The worst hotel I have ever been to. I got a better service even in super cheap hostels then there.

Title: Nothing Like Offered The title says enough... a total misleading property.. On arrival got forced to use the bellman to bring my luggage and asking for tip while I was just walking up with my handbag.. WiFi connection is as good as not functioning in the rooms!! bed linen has lints all over!! Could sleep the whole night got swapped from room to another like 2 a 3 times... On early leave the hotel had to refund me which took an inconvenience and aggressive reaction from the from desk staff with the glasses... Only person who I will compliment is Mena the reservation manager who really tried his best to settle the whole refund back!!! It's the type of property and staff that doesn't below to be offered under Booking.com in trust in my opnion

Very bad experience leaking from all tools of bathroom, no hot water in the shower, washing tap in the toilet is very hard to use and if is used you cannot close it. No kettle, no cups, no complementary tea or coffee bags, Cafeteria is lousy and poor service, uncoverd plates of luncheon or pickles, overall it is very hard to recommend it to anyone else. Owners should pay more attention to her business.

Quiet hotel with nice city view and a very special location near to the airport . It just doesn't have a private garage, so it's a little hard to park safely there

Good value for money if you manage to find a discounted online rate through accomodations sites, but the rate directly at the hotel is too high for the conditions they offer. The hotel is showing it's age, but i found my room comfortable, the air con was not too noisy, the mattress was comfortable the sheets crisp, and they gave us a king sized bed when we asked for one. The bathroom was clean although it showed many signs of age. There is noise from the streets but that is Cairo. There is no double glazed windows but you can ask for a room in a higher floor which reduces the noise. We found the staff helpfull although their english capabilities were limited as perhaps they serve mostly the Egyptian market and not the foreign market. When we stayed there the wifi was not working throughout the whole stay which was very inconvenient as we had just arrived from the airport and needed to book a lot of other places and do research for the rest of the trip. I advise buying a sim card when you first arrive in the country and there is a vodacom shop not far from the hotel by Uber Hope this was helpful. Happy travels.

Location is good, staff are nice people but the room was terrible. Damaged mirror and the shelf for the towels was loose to the point one of the towels fell on the top of toilet. My expectation was higher than what i saw for the price i paid. I will not talk about the location of the room as it was beside the cleaning service room and elevator and it was super noisy but my mistake i should have asked for room change but i was tired from a surgery at this time.

Small rooms ..delayed services...problem in drainage in bathroom..very small tub..the locking of the doors is wasted..less value for price

From Canada:🇨🇦 Complimentary water was offered! 😃 Stopped for the night before our flight. ✈️ Clean and quiet, front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Room A/C is centrally controlled, remote does not reduce the temperature.👎🏼 Door man was a pleasant person! Next door sea food Senara was excellent. Shawarma place few blocks was helpful. Overall decent place to stay!

Don’t pay attention to the fake photos on booking and other sites. They are photos of a couple upgraded rooms, so you may not be so lucky. Terrible service, they told us that no reservations needed when we asked to reserve a suite over the phone. When we arrived, there were only rooms available. Mohamed at the front desk tried to overcharge us for a child. Rooms aren’t clean and you have to stand diagonally to use the sink, since it’s buried between the wall and the shower glass partition. We couldn’t stay for long and checked out the next day. In addition, we forgot a couple glasses inside the fridge and when we called at 8pm, we were told that they have no one to check the fridge and our non-consumables are probably thrown away. Never seen anything like this before.

Worst experience Room service great TV not working Air condition sometime works and some time not The bring kettle which not working and they changed later when make problem with electricity No tea or coffee just in 3 weeks stay They bring it twice The staff was so friendly till one night I got stuck in the elevator for 1/2 hours And no response The alarm ring and no answer I called my friends from outside To ask for help from the reception team Which appear they didn't notice or hear the alarm and the ring for help So I can't recommend this hotel as no maintenance And risk of life safety

I stayed there in 2014 and 2016 and both stays I had a good experience. Rooms are kind of small but this wasn't a problem to me. Rooms were clean and cozy, bathrooms were good. Breakfast was also fine and I didn't need a wide variety as it was fair to its cost. Overall I was delighted with my stay there.

What an amazing hotel. Had a very scary experience and the management and staff have been super incredible with their hospitality. The room, service, food, wifi and the list goes on is 10/10. I have been taken care of more than i can imagine and being alone in Egypt waiting to fly home to SA next week this has to be the best hotel i could have wished for. Thank you from cleaning staff to top management xxx

Amazing memories, stayed here when it used to be called Gabaly Hotel and our friend Hasan at the reception was always giving us the best advice about sightseeing in Cairo. Would love to visit here again someday.

Priceworthy hotel quite near to airport easy to reach. A bit outdated but much better than other hotels of the same price. Renovation works (no noise) going on during last stay in December 2021.
