When I read the reviews for this resort I was a bit skeptical that it could be so spectacular. But from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the experience was absolutely incredible! Our butler Mariel Gomez was the star of the show, making sure absolutely everything was comfortable and arranged for us. The room was spacious, classic Spanish design with a modern private infinity pool and multiple balconies with ocean views. Loved everything about this hotel and excited to be back!

The best service I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel has great location. Buildings looks like museum . So artistic! It is located right next to the beautiful beach. The food there is also fantastic. When I drive though the tunnel, I felt like I went to a castle. The real experience is much better than the picture online. They also have very good security, only registered or booked people are allowed to go in. The room service is excellent. Free beverages and sunscreens in the room. If you need taxi, just call the front desk, they will arrange for you. Price is reasonable. They will use golf cart to transport you inside the resort. Overall, recommend it. Even though the price is high, but it is worth it if you can afford.

It was excellent, an unforgettable experience without a doubt, it is a wonderful place with excellent service, from check-in they treated me great and gave me an excellent welcome, excellent reception and they gave me the room super fast, my concierge was super friendly and supported me a lot with the Activities at the place, the attention I received was very personalized and the people were beautiful and friendly. I went to the spa and had a wonderful time. I had a massage and the hydrotherapy. I loved it. The food is exquisite. The sea view from the pool is unmatched. It is a super cozy place connected to nature. I loved its tunnel that crosses the mountain. I definitely recommend it

We had a perfect retreat. The staff was impeccable, did everything possible to accommodate everything and anything. We were greeted with margaritas and each evening received margaritas and guacamole to our room. The dining was phenomenal. Best ceviche I’ve ever had anywhere and the oysters were divine. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Farallon was terrific, they made an error with our entrees and fixed it to the nth power. The plunge pool on our balcony was lovely and the infinity pool was delicious. We loved watching the boats with the binoculars provided in our room and even saw whales spouting and flipping their flippers. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the tequila tasting and coffee class. Special shout out to Luz Maria at the spa.

Absolutely the best vacation experience I have ever had. Service was impeccable.Any request within reason was granted by staff. They try 100% to make you happy and comfortable. I traveled there by myself for rest and relaxation and I felt extremely safe and taken care of. Everything from the spa, the gym, the pool, the beach, my room was incredibly clean all the time. Don’t walk but run to this resort! I felt like Cleopatra being pampered everyday. Amazing job from start to finish.

I usually don't write reviews but this resort is so impressive that I'm motivated to leave a comment. The property is well designed and built. Our room has a large hot tub and a terrace with a private pool and stunning sunrise view. Every staff is friendly and professional (probably the highest staff-to-guest ratio I've ever seen in a hotel). You can feel they are trying to offering the best experience you could imagine and pursue perfection.

First class resort. We have been to resorts all over the world and this is at the top of our list if not the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. The service is impeccable and the resort is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. O and the food is 5 stars from every restaurant! We came with our 20 month old toddler and she had the best time! Super family friendly. Recommend the beachfront villa! It’s the best.

The most spectacular stay of my life! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I was greeted with the delicious drink and taken through the most magical tunnel to the resort. The hotel staff was so delightful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room had the most amazing views of ocean with a gorgeous plunge looking over the views. The hotel restaurants were unbelievable. The tequila tasting, 12 course taco meal, and cooking class was one of kind experience. The spa experience was over the top as well. It started off with a foot ceremony that immediately put me in a tranquil state. Then I had one of their Moon treatments. It was out of this world. This was the best hotel experience I've had in years. No wonder they are rated #1 resort in Mexico. I could not recommend it more for families or couples! You won't regret it.

This is a world class resort. The property is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. The service was absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Our villa was beautiful and spacious and the plunge pool on the balcony was fantastic. The food was amazing. It was an incredible experience we will never forget. We typically do not vacation in the same place twice because there is so much to see in this world, but we would absolutely return to this amazing property!

The team at WA Los Cabos provided one of my most memorable hotel/resort stays ever. The service and hospitality of the staff was the best I’ve ever experienced. Staying as a diamond member had great perks and the team went out of their way to help us with any request, even anticipating our needs at times. This hotel/resort is absolutely stunning! The grounds are so well kept and manicured - the views are breathtaking, and the staff was so attentive and phenomenal! The rooms was very clean and felt luxurious - I can’t think of one negative thing to say!

My wife and I visited the Waldorf for our 25th anniversary and it was fantastic!! The resort was beautiful with incredible ocean views and was in pristine condition. Our room was amazing with a private plunge pool overlooking the ocean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an amazing trip this is the place. We also loved being walking distance to downtown to check out the local shops and dining. They made this a great trip for us, and we would recommend it 100%!

