I came here to wait for my daughters training and do some work on my laptop. Requested a cup of tea with mint, the guy asked me about the tupe of cake i wanted i said i didn't, he said its (with the drink) i assumed it was the small side cupcake and said plain. When requesting the cheque it came with more than 100 LE! Apparently the 4 paperthink slices cost 59 LE with the 22 LE tea of which he failed to inform me. When i said he should have informed me he was very rude and almost rolled his eyes and as i was taking pics for my review came with the menue for me to take more pictures. Appalling attitude and horrible customer service 😒

Very rude service, they abuse the customers by forcing them to ask for dessert with the coffee. When I asked for manager, he told me we are just a copy of coffeeshop company. Avoid them by all means.

Unfriendly staff and forcing you to take a dessert with a drink. They even said Starbucks have a minimum order of 150LE per head! Ridiculous prices and they force you to take a cake price 56LE per piece. Then they add to your bill. Insanely stupid. I was the only foreigner and all the other tables were egyptian and somehow magically the egyptians were not charged the same. Apperently the rule only applies to foreigners. My advice is dont come here. The cake tasted like its been in the dumpster, my americano was somehow served half a glass. The cappucino had plastic in it. Worst place in the world

Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. They enforce you to have a dessert with the hot drink, even if you don't want to eat !! That's just rude and unprofessional especially that they have a VERY POOR and unpleasant collection of desserts !!

I've been told by one of the team that if I have to order a drink I must order cake, there is no mention for minimum charge or such policy and when I asked him where this policy is mentioned he said it's verbally instructed by him to me!! As per the company instruction as this is daily instructions from the company.

The worst place on earth, rude staff and they force you to take a dessert with the drink and it is not cheap even and above all their drink are terrible and tasteless I do not recommend it at all

Be aware when you order a drink, they make you think that the drink comes with a complementary cake. Then you end up paying for both, and the cake is more expensive than the drink, and on top of that the cake is not even worth it. And when you pay they force you to pay cash claiming that the credit card machine is broken.

Since I entered the place, the waiter was too mean, he kept asking me to order something before even I had a seat, this dude and his manager didn't want to wait for me to finish a phone call!

They force you to take a “small” cake with your drink which costs more than the double of your drink, plus everything I ordered was horrible. Don’t go there.

It is nice they make very good coffee and cheese cakes it's not loud nor quiet I like to have a rest there whenever I'm in genena mall

Desert is obligatory with coffe or any drink. There is no visa. Very unprofessional staff.
