Does not recommend this place. Stay here only if you just sleep and go. It is a false advertisement - sold as an apartment, but there was only a common kitchen (the rooms consist of a bedroom and bathroom). It was prohibited to eat in our "apartment" section (for the purpose of eating we got a "maybe" answer to eat in the terrace). I have been in Croatia and Montenegro last year and there the housekeepers were so heartwarming people, here I just felt we are being loathed. Could not leave our slippers in the hallway (to avoid dirtying the house after a long day of hiking), could not get 2 more blankets, and my friend injured himself because a plastic chair crashed under him on the terrace - not to mention there were no other chairs in our rooms. After our trip I was charged via Booking to pay for the chair (~25 EUR...) even though that during our stay we agreed that it is not our responsibility. On the bright side the rooms were clean and the view from the terrace is nice (not all rooms look to the mountains, though).

It is a nice guest house close to Fagaras Mountains. We had a comfortable double room, spent 3 nights there. The room and bathroom was clean, without any problems. For dinner they offer very tasty traditional food, cooked by locals (ciorba, sarmale etc.), we enjoyed it every evening. The breakfast buffet was also really good. The staff is welcoming, they took food allergies seriously, and cooked separately for those who had allergies. All in all, it was a great experience.

I'm one of the foreign riders. With the best of intentions, I suggest the lady to visit some average rural Western European accommodation as a guest, where she can understand the difference between "room for rent" and "hospitality". (it depends on small things, but the difference is huge) - the yard is nice and rooms are clean - it is not a disadvantage if you do not have to identify the accommodation based on a picture upon arrival, it is much easier if the name is written on it - the quality of the kitchen equipment is a joke - if rain-soaked motorcyclists ask for a hairdryer (because there is none in the bathrooms), the correct answer is not: "there is none", but the owner brings one. (it would have been a big help, we left in half-wet clothes the next morning) - if the guest were to use the stove in the common kitchen (cooking sausage in the worn-out pan), he would not like to hear that "but everything will be oily and the kitchen will smell of oil!!" and is not happy when the owner takes control of the stove at an unexpected moment as "help". - in the rooms, two beds and a hanging "wardrobe" are not enough for anything, there is nowhere to store them. The only surface that can be packed in the bathroom is the closed toilet lid. (no shelves or hangers anywhere) - guests generally do not like being "supervised" as to where they are and what they are doing. - read on the style of the owner's responses to negative comments on the booking page (Booking.c..) is unacceptable.
