We were visiting Montreal and my husband developed shingles. I contacted Medecin de famille very early in the morning and got a very quick response from the doctor who made an appointment to see my husband online immediately. He provided excellent medical advice and arrranged the scripts to be sent to a nearby pharmacy for quick collection. Within less than an hour, my husband has the required medication. The doctor also followed up to see how he was going a few days later. Excellent service and would highly recommend if you need medical assistance while visiting Montreal.

I am a US visitor to Montreal and I needed to find an urgent care facility. This organization was recommended to me by my hotel. It was a telemedicine interview but was thorough. The doctor checked my lab results from my home clinic before prescribing for me. He sent a prescription electronically to the pharmacy closest to my hotel and they responded immediately. Overall I was well pleased with the service. I did not feel at all rushed and felt that the physician was willing to take whatever time it needed to meet my needs. He was the person who located my closest pharmacy and I felt that went over and above what I expected. He listened carefully to my situation and responded appropriately. I was very well pleased with the service.

I had the misfortune to become ill (nothing serious, but in a great deal of discomfort) while on vacation in Quebec. I scheduled my appointment online, and within 10 minutes was speaking with a physician who understood my symptoms and sent a prescription to a pharmacy while I watched him complete my medical records online. Amazing! Could not have received the same level of efficiency in the United States, on vacation or otherwise...highly recommend!
