a pass next time.

Service at the counter is good. I'm giving 3 stars bcs the place is dirty people rarely sweep the floor or clean the windows.
