It was pretty cold inside and we couldn't lay down on the sunbeds because of that. The water in the jacuzzi was actually colder than the water in the swimming pool and the smell of chloride was very strong . Other than that, nice place...

Amazing, like anytime we come in this place!

The temperature in the rooms is toooo high, because of the pool. 29 Celsius, you need to open the windows all the time and during night to use AC...mandatory. Breakfast very poor, with no labels on the food, you don t know what you eat. You always need to ask for bread, milk and whatever you need because they bring a very small quantity. The employees from the restaurant are Grinch....sorry to say that but on hollyday I want to spend quality time. Good food and drinks. Big pool but one shower from 2 is not functioning and there is nobody at the reception of the pool if you need something. Not a 5 star hotel.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms, heated outdoor pool, nice spa, great breakfast. Also nice restaurant, they have the best papanași, the closest recipe to those my mum made back in my childhood (these are oven baked, with lots of cheese and a delicious vanilla sauce).

One word for the whole experience: fabulous! Huge rooms, great view, extraordinary location. A-bistro is a perfect place to eat, both lunch and dinner. Didn't get breakfast. The pool is cosy and relaxing, the spa also has a sauna and fitness room.

Wonderful place to stay. All the facilities are great, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the restaurant has delicious dishes. My overall experience was perfect at this location.

If it is not the best accommodation in the Bucovina area, it is certainly the best in Campulung Moldovenesc. Very nice, clean rooms, equipped with AC, smart TV and everything you could need on a vacation and have a modern look. Pleasant atmosphere, quiet, pleasant scenery and a very good restaurant. The hotel also has a swimming pool, spa center, football and tennis court, as well as a fairly large parking lot. The staff is very polite, prompt in solving any problem and customer-oriented. I recommend with all confidence!

Neat place, clean and cozy! The only downside were the thin walls, we could hear every word spoken in the rooms next to ours. Fine dining experience, the food was really good.

We had a pleasant stay. The facilities we're great: pool, sauna, very clean. The restaurant is OK, but breakfast not that great. Also, the tennis court is nice, also clean. I would recommend checking the pillows, for us they weren't the most comfortable! But overall a pleasant and relaxing weekend stay.

Nice location, beautiful environment, good products. It has sauna, pools, jacuzzi; you can play football, tennis, badminton, swim, tan, drink and eat in the same place.

Quiet place, that's why we liked it. We spent a few hours there with our children in a rainy Saturday. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi and the wet sauna didn't work.

Really really love the place. Thumbs up for the location close to Moldova river and to the beautiful and romantic parks Eminescu and Creanga. Small but very tidy and well equipped gym. Good lockers with very nice showers. Amazing spa with jacuzzi, pool and sauna. The view from the spa is breathtaking. You can enjoy a frappe from the bar upstairs while relaxing with a magazine. A cool and posh club upstairs with nice music and great atmosphere during the weekends. Close to the town centre, very romantic location, affordable and easy accesabile.

Excellent conditions, services and food.Very new, open in Jan 2021.Big size room and bathroom, A/C, TV w WiFi.Music in restaurant is very relaxing.Taste of food is amazing.If you can't stay in the hotel, at least you should stop 2 hours for the restaurant, you will not regret.

We used the wellness center (pool & sauna) and after 1h we had to leave due to unruly other guests who were very noisy and disruptive. It is not a relaxing place since it doesn't have staff available to make sure guests are not being disturbed and that everyone is able to enjoy the amenities in peace.
