Amazing Boutique Hotel located just on the west side of Downtown Cabo San Lucas. Quietly tucked into a corner. The front gate displays a small door, yet behind the door is a sprawling gorgeous hotel. Wrapped around a beautiful pool. Palm trees and Mango trees building a canopy above the pool and hotel. Quiet and relaxing area. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the Marina of beautiful Cabo San Lucas. Walking distance to famous places such as Cabo Wabo, Squid Roe and Senor Frogs. Amazing staff, rooms are amazing and well layed out. Aletse is an amazing host and can handle any and all of your needs as well as guide you to your experiences within Cabo that will leave you and your family having the best vacation you could have ever planned. Their breakfast every morning is mouth watering and fulfilling. Definitely an experience all to itself, and yet available every morning at this beautiful hotel.

The outdoor area was very relaxing, and the breakfast was great. Was very disappointed in my room. Feel like the pictures we’re quite misleading. Our room was very dark, in need of a deep clean, and just not worth the money. Our room was $200/night. I think if it was more like $125 I wouldn’t have the qualms I did. We were “upgraded” to a patio room but honestly I just didn’t want to be in the room because it wasn’t a relaxing environment in the room. Hosts were very nice and friendly but weren’t receptive regarding my input and disappointment.

Lovely stay, the grounds and room were beautiful, super quiet and cozy, and Erik and his team were wonderful. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

Amazing gem on the outskirts of the main strip. Cannot recommend this place enough for a quiet get away.

I was incredibly surprised how wonderful this hotel is. The homemade breakfast each morning was incredible. My room was so comfortable with great water pressure, a bed more comfy than mine at home and the attention to detail was spot on. Ale’,the innkeeper, lives on site and was a sweet and friendly as they come, always available to assist if needed. This place is truly one of a kind. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Everything about the Bungalows was perfect. The staff were both accommodating and kind. The breakfasts were amazing! The grounds were impeccable and provided a quiet lush oasis away from the hubbub of downtown. An Uber was always a minute away and the fares were always less than $5 to the Marina or the local beaches. We stayed in a suite and it was clean and beautiful. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is just dreamy. We stayed in the Cozy Suite and explored Cabo San Lucas and my only regret is that we didn't spend more time at the hotel! Ale was so welcoming and I looked forward to the beautifully prepared breakfasts every morning. It felt like an oasis the minute we walked in the gates. I hope to come back soon.

A treasure! The Bungalow hotel is like being in a Mexican village within a big city. The grounds and pool are a tropical oasis of lush vegetation with beautiful birds and charming lighting. The rooms are delightfully decorated in classic Mexican tiles, gorgeous hammocks and a thatched roof. You get great value here ;The breakfasts are mind blowing and would be $30 elsewhere. Perfect location just far enough away from Cabo crazy but close enough to walk to it. The cherry on top is Ale the manager and the staff- They genuinely care about their hotel and their guests and go above and beyond to help. Perfect for families or for a romantic getaway

Very nice people. I felt very comfortable. they were brick laying. creating flower beds , walls, and walkways while we watched over our 3 night visit. Beautiful Grounds. nice pool area. We had a lower bungalow with private balcony patio. lots of flowers everywhere 💐 we were just a few blocks up the hill from shopping, restaurants, and the marina. A $5 dollar uber ride down the hill or back up to the Bungalows. Free Wi-Fi. convenient store right around the corner . The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. Thanks Alie and to your staff for your hospitality .

I cannot recommend this place enough…. My only regret is taking an hour to look at other hotels in the area before I went with this one… do yourself a favor and if you are considering this one— just do it. For the breakfast, location, hospitality, value, you cannot do any better. Loved our stay, cannot wait to be back.

The Bungalows Hotel is amazing! We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and loved the balcony and sitting area off of the room. This place has character and is an oasis. The breakfasts are incredible and Ale is the best. Ask Ale for local food recommendations!

This place is a pure delight. A real treasure. But make sure you are out late partying on the Cabo strip because with the open thatched roof makes it noisy late into the wee hours. If you bring ear plugs you will adore this special find. Also AWESOME breakfast included!

Don’t want to stay in the resort? Please go here, you won’t be disappointed. Alli and her team made our stay really nice. Nice chill vibe and so not the resort stay that we don’t want. We like feeling safe but exploring more of the community. Area was safe, people were nice, a few friendly stray dogs that my wife couldn’t help but give a treat too. Met a few retirees that spends months in the surrounding air bnbs. But if you’re here for a short time or a long time, go see Alli. Breakfast was included. I like my breakfast meat which wasn’t a part of it but I never left hungry. Would go here again and there were people staying there that were return guests.

