I stayed at Quest for about 17 weeks recently. It was a most enjoyable experience. The entire team at Quest Mont Albert were wonderful. Ruschella, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. So were the reception staff. In particular, I was very impressed with the services provided by the housekeeping team like Leo, Leslie, Marnie... They did a fantastic job with the weekly clean and looking out for my kittens. A big thank you to Leo, Leslie and Marnie. Ellie , my kitten would have gotten lost if not for you folks. Thank you!

I can't believe they had a towel in a public toilet. And no tissues. For a hotel I think it's very poor. I don't want to wipe my hands on a towel were other stranger have used it. I think it's terrible. I didn't stay here so can't comment about the rooms I just came here to pick up someone and just only used toilet.

I am a full time wheelchair user. So my review is from that perspective. An able bodied person may have a more positive experience. We booked Room 108 which is marketed as a wheelchair accessible room. It isn't. The door to the room & bathroom are both standard width ie not wide like they need to be for wheelchair users. (Fortunately I have a very small wheelchair so was just able to squeeze through.) The door to the room is also too heavy to be opened by a wheelchair user on their own. The room is arranged so that a table & chairs block access & have to be moved. The doorway to the balcony has a 'ledge' so it is impossible for a wheelchair to go out there. In the bedroom area there is only space for the wheelchair to go down one side of the bed, and I was unable to access the cupboards or the full length mirror in there. Quest needs to either stop marketing this as a wheelchair accessible room, or completely retrofit it after extensive consultation with ACTUAL wheelchair users. There is one disabled parking space, however it is not wide enough to allow for a wheelchair to go alongside the car. The bathroom has a shower seat & toilet grab rail, so is suitable for a frail/aged person or someone on a walker.

Perfect business, holiday or family stay choice. Very warm yet professional check in meant I was relaxed during my stay and felt safe as a solo traveller. Clean and well furnished apartment with great balcony. Super helpful staff assist with extra night stay request and all in all an absolute credit to Quest brand! 5 stars.

Wonderful stay of 6 nights in late December. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious enough and clean. Location charming and near a couple of popular cafes. Vending machine handy for beverage needs and love the Quest’s free cup of coffee in the mornings

The staff at reception are undoubtedly the friendliest I have ever come across. I did not catch the name of the young man on duty in the morning but Jassi, in the evening, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the location was convenient for my needs but again, a huge shout out to the reception staff. I also really appreciated the note left by management! What a thoughtful gesture!

Very happy with our stay. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to be accommodating. Rooms are a litte dated but very, very spacious and clean! Great location for where we needed to be for a conference and there is an excellent cafe just a few doors down called Mister and miss for coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again to the staff for excellent customer service. Very affordable price too.

We stayed 7 nights for my son's tournament in one b/r apartment. Experienced great customer service. The apartment was very nice; Spacious, clean and with everything you need.

Quest Mont Albert is a home away from home. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Ruchela and her staff are go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guests, and are responsive to requests and needs. Comfortable rooms, and great amenities including a gym, secure car parking, and a business centre. Good location with the 109 tram line outside the door and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Quest Mont Albert was great, we had a pet friendly apartment and brought our kitten along! We had multiple check-ins from the staff to see if there was anything they could help with, which was a lovely and appreciated touch. The location was perfect for us and the apartment had everything we needed. The only one small thing to be aware of is the water pressure in both bathrooms in our apartment was very low, but everything else was great.

My room was spacious, very clean, comfortably & stylishly decorated - exactly as the photos suggested. Staff were friendly & funny, secure off-street parking with elevator from basement level, made coming & going all hours very easy. There was nothing not to like. Thankyou.

Extremely friendly staff, ultra clean rooms, easy access from car park to lift. I stayed there while my mother had overnight tests at the local hospital. She has mobility issues and we booked an accessible room which she was very impressed with, especially the accessible bathroom/shower. Cleaning staff were finishing up as we arrived and ensured the configuration of the furniture was suitable for her, offering to make any changes. The suite was sparkling clean. Front desk were extra helpful when lazy delivery drivers left food unattended. While resting with a do not disturb sign out, staff left a note and sent a text message offering any assistance we may require (fresh towels, toiletries etc). We felt very well looked after, will absolutely be coming back. We stayed at a different hotel last visit which was a really disappointing experience, so the extra care was especially appreciated.

The staff were fabulous. So kind, polite and made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was clean and so comfortable. I was there for a weekend of looking after myself and will definitely be going there for my next one.

I recently had the pleasure of making a group booking at Quest Mont Albert for our basketball team that was participating in a tournament. We experienced exceptional service that provided outstanding assistance and communication throughout the entire process, from booking to checkout. Not only were the apartments absolutely perfect, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The highlight of the experience was the thoughtful 'basketball themed welcome' that awaited us upon arrival. The staff's availability and willingness to assist with any queries or requests further elevated our experience.

Quest Mont Albert provides beautifully clean, comfortable and well presented accommodation for the traveller. The staff are friendly and helpful, with personal touches which are appreciated by regular clients. The location provides easy access to public transport and secure parking is a plus.

