We got good offer via BOOKING. Hotel is beautiful and cleaning, always have nice small. We have a big room, and good housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is different menu everyday, the space between tables is good. There are many choices for foods. It’s very comfortable to relaxing beside swimming pool at night time. Beside reception has one trip / texi company. There is ATM inside hotel. This is my second time in Egypt and got different experience during this time. It’s a wonderful experience! And thanks to who gave us help and service during our trip.🙏👍

I don’t recommend this place for any one especially foreigners! People in the front desk and room service you won’t find worst to deal with! It took us about 45 minutes to check in for no reason! We asked for some water, they sent someone so rude and unprofessional giving us an attitude and saying we are allowed to only get water a day and no more! We asked for an iron for 4 times and still didn’t get one! And finally, rooms smell musty and old. The hotel in general are way below average standers especially for the high price we paid! Definitely need different management

Well, it is certainly not 5 stars. The hotel itself while, big is quite tired. The carpets need replacing, and the hotel is in need of general redecorating. At first glance the facilities look impressive. But after examining it closer the deficiencies come out. Cleanliness was an issue, the carpets were grimy, never deep cleaned it seems, but the bedsheets and pillows appeared clean enough. The service was good, polite and efficient. The location is not great either, while close to the airport there is nothing walking distance from the hotel and you must take uber to get anywhere.

One of worst times to stay in hotel that costs the same 5 stars hotel prices! The service is unprofessional, the furniture and the accessories are not maintained properly at all. The A/C is noisy. The bath window is not covered! I've asked for late check-out to wake up late, but the receiptest keep calling the room to ask me to leave despite I've confirmed with his colleague the night before! They refused to extend the door card till I pay the late checkout fees! While I've traveled long way back to room, the card still not working and no mean to reach the receipten!!! Even hotel main number is not picking up! Internet connection is terrible.

It’s a good hotel if you are traveling on budget, close to the airport and on major road where transportation is pretty easy. Overall great value, for what you pay for. Internet service is good, i could work there without issues. There are two pools and you get gym access. I didn’t take breakfast there to provide any feedback but generally in Egypt i prefer breakfast in street shops.

Place falling apart stinky rooms bad service very mean staff very bad food. Awful dining room specially this stupid looking napkins setting on the table more likely they refold it and never clean it you may search the whole dining room to find a single salt shaker. The kitchen staff is very mean specially if you ask them to refill an item. Stay away from that place that got me and my wife sick.

Overall Rating: 1 out of 5 stars Pros: • Free parking • Acccable location near airport Cons: • Poor facilities • Smelly hallway • Slow and unresponsive staff • Electrical problems in the room • Poor customer service Review: I stayed at this hotel for one night and I was very disappointed. The room was poorly equipped and the hallway smelled bad. The staff at the reception was slow and unresponsive. When I checked in, there was a problem with the electricity in the room. I called the reception for help several times, but it took them over an hour to send someone up to check the problem. and not fixed probably . I eventually went down to the reception and asked for a different room. The staff said they would take care of it, and send another one and fix the issue. The overall level of service at this hotel is very poor. The only positive thing I can say about it is that parking is free. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

I do recommend the Manager of the Hotel to visit any 5 Star hotel in the surrounding area Just take day us and you will recognise the difference But i saw that the staff was doing their best But no system each one in his own way From reception to the restaurant

The hotel is awesome. The price is affordable. Clean facility. Friendly staff. 10/10 room service Sister ( Hind ) was really a great help. She’s been there everyday at the a very specific time in the morning. Cleans and do her job professionally undoubtably . And always has a big smile on her face . I wish the manager or her superior gives her a raise cuz she makes this hotel hospitable & Welcoming as it should be. Can’t wait to stay in this hotel again on my next visits to Egypt 🇪🇬 ❤️. مشكورة ي اخت هند على الخدمة المميزة و اتمنى لكي التوفيق في حياتِك

Avoid this hotel. We had a suite. It was DIRTY. I found a toothpick on the floor, hairs in the shower, the WC had dirty stains... I couldn't wait to get out of there. Just by looking at the chairs in the breakfast buffet our the sunbeds in the pool area you can figure out all the rest. Almost forgot to mention the amount of fake reviews the hotel has LOL. If you pay attention you can see around 20 reviews of 5 starts in the period of one hour. I guess they buy them whenever the punctuation starts falling down.

