What a horrible money hungry customer service. I brought in my watch just to have the batteries changed, they told me they need to change the whole mechanism inside its spoiled and the waterproof part is broken. also they need to change the glass on the dial. They quoted me 2500 AED. I told them i don't need all of that I just wanted the battery changed.They were almost forcing me to do all the above. I took it from them without any servicing. All this took almost a week of back and forth arguing. I then traveled to Bangkok and gave Cartier in Bangkok my watch to change the battery, within two hours the watch was ready, I only paid about 150 AED and on top of that I asked them if something is wrong with the mechanism or any other parts, they told me that my watch is PERFECT from the insides and nothing additional is needed.

Unfortunately i had the worst experience ever when i walked into the Cartier boutique. i wanted a consultation since i was going to buy my first love bracelet and i wanted to compare sizes and colors and see what fits. They were extremely arrogant and nobody was helping. A lebanese woman with lip fillers “greeted” at me the door and was sighing and looking at me up and down the whole time. i was asking her for a consultation and she was on her phone not even responding to me. She was texting and ignoring me. I am extremely upset because i travelled to Dubai just to get the love bracelet from this branch. But i changed my mind after the extremely awful and poor treatment. I’ve been to other Cartier branches in the world and i know the treatment in this boutiqe was definitely not the Cartier standard at all.

I am very disappointed with the service, I was at the Dubai Mall today from Fashion Avery, I went to the cartier to find out if it is possible to change the size of my ring because I chose a large size, this women she looks like a Chinese or a Filipina narrow eyes , she then answered my request, laughed at me and was very rude, despite the fact that this is a high-class Cartier and in no case should habal people work like that! I warned her, I said, calm down and talk politely, but this did not stop her, I will tell the truth, not only did she raise her voice and at the same time there was a very unpleasant smell from her mouth, I could not continue with her. a shame! such people should be sent to several trainings in etiquette and customer service! They give excellent first impression, because all they want is to sell. They don't really care about the fittings once you purchase it. I'm extremely disappointed with their tailor Kristina. If you find the dress of your dream in a better price buy it from them but find a tailor that understands and is experienced in wedding gowns. To cut a long story short: I ordered size 8 of dress from Spain,although they wanted me to take the one they had in store(size 10)and alter it. Got the dress sooner that they expected, and after 4 months I went for 1st fitting. All she had to do was to make it shorter. She failed. It was 3cm longer than what we agreed. Somehow they convinced me it was perfect (it was convenient for them cause the tailor had to go on leave) Later that day I realized it wasn't evenly cut from both sides. Unacceptable work for a wedding dress tailor. She doesn't have any understanding at all. Wouldn't recommend that place at all. You may find good offers and think you are saving money, but an the end of they day you are wasting your energy, good mood and time!

Yesterday I visited The Wedding Shop, it has very nice dresses and accessories are incredible. The staff is very friendly and cooperative . Dresses have very reasonable prices and are affordable . Any bride can make her dream come true while wearing such beautiful clothes . I will highly recommend The Wedding Shop.

Lovely selection of dresses but very poor aftercare. It has made wedding dress shopping a truly stressful experience. Upon buying my dress I was told it would be adjusted to fit 8weeks before the wedding. I have had three fittings and all they have done is take in the back so now it is too tight and it's still far too big at the front. They then proceeded to tell me that I had gained weight and that's why it was tight (untrue, I have been measuring my waist biweekly). I have now picked it up and taken it to stitch in time where they are actually trying to help me. All the assistants said was "this is the trouble with buying the sample" despite them assuring me it will fit perfectly at the time of purchase. I'm now getting married in 3 weeks time and I'm hoping that stitch in time can help me. For the amount you spend in this shop the tailoring should be perfect, it is far from this. They just want to make a quick sale and will tell you anything until you buy it.

The Wedding Shop is the perfect gem in the city. I was searching and found the saint patrick collection breath taking and the price tag was super reasonable. Some of them look triple the price because they are just so wow. Jen there was so so helpful throughout the whole process. I'm so impatient to experience the dress I bought!!! I visited 7 stores and The Wedding Shop topped them all.