The staff at Quest are amazing. The room was well appointed; a little aged though it was very clean and everything works. The parking is a little tight so if you have a big vehicle, it will take a bit of work however this really the only drawback I could find. Overall, a great place to stay. Thank you team

I have stayed at the Quest Mont Albert several times when I visit my relatives in Melbourne. The location is very convenient, close to my relatives home, shops and public transport. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and has parking. I highly recommend it.

We stay here whenever we visit Melbourne. It’s been a couple of years since out last visit but again we were greeted by a friendly team, keen to ensure our stay was happy and problem free. Rooms are well appointed, spacious, quiet and so clean.

The staff at Quest Mont Albert most definitely made our 4 month stay due to renovations, an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much or too difficult. Would definitely recommend.

Even though, we had a late check in, staff were very polite and accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was an effort for them and they were friendly and courteous at all times. Hotel is close to the tram, bus & train services at Box Hill and convenient to shops, medical centre and Hospital. A pleasant tram ride into the city of Melbourne’s Collins Street and also Flinders Street Station

Jassi was an exceptionally helpful reception staff member, who provided answers to all our questions about serviced apartments, the local area and beyond. The room was quiet, comfy and well appointed. The suggested local restaurant 'Via Porta' was excellent for dinner and the coffee for breakfast at 'Mister and Miss' fabulous. We enjoyed the most welcoming stay there and made a booking to come back in 10 days.

Very friendly office staff and support staff. Felt very welcomed and had a very comfortable stay. Firm and soft bed, hot water and great kitchen and TV area. Will come again.

The 2BR apartment was an amazingly comfortable place to stay for a week! We had a huge balcony, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The living/dining room was spacious too. Check in and check out processes were efficient and friendly. The cleaners were always masked with gloves and made sure everything was COVID safe. Location wise, it’s perfect – a short walk to Mont Albert station and shops, as well as other shops and restaurants down the road. Tram stop just outside. My partner and I were in Melbourne to visit my father who’d had a stroke. Daniel, the receptionist, was extremely kind and understanding. I really appreciated having such a lovely place to stay at the most difficult time in my life. Thank you so much to the team at Quest Mont Albert.

I had a great time. We booked into a one bedroom apartment that overlooks Whitehorse road. Loved watching the busy streets and relaxing on a Friday night. The staff are AMAZING! After-hours operations also go very smoothly. Good job team! Thanks for everything.

It’s probably a tad expensive for what it is (especially considering pandemic level hotel occupancy); some of the COVID restrictions are annoying. But it’s such a beautiful space, the apartment was so light and airy - and the biggest reason for 5 stars? The staff. They were all so amazing. And pet friendly!!! Would definitely stay again.

I can't remember a time that I've stayed anywhere that I've loved as much as Quest Mont Albert. Such warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff (thank you R, S & I!) and the one bdrm apartment was perfect in every way. Clean, quiet, modern and very comfortable. Stayed 4 nights when relocating from interstate. Don't waste time looking anywhere else; this is the place to stay. Will be back and recommending to all who ask. 5 stars 👍.

We checked in and Daniel who greeted us in reception was a lovely and friendly man, he really should be given a gold star because his service was EXCELLENT. I have given the four stars because he earned the extra star. We were also upgraded to a better room, wow, what a surprise. Reasonably Clean room, new carpet I think and pretty quiet during our sleep time. We'll be back !!!

I was staying at the hotel and using their conference facilities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, spacious and well-equipped units, huge balconies. A productive and relaxing stay.

Great thing about staying here is that the 109 direct to the city is at the front door . Had to change me swipe card 3 times as it stopped working . Staff is absolutely superb and helpful. Rooms are a little dated but spacious and clean . Unfortunately I was on the ground floor and no view to the street

Excellent location with trams 3 mins walk away and train 7 mins from the accommodation. Box Hill central is 20 mins walk. Beds were firm and comfy. The living room has enough seating for 4 people. Wonderful stay for our Melbourne holiday. 💕

You would need to bring motion sickness and back pain medication to sleep on that mattress. I ended up sleeping on the sofa just to get through the night. We also had to buy our own toilet paper and rubbish bin bags and take the rubbish bags out ourselves.

We have had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights. We have had a lot to do with a personal matter in Melbourne and have needed some help from reception. The staff have been so helpful and considerate. Nothing has been a problem for them. The room was clean , warm and spacious. We would highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

Good sized rooms well serviced. Location is central for eastern suburbs. Our room had some minor maintenence issue which were quickly attended or noted for later fixing. Friendly staff and good communication

Everyonne working there are friendly and helpful. I and my wife have a safe and peaceful stay in the hotel for 3 weeks. We will recommend it to our friends if they want to choose a good services hotel.

Great accommodation, with all you need for a short or long stay. Be aware if driving to make sure to select the right entrance on first arrival. You’ll block garage and arrivals section if not careful. Negative was the auto text system, repeatedly asking for arrival eta despite answering got tiresome ahead of trip.

Room was lovely and roomy. Beds comfy and great with Netflix and full kitchen. Only negative would be that it didnt have room service as advertised. You had to use an app and the food was from an outside source.

We stayed here during the long weekend and we had THE BEST time! The team is so friendly. They do such a great job and they are always following up with you to make sure you're happy. In addition to this, we had a personal welcome letter that was handwritten too. You will see us again! - Lauren
