The staff is extremely professional and helpful, the location is perfect for walking into Marina area. This hotel was very safe so, so safe I accidentally locked myself inside. The rooms are very clean the staff clean daily and throughly. There's no pool or lounge area but for the price and comfort who cares. Rooms look exactly as they are posted online.

I stayed a week during Covid. The rates were changing a lot, even with less than average occupancy. Good security. The girl kept telling me different rates each day. She also made intimations she was available as a tourist companion for a new traveller (for $400 a day/night). The hot water last less than 5 minutes and I received only excuses as to why. The on-demand was likely turned down to save money. They are cheap in some ways but not others, like free breakfast, juice, coffee, fruits and cookies every morning. The place is nice, but cramped. It is off the beaten path and with a bike its an easy trek to the square for coffee or to the marina. Hopefully it gets new management because it is not bad and with a few fixes could be great as a weekly stay. There are more interesting places for the same price however.

My new favorite in Cabo. Will stay again. It's clean, safe and friendly. 15minute walk to the marina. Rooms on ground level 1 downstairs have a protected patio area. Rooms on level 2 are street level with the reception. + adults only

This place deserves its very high rating. The staff are just the absolute best. Room was comfortable and well furnished. It's in a quieter area a bit separated from the main tourist drag, which I considered a good thing. Very cozy atmosphere. Always felt great coming back to my room.

When it said adults only, it sounded just right to me. If you are looking for a quaint hotel, this is the right spot. The restaurant San Lucero just opened, and the food and service were excellent. Danny took great care of me. The hotel was clean and comfortable; the staff was amiable and professional. It was a little hard to find but well worth my little excursion around Cabo San Lucas.

Walk in cabas today and the cancel customer service was great! Food was fresh The manager was so kind of us! I give it a 10 out of 10 and the food was super delicious!

One of the sweetest hotels and perfect for our first couple of days in Cabo. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities with a car port for parking behind a gate. The staff are friendly and nice. We are enjoying our stay.

Very friendly and responsive service, although the office is closed after certain hours. Secure parking was great. They offered us a choice of rooms, we opted for smaller but with a view. There were some minor issues with wifi and the room safe that the staff quickly helped with. Decent location but kind of off the beaten track. A bit of a walk to restaurants and the marina.

Favourite spot in Cabo. Staff was fantastic and the restaurant next door had big portion delicious breakfast poolside. A quiet locals sanctuary with minimal fat entitled Americans. Just far enough away from the crazy of Cabo but still walking distance to anywhere you want.

The building is made from cement and echoes every noise made. It is located on a busy street which gets noisy early as well as housekeeping shoveling something at 6am. If you don't mind waking up early and can sleep with lots of noise, this is a great spot.

I stayed here during my first time visiting Cabo and had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast was included, they have a pool and it’s walking distance to plenty of restaurants and stores. Tasted chillaquiles for the first time and it was awesome!

This is HANDS DOWN is the best priced hotel and it’s so worth the money!! All the staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are so clean and they have a restaurant they own attached to the hotel called lucero restaurant that is DELICIOUS! I’ve been staying here for the third time already and they never let me down. Even when we came 4 hours before check in they let us leave our luggage in the receptionist office so we didn’t waste anytime, while they were preparing our room. ALSO the location is so close to EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. it’s the perfect location right next to the marina and only end up paying $2.00 in Ubers driving almost 10 min away from this hotel.

Noisy but clean and great location! Just bring the ear plugs!

This place was nice & cozy, staff was very friendly! The only downside to this place was that the AC would not be on until you enter the room & plug your keys in. I get it, it’s trying to save electricity but when it’s 99 degrees outside and you were out walking all day, you really want to come back to a cooled down room. Maybe that’s just a personal preference but it definitely affected my stay. Everything else was fine!

The building and rooms are super efficient and tasteful. High quality workmanship and attention to detail for everything. Staff and Monse, whom I got to know best, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Loved the feeling of having a locking garage for the rental car but nothing ever happened parking overnight on the street. Stayed before the pool and restaurant officially opened, but now I keep checking up on the hotel on Google here because I had such a nice stay and dream of coming back.