I recently had my wedding on this resort, and it was amazing beyond belief. We had stayed before but everyone on the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was out of this world and that we were so so happy. The resort is gorgeous, the service is amazing, the food is great, and the spa is awesome. I would love to specifically call out Yarasca Gamboa, Lucie Torres, Manuel in the Neutral coffee bar, and Noe Juarez as individuals who made our stay over-the-top amazing. Will stay here at least twice in the next year as we cannot wait to get back and enjoy again!!!

Absolutely stunning resort. The rooms were probably the nicest rooms I’ve ever seen; each suite has its own plunge pool. I give this resort a perfect 5 stars for everything if you’re traveling as a couple or with older kids. For the Christmas holidays, they had nice events for young kids on the 22nd and Christmas Day but nothing else really. The kids club was very small with a handful of toddlers. We spent the last 2 days of our vacation at the Grand Velas Los Cabos which was more friendly, with an entire schedule of fun activities for kids of all ages from 10am - 10pm daily. Overall I still give this resort a perfect 5 for location, service, dining, adult activities, butler service, etc. It was worth every penny! We will absolutely be back…without our kids of course.

Beautiful location on the beach in Los Cabos. The service was great! I have many allergies, and without even asking, the chefs prepared me a 5 course meal that wasn't on the menu. The attention to detail, soft music, and fireworks show was and will be a great memory.

Our stay at the Waldorf will be a memorable experience! From the long tunnel at the entrance, to the most beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean when you enter the lobby, this place is just awesome! Our personal concierge Francisco made sure that we were comfortable and everything was attended to. We had our Kosher needs and how they accommodated us!! When you’re at this resort you feel like you’re in a different planet. The staff go way beyond their job with such passion and grace. The bar in the pool was wonderful! The rooms are cozy and stunning. They offer room service twice daily which was super helpful! Thank you Waldorf for an experience to remember! We will be back.

The staff at this location is the most efficient kind happy staff that I have ever been around very professional did not miss one thing planned a wedding for me in two weeks made this day absolutely special the concierge service makes this place the only place that I would ever stay at in Cabo Carlos is the best concierge/butler I have ever had and I’ve stayed at over 40/5 star resorts Very efficient the nicest person they treat you like absolute family. The rest of the staff was absolutely amazing Lucy, the wedding planner executed everything perfectly made us feel like family. I would never stay anywhere else after the treatment I got Carlos and Lucy.

We are frequent Cabo visitors and had no idea this level of service existed there. We had an exceptional experience at Waldorf Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attentive service and thoughtful surprises. From welcome drinks immediately when we stepped out of the car, to daily chips and guac, to pool snacks, to candles lit every night in our room and cookies and slippers by the bed, they really embody luxury service. Hugo, our concierge, curated a perfect itinerary for us and we loved everything he selected. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. They didn’t want us to lift a finger. Upon checkout, I was walking towards the lobby with my suitcase and a staff member literally sprinted up the hill to help and take my suitcase. Wow! The property is stunning and immaculately kept. The beach and views are breathtaking and serene. The rooms and villas are luxurious and comfortable. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa which was the nicest resort accommodation I’ve seen anywhere in the world. The restaurants had phenomenal food and cocktails, with friendly servers. We loved every moment at this property and can’t imagine going anywhere else in Cabo ever again. Thank you, Waldorf Astoria, for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to visit again soon!!!!

What can you say besides AMAZING. This truly is a 5-star resort. We had an amazing villa on the ocean which was incredible. Private pool, private beach and great bar service. We had great service throughout the resort and the spa was fantastic. We had dinner at El Farallon. The bluefin tuna was the best I have ever had although the pre-set menu for soup, appetizer and dessert was somewhat disappointing given how much you’re spending. Resort was pricey but totally worth it.

We had a great vacation at Waldorf Astoria Pedregal, it was an exceptional property, best location and great service. We stayed at one of their suites. Our Butler was Carlos. He was great, very professional, friendly, and experienced. He took care of everything smoothly, and he made our vacation even more memorable by providing an outstanding service. I highly recommend Waldorf for couples and families.

Almost everything about this place exceeded our expectations! From the location, to the food, to the service, no detail was left out and they have truly thought of everything! The location is amazing and the food and drinks were really good. Easy walk to town but honestly we only wanted to eat at the resort! I do think the drinks are a bit overpriced though… 400+% mark-up on alcohol just seems excessive and we ended up buying our own wine at a store in town to drink in our room. Lastly, I would hesitate to recommend it to others because the mattress in our room was terribly uncomfortable and both my husband and I slept really poorly. And we are both in our 30s and typically great sleepers! This was super disappointing since we were there on our first vacation without our kids in several years and I think I left more tired than when we arrived 😅 I would love to go back but not unless I knew we would be sleeping on a newer, higher quality mattress.

Our best trip EVER!!! Welcoming and kind staff everywhere, clean room with decent bath supplies, we love the food at Crudo! Yoga class is another highlight, you gotta enjoy the ocean view and breathe the breeze when doing yoga. We had the luck to watch two fireworks on the beach, unforgettable experience!!!

