The rooms were very nice with the pool view. Staff was very helpful and great with making sure the stay was great. The bridge from the hotel to the international terminal made it so easy to check in and make my flight. The sports bar is over-rated. The food was not that good, however the staff was amazing. I ordered chicken wings, and they were probably the worst thing I have eaten. The manager came over cause I could only eat 2 wings, and informed me they get a lot of complaints with the wings. The hotel management should completely remove this item from the menu. The Lebanese restaurant was amazing. Some of the best food I have had anywhere. It's definitely a must try.

This hotel is a life saver if you have a late or early flight. It is easy to get to from the padesrean bridge at terminal 3. At night the bridge is lit up with purple lights. We had a late arrival and they held our room for us. We flew in on an Air France flight and the entire flight crew was in the lobby also checking into the hotel. The man who checked us in at 1am was very friendly and gave us a late checkout (at 2pm). The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Hot shower and nice toiletries. We didn't have the breakfast (it seemed expensive) but had coffee and pastries at the coffee bar in the lobby ( it offered filtered coffee and espresso drinks).

It is a great located hotel with walkway to airport. It has big rooms and comfortable bed. If u like sleeping while hearing weddings party until 23.00, noises coming from cleaning at 2 am and you are lile listen talk of other people due to terrible Sound proofing. This hotel is for you. Staff too busy to argue instead of serving people (however some staff are great). Great for lying down in bed, terrible for sleep. Order food from local place with delivery to hotel.

Great location for those not wanting to be far from the airport. No need to walk outside, there is access through the hotel which is a plus. Another good thing is this hotel also has free airport shuttle. They have a food area downstairs which is nice and a sports bar right across from it that serves hookah, drinks a very much dull but food was decent. The rooms need work when it comes to cleanliness, it is lacking very much. Service was good, everyone has a great attitude.

Excellent hotel. 3 minute walk across the hedge from terminal 3. As a Marriott gold elite member, I was treated wonderfully. Product knowledge is lacking in all servers that served me, and I’m hoping that Marriot hotels in Cairo will remedy this. Otherwise, the pool is magical and my room on the fifth floor was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back!

Great hotel! It’s an easy walk on a jetbridge from terminal 3 to true hotel with clearly labeled signs. Th hotel is big and nice. The staff try so very hard to help. The rooms are clean and big. Food is excellent too. Just a word of caution is that they often do weddings there on Saturday night. Which means if you have a room facing the wedding then it will be to loud to sleep until the wedding is over. Just request an opposite facing room and you won’t hear a thing. This is a great hotel and I would stay here again

Excellent property to stay out. Convenient access from terminal 3 and you can walk to it from terminal 2 as it remains on airport property. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Food was good in all the restaurants we tried. Very good breakfast buffet in the morning that starts early at 4am if you're up or have a flight to catch. Fresh made egg station available. Pool was clean and pleasant. If you plan on doing a tour to the pyramids they will pick you up from this hotel rather it's a group or private tour(highly recommend private as you can get there and back quicker in a small car on the chaos of Cairo's roads.)

I like the property very much. I went for a quick visit to meeting a client. The hotel is in a great shape. Looking fresh and always nice. I didn’t use the hotel facilities except a coffee but I feel the human touch. Thank you and please keep it in this shape. All the best.

Its a well maintained property. Next to the Cairo Airport also a bridge connecting between hotel and Terminal 3. It's easy for travelers. Only problem I found most time room service/ Reception not answer your call. It's very frustrating. One more tip don't use there Limo/taxi services very expensive use only Uber very affordable.

The hotel has a wonderful location at the airport. Be forewarned about the meal plan you'll be offered on arrival. Its only good the the main restaurant Evvo. Its only good for the food by itself. You'll have to pay for water, coffee, sodas and of course alcohol beverages. The room itself was very nice, beds comfortable.

This is the best hotel for a stopover at the airport. Our flight was delayed, so we checked in around 00h. The guy who checked us in was really friendly and made everything really easy and fast. The room had everything we needed. The beds and pillows are really comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Don't go back to the chaotic city for a night!!!

This is a gorgeous, modern hotel. The drawers are soft close, the bathroom had french doors, the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many different food options to choose from as well as they offered a chef to cook eggs any way you would like! The lunch buffet was amazing and included desserts you see in a magazine - everything was delicious. There is a beautiful pool and deck, that is wonderful to sit around during the evening. The service at this hotel is by far the best we experienced during our trip. The staff were very friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. It's less than a five minute walk from this hotel to the airport which makes catching your flight a breeze. Would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous hotel.

A wonderful experience at this hotel. It was clean and had comfortable rooms. The bathroom worked well. The meals here were fantastic. It is a very large hotel. The staff were kind and I could easily communicate with them. Hopefully, one day I return.

They are good restaurants and food options. There is a hair salon and nice cafe. Be careful at the hair salon as they may try to rip you off. Service was good, staff was nice. Rooms were clean and nice. The location is great but as an in-terminal airport it is only good for Terminal 3. Terminal 3 is connected and a 5 minute walk. The other terminals are a quick drive and there is a shuttle available.