It was a wonderful vacation in this hotel, as the service and everything was more than excellent, and the evenings were also among the most beautiful nights.

I’ve been waiting for 1 hour to check in. The reception said the room isn’t cleaned up yet. But it’s already 6 pm when I checked in. And when I asked how long it takes to get it ready. The answer is only idk.

Did not enjoy the customer service here. The receptionists gave us attitude and nickel and dimed us on everything. There is no airport shuttle which seems weird seeing as it’s an airport hotel. Things very old and not very clean. The room had a weird smell. Was definitely our least favorite place we stayed at in Egypt and would not come back. I was not satisfied with our stay. Very disappointing.

Can't give this hotel more than 2 stars for the simple fact that they allow smoking in the lobby and the common areas there. It's not 1940s anymore...also they are advertised a 5stars... they're really not. They are located close to the airport so we didn't expect much we knew it would be loud so this is not the problem. We had to catch an early flight, which is only reason we booked here. Stayed just for dinner which was buffet style and was great. The reception staff was okay, not particularly friendly but not rude either. They work with some tour company which will offer you taxi to airport for inflated prices so you have to bargain...no 5star hotel does this. The men carrying our luggage were the nicest and kindest staff. Thanks. Rooms are kept clean and are very nice. Good WiFi too.

Price was good; Breakfast ok, but not outstanding (not the best coffee…). Also the room size is ok. Unfortunately, the furniture seems quite old. Also the bathroom was rather old, with strong changes in the water pressure. The worst part was the windows, which are absolutely not sealed. The noise from the big highway right in front of the hotel comes straight into the room. For the price, the hotel might be okay. But next time in Cairo, I will for sure make a reservation in another hotel.

Not even 2 star hotel. The room was extremely dirty and dusty. The staff was not welcoming and smiling at all. Breakfast was incredibly poor. Do not recommend at all. You better spend your money for another hotel.

Air conditioning has a strange moldy smell. No irons in the room. Mattress had an issue with the springs. Front desk refused to change rooms stating they are fully booked however it’s clear they are not as you can reserve a room online. The sheets used were too small for the bed. At night there was a burning rubber smell that woke you up. Overall poor quality control and disappointing service given the prices they charge for a room

We reached Cairo late evening last night. Hotel Tolip is looks nice. But service is just too bad. We three are staying in one room as one room was cancelled. But no extra bed for third person. We two sisters had to sleep on one bed. Even after repeated requests in house keeping they didn’t give us extra bed or towel or extra water. Even basic soaps and shampoo is not there in bathroom. Here it’s 4.45 am and still we are awake as we were not able to sleep properly.

It is such a bad experience . I had a good time with Egypt and the cities I went. But this hotel brought the worst service I have ever seen. The receptions are so rude and violence. They shouted at me and refused to say sorry. And threatened me to take my passport away. It’s not literally good for foreigners, especially for Female. So plz take care. They will not provide any sense of safety as a result of they are army.

Had a solid month-long stay at this property! The front desk staff was really friendly, especially Lobna, as well as Reem, Mohamed, and Marina. Mahmoud from room service was really friendly as well, as was Youstina from guest relations. The bellman were also really helpful. The housekeeping team that was with us all month, Hanaa and Ghada, were exceptional in their customer service - the rooms were always super clean and they had such a friendly attitude every time we interacted with them! Thank you Tolip El Galaa team for a memorable stay!

The air conditioner is very very noisy and the rooms are not clean. The standards are pretty low for "5-star hotel" and for their prices.

A clean hotel, except for a disrespectful employee who was short in stature at the reception. He made us wait a long time and did not do his job in the best way. He also made his voice louder to the customers, in addition to his failure to solve problems. We asked to change a room and he did not change it for us, while other people were responded to. It is necessary to work on monitoring the staff, especially at the reception. A bad experience, which made me change my destination towards the Holiday Inn. Frankly, it is much better in terms of treatment.