Been with a lot of bridal shop and I may say by far this boutique has a wide range of selection and not to mention staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will listen to what you like and give advise. About the price very reasonable so if you are looking for elegant but not too expensive dress then this is the place that is worth to visit.

From the moment I walk into this business, I smile from ear to ear. The location is a bit out there from the main hubs of Dubai but it's not too bad of a drive I always find what I'm looking for here. Stylish suits, clean place and a friendly staff.

I visited this store planning to buy one of the leather goods and asked one of the staff about the story behind Cartier leather and the testing process ext. and I was so shocked when this staff member telling me that Cartier is not a leather brand which implies that Cartier leather Is poorly mad and doesn’t match other competitive brand. This was shocking experience for me since my last 2 wallets was Cartier and most of my family members own Cartier purse’s. I guess based on Cartier staff advice is never buy Cartier leather goods.

The workers are a bit arrogant. As if you are a beggar, and they are millionaires. I bought a bracelet for my birthday, they never give any small gifts. Although I have a great story in the store. In other countries they always give some kind of present for memory which you cant buy in the store. Here you will not be given anything as a present. The store itself is of course chic. And the products are the most beloved. But change the policy of the store in terms of small presents.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time. We went in and booked to change the strap from leather to steel. After a few weeks, they called and said it’s ready. We went to pick it up and they literally took TWO HOURS to give it to us!! I mean why call us if it’s not ready? A huge waste of time!

I wanted to buy a Cartier bracelet from the shop beside Rolex store but unfortunately my experience there was very disappointing. The sales Lady wasn’t very friendly. I felt very rushed and that she was somehow annoyed. At first she said she has my size then she said there was one more bracelet in the computer but she couldn’t find it…. I visited this boutique in November of 2016 to try on wedding dresses for the first time. The staff was so informative and patient. They make appointments with only one bride in their store at a time so all attention is on you during your appointment. They don't oversell the dresses as they understand this is an important decision for the bride. I fell in love with my dress at their shop. They recommended that I visit other boutiques as well since this was my first time trying wedding dresses. I couldn't stop thinking of this dress after I left so two weeks later I scheduled another appointment to try it on again. My heart was set and I placed my order. Couldn't recommend this place and their staff enough for other brides that are feeling overwhelmed with the whole wedding dress shopping experience. Absolutely wonderful experience for me. Waiting for my gown to arrive to start the fitting!

We went to Cartier Dubai Mall on Sunday Dec 25th at ~ 23:00, following a recommendation from a friend who is a long term Cartier Collectionneur … who showed us several historical pieces in his possession and explained to us the History of the brand … I went to the Flagship Store in Dubai excited about starting a new relationship with this mythical brand ! While I was trying an earring, the closure piece fell from my hands … I immediately told them that it fell in the chair … I tried looking for it but it was difficult to find as it is very small … suddenly I found myself surrounded by security guys … the shop was emptied and closed … I was so scared that I proposed the staff I go to the toilet to search my own clothes (if the piece fell inside) … I was instead take. To a back office room where I was asked to search within my clothes … my Husband was so embarrassed, he offered twice to pay for the earrings and leave the store … this whole episode lasted for almost 45 mins … multiple security guides and store managers searched for the missing piece and did not find it … I repeated several times it fell on the chair where I was sitting … they brought a metal detector etc … at the end the missing piece was indeed found in the chair as I told them since the start … while I was relieved , I felt HUMILIATED and BULLIED … while I entered the store happy and excited I left CRYING and barely Walking … my Husband tried to talk to me me for an hour but I was unable to speak back, I was obviously in a state of shock after what happened … Later at night I felt strong stomach pain and I had to go to Emergency to take some calming Medicine … that’s when I came to realize that I was TRAUMATIZED by the experience I just lived in the Cartier Boutique in Dubai Mall … I understand that they need to ensure security to prevent theft, but I would have appreciated a Human approach to the situation … while I was planning on purchasing several pieces and start a long term relationship with the brand, I know have no desire to go any way near that store again … HUMILIATING !

The staff were so so so kind ! But really I didn’t like the fees procedure! I was fine with the one that was listed on the website and i booked ! I think 4 dresses for 100 aed which is “ok” ! When i reached there it was divided into sections and each section has a different price ! I don’t see it professional for a nice place like that!