Great place to stay. It’s ultra convenient because you simply cross a bridge to get to the airport. Not taking into account the convenience, they actually provide great service, and is actually a good hotel in its own right. The food here is actually pretty good (mainly Evoo, where breakfast is served buffet style). Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is also good, with hot water and good water pressure. Overall a nice place to start and end your trip in Egypt.

If you prefer a hotel next to the airport this is perfectly located at the Cairo airport and has a walkway from the airport. In addition they also provide a shuttle service to and from the airport every 30 minutes. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The view from the room is ok as neither is building high rise nor is there anything attractive around the hotel that could be viewed from the room. The hotel offers some pretty good food and beverage options including a Chinese restaurant and sports bar. The all day dining has a good round the clock menu. The breakfast spread is really good, don't miss the freshly baked Egyptian bread coming straight out of the oven! For the ones wanting to work there are alot of spots in the hotel for you to sit and have a business meet or work. The pool is nice and lively. Being close to the airport does make the hotel a bit far from the main attractions but If you want to avoid the hassles of driving back to catch your flight in the Cairo traffic this can be a preferred place of stay.

Beautiful hotel, and amazing service. Mr Michael and Monica from the bar/pool service was kind, and constantly made sure throughout the day all of our requests were met. I was unhappy with the temperature of the meat in one of the nights that I had dinner and 2 people and the manager came out to apologize for the mistake and cooked me a brand new steak in less than 10 minutes. I was completely impressed about the efficiency! Also, the hotel’s infrastructure is absolutely beautiful.

The rooms and view were amazing. The lobby has everything you could hope for such as a coffee bar and restaurants. The only restaurant we had issues with was EVOO. They wouldn’t seat my family inside the restaurant and it was quite hot outside. There were numerous tables empty the entire time we ate and I don’t see why we had to eat outside at all! Other than that restaurant the Sports Bar was fantastic. Too bad one restaurant ruined a almost perfect experience.

I was there in February 2020, right before the leavening, for a layover. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One of them even arranged for me a private local tour of the area near the Pyramids after dark, since the Pyramids are closed after sunset. The rooms are very clean and they were generous with free water bottles. I was amused by the telephone inside the bathroom as well. But the room service food took a long time to arrive even after calling to check 3 times, and they kept telling me 5 more minutes for ~45 minutes. Almost missed my check-in time for that food.

Oh, where do I even begin? I've lost count of how many times I've visited this heavenly abode. Each time I come here, it feels like a new adventure. Solo trips, friends' escapades, family vacations, and even kids' playtime – this place has seen it all! The exterior design is captivating, and the services and facilities inside are just mind-blowing. Food & coffee options are top-notch, and the rooms are spacious and comfy. You know what? This hotel brand has my heart! The luxury is breathtaking, and the landscape and view rooms are just WOW. Safety is paramount, especially for kids, and the staff treats us like royalty. Polite, professional, and incredibly helpful – they never disappoint. No wish is too big; just ask, and they make it happen. The main restaurant is a gastronomic delight, offering a variety of authentic and high-quality dishes that leave you wanting more. And oh, the palatial feel of this hotel is awe-inspiring! Sparkling clean rooms and restrooms, and the staff's dedication to perfection make it even better. Can't get enough of their fantastic service; they make my stay comfortable and memorable. The location is perfect, and the pool's chilled vibe is a bonus. And the cherry on top? Suitable & enjoyable for both adults and kids to enjoy! I'm already planning my next visit – you should too! ❤️❤️❤️

I had an exceptional experience at Le Méridien Cairo Airport! Their early check-in option was a game-changer, allowing me to start my stay stress-free. The rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch throughout. The facilities were amazing, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I must give a special shoutout to Tamer at the check-in desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency truly stood out. Thanks to people like Tamer, I'll undoubtedly choose Le Méridien for my future stays. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful stay at the Cairo Airport. Hotel is connected via walkway from Terminal 3 so it was super easy to get to after our flight. Very nice hotel. Check in was ridiculously long when we arrived (luckily we are Marriott Gold Elite so we were able to go to a different check in after standing in like for about 15 minutes…I should of looked for Elite sign earlier but I was exhausted and not thinking) Very nice robes and amenities. We got in late so only the American Sports Bar was still serving food. It was ok, did the job for the night but I bet the other options are better.

Very convenient for access to airport. I will always try to stay here on my day before outbound travel when visiting Cairo. I had to speak with staff multiple times to address a few malfunctions in my room, that were not efficiently addressed, and still spoke to the manager who gave me his card as a resolution. I don't feel my concerns we're sufficiently addressed or given proper attention however I may try this hotel again.

Upon checking in, our room had a distinct banana-flavoured-candy-scented vape smell. The bathroom did not have this smell, and be the hallway did not have this smell. The two other rooms our friends are staying in did not have this smell. Calling the front desk to explain got us a cleaner to spray the room with a new smell, but no apology or explanation.

Impeccable guest service as usual. A special thank and 5 star review to Mohamed French at the reception, who was really patient, friendly and understanding while arrived tired and stressed at the Hotel because of a troubled journey. The stay truley helped us recharge at the best!