An incredible complete surprise 5 day trip by my amazing husband. OMG how incredibly beautiful. Every single second of our stay was absolutely 5 Star epic. It's almost like they searched the world for a few hundred of the sweetest, nicest, most helpful as well as most beautiful humans that they could find to staff this place. We'll def be back

We spent 2 nights here for my birthday… WOW!!!! This is one of the best places we have ever seen and had the pleasure of staying!! Service is the best from everyone! They are so attentive and friendly. You feel like family! Happy Hour at 4pm means delivery of beer and Guacamole!! trust us, it is so good!! The setting of the property is incredible. The rooms, the views, the pool, everything was perfect! Gym is very well equipped, which is one of the key things we always look for. We had dinner at Don Manuel’s, it was excellent. Braised Lamb Shank, Soft Shell crab Risotto, bean soup, all were delicious! Highly recommend the Waldorf, it is truly exceptional!! Definitely do it!!!!!

My husband and I immensely enjoyed our second stay here this past summer. The views of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking from this resort. We were there for a week and hardly had a desire to ever leave this magical place during our stay. You’ll have everything you need at the Don Manuel restaurant - breakfast, lunch or dinner. We spent so much time just relaxing by the incredible pool, staring out into the ocean and listening to the waves crash against the rocks in front of the resort. I highly recommend the sunset tour in the Waldorf Astoria hotel yacht. It was a VIP experience from start to finish. I also highly recommend indulging in a spa treatment during your stay. You get access to the spa private pool area for the entire day, which is really nice if you’re looking for even more peace and quiet. I hope we can return here again one day.

My wife and I stayed here recently for four nights. Everyone at the Waldorf is so helpful, cheerful, and accommodating! We we just completely blown away by all of this - and then on top of that - this resort is just such a relaxing place with views that are incredible. Highly recommended - it's our favorite place we've stayed at!

I just cannot say enough good things about this Hotel! The service was impeccable. The food was extraordinary. The room was amazing and the views were unparalleled. The nicest place I've ever stayed hands down. Sitting by the pool everyday for a few hours Carlos took extremely good care of us. We would wake up and enjoy our plunge pool in the morning, go to the gym and get a good workout in, hit breakfast a little bit late and negate the workout entirely, and then find a nice spot by the pool to enjoy the waves crashing endlessly. Around late afternoon we would head inside and enjoy some complimentary chips and guacamole and afternoon nap.

Hands down this was the best resort we have ever stayed at. The views were breathtaking, and very attentive to detail. The staff was always very friendly and always asked if there was anything they could do. The welcome drinks as we arrived, the Coronas and chips and salsa daily, and even the cookies and water upon departure. This team has been well trained and we will definitely recommend and will return again- thank you all!!

My husband and I stayed there for 6 days to celebrate our anniversary. The service was impeccable, staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was so very sad to leave. I want to say thank you to Niam who took such great care of us every morning for their amazing breakfasts. Watching the baby turtles find their way to the ocean with the help and care of the staff is something I won't soon forget. We will definitely be back to create more memories!

Stayed here for half of my honeymoon. The property is amazing and the experience I had was out of this world. The communication between the staff makes everything run efficiently. I did the Travesia taco experience which I'm still raving about and had the pleasure of meeting Tom, Adriana, and Chloe from marketing at the event. Speaking with them about the history of the property and what they are striving for will definitely keep me as a returning guest (If my finances allow it). My wife and I were also able to experience the spa at the property which was pleasant and relaxing. El Farallon restaurant for dinner was also a great experience, having a cliffside dinner isn't something my wife and I do everyday. After several stressful months of planning a wedding staying at Waldorf brought me back to a state of relaxation. Huge thank you to all the staff that made my stay enjoyable & memorable!

We love this resort, the room was great with a stunning vie. staffs are very friendly and always ask if need help or a ride even just we walk around in the resort, I’m glad it’s not too crowded during our stay, a great place to relaxing, will looking forward to back soon.

The service here is unmatched, as are the facilities, ambiance and decor. The food is good, but dining at El Farallon is great. It’s slightly off the beaten path, which keeps out the crowds, but also makes the surf inaccessible. Overall, it’s worth the money and the nicest resort I’ve stayed at in Cabo.

Great location for whale watching from your balcony, but no swimming in the ocean. All rooms have plunge pools in addition to several hotel pools, but nobody swims in those either as people just mostly hang out with their drinks and buddies: it’s the place to socialize and be seen. Room price includes a 200ml premium tequila bottle, hand-painted by artists; a couple of Coronitas and guacamole delivered daily to your room each afternoon and a box of two turtle-shaped cookies on departure. Helpful staff who seem to outnumber guests most of the time; free valet parking, well-appointed gym, excellent food and several live music acts each evening to keep folks entertained.
