Hotel is extremely spacious with good aeration and lightning in all areas. Reception staff is cooperative and polite. Rooms are wide. Pools are quiet good. Services are adequate. The negative remarks are for maintenance and cleaning; too little cleaners and janitors are seen in this huge place. I think administration should pay attention to assigning more cleaners to this resort.

Edit 7/17/23: I received enough follow ups from the hotel management regarding my concerns about noise level and that this would be addressed promptly, hence edited my review to focus on the things I enjoyed rather than the drawbacks. Rooms: 4/5, they do a great job maintaining and keeping the rooms in tip top shape. There were a few blemishes to our 2 rooms, but nothing that we haven't seen elsewhere. Service: Staff is super courteous and cares for the wellbeing of all clients, and they acted incredibly fast when our 6 year old wandered out curiously. Room service is stellar and did a great job maintaining our rooms while we were here. Noise levels: The hotel itself is super quiet inside; rooms, restaurant, lobby, etc. The neighborhood is also pretty new and quiet overall. It seems that the hotel hosts weddings that run pretty late at night, and those were quite an inconvenience for the first night we stayed here. The hotel administration promised to address this in the future, and invited us to stay here again to see the change for ourselves. Restaurant: At the time of writing this review, the hotel included breakfast buffet as part of their reservation. The food was decent, wide variety, most food items taste great, exceptional patisserie/pastry section, gets a 5/5. Overall, a solid 4/5 with a lot of potential to be bumped up to 5/5 if they continue to work on the details and improve on small processes.

I don't know about the hotel itself, although by design and service, it seems like a really nice hotel for both local and foreign residents! I attended a wedding at the Acosta(I think that's what it's called!?) Hall and it was top notch!

I stayed at this hotel for one night at the beginning and end of my Egypt tour in September. My first night here, I had a nice king sized room. The second night was two twin beds for some reason. Neither rooms had seemed like they were vacuumed. But the room at the end of the tour also seemed like it had mold in the shower, the shower door was partially broken, the lampshades were almost all partially broken, the door bolt was partially broken, the hand towel had questionable makeup or mold on it, and the hair dryer had hair on the handle. Are these rooms properly inspected and any needed repairs made after each visitor? The hotel worker who came to look at my 2nd room did not seem to be bothered by all the dirty things I noticed but did switch me to a new room that was better but still needed its floor vacuumed and basic room repairs made. Also this hotel is dry even though it has like 3 bars. So if you want alcohol, you could call the nearest Drinkies and have them deliver. The location is probably about a 30 minute drive to downtown Cairo. The staff at breakfast and the pool "bar" were very helpful.

The best hotel in Cairo, in my experience: I came already 3 times in this hotel. Very comfortable rooms, sparkling clean and absolutely quiet: there was a wedding in the swimming pool and with windows closed no sound reach the room. The staff is polite, available to solve problems and very honest. Great breakfast buffet with changes every day. Gym and parking are free. There is a green area just behind the swimming pool, great for evening walks.

I was offered an upgrade to a larger room. The room seemed not well maintained, like curtains, sofa, chairs, and paint. Other than that, I would give 10 rating. Staff was just amazing.

The hotel looks small from outside, but I got amazed how big it is from inside. The hotel is new and clean. I loved the decorations. Food was so tasty. Besides, it is so close to Fifth Settlement, Heliopolis and Nasr City. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last.

Stayed there for a night. The staff are courteous and the establishment is quite clean. The limousine service associated with the hotel was unreliable and overpriced. Location is a little bit isolated (a 6-10km drive to the nearest mall).

The worst ever experience...The type of materials used is very... very used... worn out. The type of breakfast...very normal for the type of hotel and its price...high...four stars...average service and less than reception.. I will not try it again. It is not clean at all. It needs a complete re-maintenance..unfortunately...

The worst service ever I had in my life Exactly with the staff on the reservation named Omar and all the team in charge .. won’t recommend anyone to book this hotel no matter what even if it is for free… knowing that it is not that good deal at all they charge a lot comparing to there service