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the room was very nice. I ordered room service and the food was so good. The bridge is very conveniently located next to the airport, the staff (Moataz) walked us and our luggage across the bridge and to the airport for our flight he also spoke great English so that awesome!

Horrible experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The hotel is clearly trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Everything is overpriced for the quality. The pool was a bit of a disappointment. People who stay there are a bit of pushy folks so the atmosphere is kind of negative. When we were at the hotel pool,we were given 2 seats and then some other couple came up and only because their room was right next to those seats the pool attendant gave those seats to them. That was disappointing as that is not a 5-star treatment that we would expect. Other than that, the stay was pleasant ans all the staff was nice. The food is not bad and definitely better than in some other places in Egypt. I would still recommend this place. Had to update it to 1 star because they have all the extra hidden fees. They added 15% extra charge to our entire!!!!! bill on top of other fees.

Wonderful hotel that I have stayed in several times. The staff are incredibly friendly, in reception and in the breakfast room (particularly Nour, thanks for your lovely and warm welcome!). The staff that we dealt with speak great English. The quality of the food is excellent (and available at all times of the day, even when we arrived at 2am!) and lots of variety to suit everyone. Bathrooms and rooms are very clean, no hygiene concerns! Very big and spacious hotel with lots to do. Great location. Thanks for a great experience!

Highly recommend hotel and a good option for those having two flight with short to med stay. 1. Location: Inside Cairo International Airport Tunnel is available to connect you with terminal 3. In case you need terminals 1 or 2, shuttle is available for free (every 30 minutes). 2. Services and cleanliness are excellent. Nice rooms. 3. Staff are friendly and cooperative.

Non smoking hotel, great airport location. Staff are prompt, courteous, lounge is fantastic and the rooms are large and modern. Woke this morning to see the entire lobby full of people sleeping in the chairs and sofas with their belonging and meals from the night before scattered on the table.... Curious if this is normal? What is going on? Such a lovely hotel and then woke to this weird scene.

After a horrible experience in a different accomodation, I decided splurge on myself and book this hotel for the last night in Egypt. This hotel has everything you wish for; comfort, safety, luxury and quiet. This is not a cheap hotel, mind you, but it's absolutely worth it if you're craving a good place to rest up from your trip. It's conveniently located directly near the airport, and within a 10-minute walk, you walk straight into terminal 3. Staff is friendly, food is considered costly, but the quality is very decent. The room was lovely and the view I had was breathtaking.

  • 4/5 Ciaran M. 1 year ago on Google
Pleasant modern hotel. Well priced. What really sells it is it’s proximity to Terminal 3. It’s linked by a covered bridge. A much nicer place to relax and wait for your flight than the terminal building itself, which is really dated and just a bit grim.

Definitely 5 stars! I stayed for 1 day due to my long 17 hour layover and it was such an amazing experience. The hotel is connected to the airport and is amazing for long layovers. The front desk staff was unreal and sooo helpful!! They attended to all my needs. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and I had an amazing sleep. The food/buffet was delicious however drinks such as Pepsi is extra ($3 USD). I didn’t get to try out any of the facilities as i was really tired but they had a lot to offer! Check in and check our was very easy. I would for sure come back to this hotel if I had another long layover in Egypt. Thank you for your service and kind care.

Extremely friendly and professional staff, by staff I mean everyone the bell captain, the reception, the banquet, the security, the chef. Food is tasty and the presentation of the food is appealing. The hotel is at the center of the city, located in downtown which gives you the ability to walk in the middle of the city of Alexandria a lot of shops around, restaurants, and a lot of authentic shops. About the view from the sea view or sea side view rooms it is spectacular. So much recommended!

Le Méridien is a very nice hotel situated near the airport which features a main entrance directly from the arrivals hall. It has every amenity one would ask for including a snack café, bar (and an entirely separate one dedicated to seasonal sports watchers). We booked a room for the day and were quite impressed.

  • 5/5 Leon H. 1 year ago on Google
Literally a 5 minute stroll from the airport. Which is such a relief. I prefer it to staying elsewhere in the Marriott group east side of the Nile, as it just gets busier and busier as you get closer the fabled waterway. Rooms are nice and the club room is ample for an informal meeting. Staff are friendly and it’s great value to be fair. Occasionally a taxi won’t want to take you all the way because they have to pay to get back into the airport complex, but that’s only happened once or twice in half a dozen stays.

The experience was nice at the hotel, the room is very good and comfortable. The service is good and all people is kind specially Yousra from guest relations desk very helpful. The gym is organized and very good , the massage is professional and nice to try. The overall atmosphere is cool and very well prepared for events. Thanks)

Booked in to a hotel airport due to short lay over and needing sleep, only to find a wedding party and could not sleep. Hotel should either advise guests when booking or ensure weddings book entire venue.

Perfect relaxing time spent before our flight. Awesome stay, luxurious rooms, friendly staff, enjoyed gym, massage services. Gym is 24 hrs open and free. For massage, you have to book in advance and it is paid service. Help desks are available to help you anytime. Delicious breakfast. Room services are also good.
