No room service at morning as happens in all hotels, we booked 2 nights no one change the towels or toiletries. They cancelled booking on the website while my stay already completed.

Two stars only for the staff, who are nice. For lower price than this place you can find much better hotels in the area with pool, much better breakfast, gym and other attractions as well as basic amennities, which are not provided here. No water in the room, they give you kettle with paper cups, but no tea or coffee available. If you buy coffee or juice and leave it in the room housekeeping takes it. Breakfast is less than basic, not even butter provided. There was hair on the towel when we checked in, which is unacceptable in any hotel. It is old and not maintained, they should lower the price three times to be appropriate for this quality. Never again. We found different, cheaper place that actually feels like a hotel.

I had a good first experience the first time I stayed there. I had the deluxe room with balcony, good bed, warm shower, beautiful old elevator. The second time though, tired from a long trip and straight from the airport, I was made to wait at the reception for far too long. In that waiting time I booked another hotel on my phone and called a taxi. They probably didn’t even notice that I was there or that I disappeared.

Hotel is decent, clear but wifi is slow and rooms can have little bright lights. They have roof top restaurant, indian restaurant at the ground floor which is nice. I’m always staying in this hotel during each visit to Cairo. Hotel is in the main city and near from Airport too. Also rates are ok not expensive.

That was the worst hotel I've seen so far. The rooms were not clean and it smelled. I wouldn't call this a hotel but a pansion. The location is in a narrow street where you shouldn't go out alone in the evening. Once and never again.

I stayed there for a total of 12 days. It was my business visit to Egypt. Receptionist and all staffs were very good in guiding Mr.Mohammed, Ms.Hayya i do remember the names. Location is absolute perfect for transit. Airport nearby 15-20 mins, Bank ABC which is very near about 100 m walk from the hotel. If you are a foreigner, you could exchange currency over there with a minimum waiting time. Also there is a Meghrany street which is 500 m walkable distance from this hotel where you could try amazing Egyptian and quality foods. There is also shops opposite to hotel where you could buy snacks, soft drinks etc. Housekeeper used to come everyday and make your rooms clean and excellent laundry service. They are providing complimentary breakfast and also there is an Indian hotel inside which is a good pick for having tasty Indian food. If on requirement to go anywhere, they will arrange cab as per your requirement with affordable pricing. Only cons is that their wifi connection is slow. Need to be improved. On a short note, it was a good stay and I find comfortable.

The hotel is nice, conveniently located in an elite area of Cairo. The room was small with a window only, no balcony, but a spacious bathroom, everything perfectly clean. The service was good overall, just that not all the employees are at the same level of professionalism. While I was checking in I had to wait pretty long for the receptionist to find my booking in the system. They charged me immediately for one night without delivering me a receipt. The following day, however, there was another receptionist at the desk, a young lady, very nice and highly professional. I asked her for the receipt and for the help with providing me some touristic information. I was nicely surprised with her profesional attitude.

Inspite it's a 3- star hotel but I gave it 5 stars and I highly recommend it for people who need a place to sleep only. The room is very clean, beds are comfortable and clean, the service is excellent and fast, the stuff is polite and helpful. In addition, the price is suitable for a sleeping place in Cairo. We paid for a twin room for one night 65$

I’ve stayed there for a couple nights. I honestly had a good impression in the beginning. Then all of that did fade away. So many scenarios that took place during my stay. However, the highlight would be when my I ran out of data. Then I expected the WiFi to be working. However, not at all. It didn’t work at all. Even when someone came trying to fix it, didn’t get it done. Since the problem is with their WiFi. What I get from the Night Shift manager? “I’m not an IT guy wait till the morning”. When I had important stuff to get done for work. So I had to run around at 3 something in the morning to get my data sorted. Don’t recommend.

The Roof Bar is really cozy and it has a nice openair ambiance.. the food tastes really nice & those who like alcohol could rest assured that alcohol is served here (I don't drink, so I'm not sure how their cocktails taste)

I stayed in the ensuite. It was spacious with a microwave, fridge and kettle. They only save breakfast. Quiet neighborhood and clean rooms and linen. Staff very friendly. Beds are small though in the double rooms.

My rate gose to "The Roof Top" not the hotel itself. Place is nice So far, people are kind, quality of food and drinks is really ok.

Very slow internet, no hangers in the bathroom, no teabags or water bottles in the room, rather than that everything was good and the staff were nice

Went there for a dinner (Indian cuisine), found the quality good and taste of food more authentic than some of the leading chain of Indian restaurants operating in Cairo. Would highly recommend to anyone who craves for Indian cuisine.

Pros: Nice rooftop bar with many varieties of drinks (Soft and Alcohol). Interesting varieties of food ( Indian and Italian). Decent and professional staff. The roof at the 6 floor accessible with elevator. The new design for the roof is unique and modern. The listing music at the background was good. Rating is 08/10. Cons: Over priced rooftop bar. When it became busy u can't reach the waiters easily. Otherwise can't complain.

Good hotel for short stay. Only negative point is the Internet WiFi, it is very slow inside the rooms

The stuff and receptionists are nice and decent, but the hotel is really overrated and compared to the price it is nonsense, I stayed for one night, there is only one lamp in the room (which needs electric plug, no hanging lamps), and another lamp for the restroom. The electric plugs locations are nonsense too, 2 literally behind the bed to ruin your chargers (one of them is used for the lamp and the other not working :D), and 2 for the kettle and the refrigerator, so if you want too charge your devices, better unplug everything or use the restroom, also the room is very small compared to this high price, beds and pillows are not comfy like hotels, you can have much better and more comfortable options with half price I guess.
