I had the best, clean, friendly experience yet in Cairo. The place is so nice and spacious. And it is amazing how clean and full of utility it is. I just escaped from an overpriced hotel to finally find my every-time go to hotel in Cairo. The employees are friendly, very helpful and excited to help at all times. Would come back again and again. I wanted to thank the receptionist Basel for his friendly spirit and world class hospitality. See you the next time.

An amazing stay in the hotel where you find excellent vibes. The view from the terrace is gorgeous overlooking the Nile river and the pool. The staff is very friendly and unique. The food is tasty and fresh specially in Solis restaurant. I liked also the hot drinks and the snacks in Zen Cafe. It’s really great experience to do it again and again.

Great staff and service! Had a room with Nile view on top floor with balcony from where you could see the pyramids. Breakfast always good and fresh. If you like Egyptian sweets definitely try Mandarine Koueider which is 5 minutes away from the hotel.

I realized i had written but forgot to post this last December: Our second stay in a year, everything still as good as before. One of the best views on the Nile in Egypt, lovely modern rooms, good service. Kids friendly. I would modify and add a few things this year: There is a small but great selection of restaurants, Solis with mostly open air seating and wonderful Nile view, Zen lounge, cozy seating, nicely decorated, Scored, scores bar, sports bar atmosphere and great food & service and the main restaurant, the view, which I personally prefer for bfast as this part of the Nile is not illuminated by night. Also, buffet dinner is more often than not cancelled here. I was shown the renovated suites part of the hotel, the suites are very elegantly furnished, spacious, super practical and well priced. My only wish is please pay more attention to room cleanliness. The level if cleanliness was way below what it was a year ago and belie expected.

One of the most comfortable hotels that I have stayed in. I had excellent views over the Nile and could just about see the pyramids in the distance. Breakfast was great, dinner was delicious. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely return

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are large with a good size work area and balcony. The glass window (with blind) separating the shower from the bedroom is an interesting feature. Breakfast buffet was good. Solis restaurant by the pool is an excellent option for relaxing and watching the sunset, with a view of the pyramids. Gym is well fitted out; opens 0700 in the morning, as did the pool.

Good rooms, well trained services staff and organized reception staff. The restaurant was good also, There are 2 main restaurants there and both of them are outstanding. There are handicapped rams and entrances. On the other hand, the elevator is a little bit small in size. No emergency exit elevators, It is prohibited during F.F, which may lead to an incompatibility with LPFS regulations for High rise buildings. To sum up, I recommend others to book in this hotel.

The hotel is simply comfort very suitable for business and short trips. Nice breakfast and dinner. Nice view for the swimming pool. Only one issue that I feel discomforted the hotel meeting rooms are fully occupied and the guests have to pass through that floor when they are going down to the swimming pool.

MY ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS (SUITS) AND VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL HAS A NICE POOL AND IS LOCATED WIRH A VIEW ONTO THE NILE. IT HAS A RESTAURANT, A BAR WITH BILLARD AND TABLE FOOTBALL. A ATM IS AVAILIABLE IN THE HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST HAS A HUGE SELEKTION AND THE QUALITY IS GOOD.

I just live this hotel and I keep coming back and they never disappoint me ever. The rooms are lovely and cozy and super clean. No need to talk about the view, it speaks for itself (never tired of sitting by the lovely Nile) The food is always so tasty with their open buffet, you get all the options you need and the view of the restaurant complements the whole dinning experience Zen cafe is a lovely place to take your coffee Overall highly recommend

The location is great if you have things to do in Maadi. Otherwise it's pretty far away from everything. The rooms had good views, though they were not in the best shape- I had to call multiple times to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush, and one of the outlets kept sparking when I used it. The restaurant is ok (very much overpriced), but there aren't really too many other options nearby.

Hotel facilities was very good, room is clean and breakfast is good, however customer service is the worst, staff not friendly, we stayed for 3 nights paid on cc and went to room, ordered kids spaghetti, room service insist to pay straight away, contacted reception and ask them to put it on the room bill, reception confirm and jumped into shower, while I was in the shower 4 times door knocking and 3 phone calls asking my kids to pay the bill as we going to run away. Last night asked for late check out one hour, on the day 3 calls asking us to leave the room early, as long as we loved the pool, room and the view but for this customer service will never be back and will not come back again.

Overall the experience was good. One or two things I didn't like: there was no hair dryer in my room, and the gym was disappointing, some tread/walk -mills, no weights at all, just some multi-station cabel machine. Other than those I have nothing to complain, so I would recommend it.

An Egyptian 5* (which can be anything between a 2 and a 5 star in Europe). This one is an average 4 star in Europe, which is great in Egypt. No lactose free milk and very repetitive/basic breakfast but it's ok. Staff at the restaurant are very nice and helpful, concierges we're a bit pushy for tips but it's something normal in Egypt.

Room and washroom were very clean. They dont put stuff just to avoid wastage but if you need they can provide everything. Excellent room service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast. One thing which i like most is they allow outside food and they dont complain about it, unlike in my country. Awesome view of Nile river and in clear weather you can see Pyramids. They have casino too. Overall 5 star experience.

One of the best visits I had. The hotel is very nice with stunning Nile view. I was blessed with an amazing house keeper Ms. Manar, she really did a great job and made me feel like home. Breakfast was also delicious. I do recommend visitors to Cairo to stay there.

House keeping were by far the only friendly staff we've dealt with during our 9 night stay. However can't say the same about the front desk and especially Shereen working in the view restaurant. During breakfast Shereen hovered over my wife and I pretty much demanding us to write a good review about her, the restaurant, and someone else that we didn't even see or deal with! She then escorted us to the 1st floor to pay our bill at the reception, instead of paying it at checkout! Super unprofessional and a super fake person. Front desk will never smile and you get the sense that they hate their job. The one star is for the cleanliness of the rooms and designs.

The good part: Front desk manager Basil was very polite and professional. He got us the room that we wanted. We stayed for 25+ days there. Breakfast was good, Scores bar has some delicious food, Solis pool-side restaurant has a good mixture of western junk food (burger/fries), japanese sushi, steaks etc. There was a small casino in the hotel, full of chinese gamblers. Some things need improvement: 1. Aging hardware: sealant around the sink was cracking, power outlets were loose, toilet seat was off-centered, mini fridge was quite dirty etc. 2. From time to time, bad odor cames out of the drain of the sink. 3. Room cleaning not very consistent, some days were quite clean, other days were not. The ugly part: Last but not least, our cash that was locked in the safe box was stolen. We reported to hotel and filed a police report.

I work on a project in Egypt and spend 150+ nights in country. I like this hotel as they have suites with kitchens and in-room washer/dryer. It makes the time away from home a lot more bearable. This trip my room attendant is Mohamed Said and he does a great job with the room. Actually, I find the staff here very friendly and personable. Highly recommend for travel groups and business people.