Loved this little place up on a hill above Cabo St. Lucas, about a 15 minute walk from the portside hustle. Very safe, next to Pedregal area where new Waldorf is located. Compact and super clean rooms with lots of stucco, tile work, Mexican decor. Our suite #1 had its own kitchen and a daybed in the living area. Very nice staff, loved Alli who gave us restaurant recommendations (all good ones, she is a real foodie) and answered all our questions. Claudia was the lead breakfast person, so nice and happy to refill our delicious Mexican cafe con leche bowls. They do a great job on a complimentary hot breakfast that changes daily, pancakes, omelettes, fruit plates, smoothies, pastries, you name it. Rooms are around a Small pool in a beautiful garden. Not heated pool but kids were happy in it. A great value inn and the type of place you dream of finding in otherwise over-touristy towns. Don't miss a chance to dine at the splurge, super elegant Casa Martin next door. It is the peninsula's finest place.

This is a beautiful place to stay at. Ale and the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. They provide a delicious breakfast from 8am to 10am. The unit that we stayed at is very homey and clean. The kitchen came in with a microwave and refrigerator. The melon juice they serve is the best!! There are restaurants around the area as well. The locals are very friendly and they take USD, MX pesos, and US visa credit cards. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a great authentic hotel. Very clean! Alex and Erik are great hosts and definitely recommend getting breakfast included. They do a fantastic job and the location is 10 minutes from most major tourist spots and also close to some great local restaurants to get more reasonably priced meals. The hosts are super helpful with recommendations and so nice. If you want a comfortable room with a local flare this is the place. The plants all around are fantastic, it has a nice pool and it is peaceful.

We loved our stay!! Annie made our stay very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff. Missing a star because our shower smelled like feet but as soon as we ran the water, the smell went away.

we stayed at bungalows for two nights and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. aly and her team were extremely warm and helpful throughout. we enjoyed how personal the experience was, right from the fresh homemade juice to the incredible breakfast every morning. the hotel is bursting with colour at every point and the rooms are extremely comfortable. would highly recommend for an authentic stay that feels like home.

Super friendly staff, good breakfast (despite website, there is just one option per day), nice pool, and beautiful landscaping. The hotel is a bit tired and could use some sprucing up, but otherwise perfect for a family not looking for big hotel experience.

Never experienced better hospitality. Rooms come with a kitchenette and are beautifully decorated and clean. Up the hill just enough to be peaceful but still an easy walk into the heart of town.

This is a perfect off- the- beaten path place to stay. It's an oasis in the middle of the desert. I've been here twice in the past three months and will be back again soon. Erik and his staff are very attentive and helpful. Erik helped is book tours, recommended wonderful places to eat, and helped us when we got stranded by a transportation company. There is also a delicious seafood restaurant next door. Within walking distance of the marina and other locales.

HIDDEN GEM. We loved out stay here and I’ll break down all the factors to consider! LOCATION: This location is incredibly convenient in terms of getting to places if you’d like to walk. When arriving, be sure to go to the roundabout if you’re using Apple Maps. It took us to a street with an orange wall but we just had to drive down and turn right into the roundabout and it’s right there between restaurant Casa Martin and Barrazul (both on google maps). There’s an oxxo (similar to 7-eleven) just 3 minutes walking and has (cheap) hygienic needs, there’s a delicious restaurant called Barrazul just to the left that is well-priced and has delicious ceviche, and there’s a ATM just below Jo’s Garden with ~$18 conversion rate for pesos. EXPERIENCE: During the day the experience is very chill and calm for the most part. There’s a pool that people used and you’ll hear some laughters or conversations but I personally like hearing people interact bc it brings me some joy lol. At night it can be pretty loud if you’re sensitive to noise. There are dogs barking, cars passing, sometimes music, but it wasn’t unbearable for us. We were able to sleep good hours and were woken up by the noise when we were ready to be woken up. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service was so amazing. We received so much help from the sister (I forgot her name). She gave us all her recommendations and tips and was available to answer all questions if we had any. She helped us locate a COVID testing that charged $20USD or $400 pesos which she was the cheapest she could think of since other areas charge up to $60 per person. My only negative comment was that our towels/room wasn’t cleaned one day but that’s most likely because we had our door locked but besides that the cleaning service was great! I hope this helps!

The location was great. Close to town but not too far. An easy walk. It is up a hill but it was no big deal walking it. The atmosphere was so nice too. Very relaxing. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms were clean. Great shower pressure. There are 2 small convenient stores a minute away. And 2 restaurants on either side. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star was the bed. It was kind of hard but don't let that deter you. I'd stay here again.

awesome place to stay! Erik makes a point to make each guest feel welcomed and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts every morning, beautiful foliage and truly feels like a hidden gem once inside! The place is clean, quiet and in a great part of town to avoid the craziness in Cabo, but still close enough to access everything you need by foot. make sure you check out Casa Martin around the corner for dinner one night!
