Tiffany & Co management need to show the film, "Pretty Woman" to their staff during any customer service training. Yesterday my husband and I went to the dubai mall store to purchase a silver ring. We were told that they didn't have any silver rings in stock... I then brought up the 2 rings on the Web page. The assistant turned on her designer heals into the back room and low and behold presented me with the two rings to try on. Unfortunately I was having "sizing issues " as my fingers were swollen (I use walking crutches) . I wasn't convinced about the size of ring to buy, so politely explained why I was going to leave it. This was part of a special purchase as its our silver wedding anniversary. I wanted a simple ring to wear on my little finger next to my platinum wedding bands. I had decided not to purchase the ring and indeed a pair of diamond earrings that I had chosen too, before i had even tried them on, just because of the attitude of the staff. So in the words of Julia Roberts (if your staff do get sales commission) "BIG MISTAKE " I took my money elsewhere. Not impressed

My visit to Tiffany & Co was met by a truly courteous and warm welcome from the very beginning. Mrs. Ekaterina Ivanova gave me a very professional and helpful advice when picking my rings and made the process smooth. She was supportive and not pushy and even went out of her way to reserve the pieces I was interested in when I was still thinking. I came back 20 minutes later and everything was prepared when I finally made my decision. I will definitely be back again 😁.

Came Thursday evening, asked if we can clear the rings and earrings, but were told to come tomorrow because there are a lot of people. No other offers or apologies for inconvenience. Kinda feel kicked out from the store where we purchased 3 rings and 1 pair of earrings that don’t cost 100 aed

Worst experience in dubai mall we wanted to buy a ring we waited 20 mi without anyone taking care of us while half of the staff was available. Go to cariter opposite they know how to take care of their customers.

I must say my outfit was a complete tourist style one (jeans, cap, sneakers, backpack … in summary nothing not even close to girly/fancy) so, I literally looked completely out of place to be honest; first they looked at me and concluded I was “window shopping” (which was logic), but then when I explained it was my birthday and I wanted to give myself something nice that I could wear daily, they were awesome. They started showing me pieces matching my request and I tried them. They also brought some coffee and cookies and sang “happy bday” to me…. Very sweet from the personnel (other customers also sang, that was funny). I found the perfect piece for me and enjoyed everything. If you go to Dubai mall and visit Tiffany and Co, ask for Mohammed, he is awesome and made my birthday memorable (I was feeling a little depressed and lonely before entering).

I liked Tiffany shop in Dubai Mall, it was nice. But there were some strange things: At first I visited Tiffany in Atlantis shop where I tried two necklaces Lovestruck Heart Tag and Heart tag chain. Aida - the person who helped me - was really nice! But I have to think which necklace to choose and asked her to book for me the necklace s in Dubai Mall for the nest day. She did it and even wrote me in whats app, but when I came to Dubai mall the next day there was no booking for me! There was only one necklace - Lovestruck heart, so I had to buy it. Next day I was at the airport and tried to get tax free, but I was told that the shop made a mistake and I needed to go back to Dubai mall to correct it! But I couldn't as I was going back home. So my experience in Tiffany shop was bad! I didn't like the fact that after booking I didn't get what I booked and I didn't like that the staff at Tiffany was so inattentive and made a mistake with documents!
