I have been here a few times when I do some spring cleaning and Oliver Jewellery always gives me the best prices. Today I came in with some gold rings from my father and a few of my old chains I was looking to get rid of and she did an excellent job of walking me through the process. I visited this location yesterday and I have been very dissatisfied with the service, mostly with the decision to sell to these people. The store is empty and I felt uncomfortable right away. She took all my jewellery to the back room and I couldn't see what she was doing. Monique has priced all my pieces together and refused to give me prices separately for some of pieces. I can't believe I still sold my jewellery after taking back a few most valuable pieces. She would go back and forth leaving it all in the back room. This is the trick, so you don't even know what you have left. I feel stupid for not taking it all back. I have regret it and it hurts. Why don't they do it in front of you? Very calculated and and tricky. Be very careful in this place.
