I am a big fan of Oren and the team. They are very smart, quick, and generous. I feel safe in the store, and have been doing business with them for years - so my perfect score for Oren reflects around 5 years of deals with them.

Any negative views are fake. Let me be honest this is probably one of the best jewellers around. Family owned business on top of that. Pioneers like these guys need to be respected as they paved a way for not only the industry but the “jewellery” business side of things in Toronto. Went there for a loan on my jewelry and these guys were more than ready and happy to help. Offered me $20k on a month to month basis with no strings attached. They just wanted to help me get back on my feet. Appreciate you guys!! REAL DEAL! No discrimination feeling and very informative! Well worth the 1:30 min drive to get there.

I went to a shop along dufferin steeles offered me 1 grand for my gold jewelry, I came here just to check how much this shop will offer. and the guy offered me like 200(my estimate) ???? In 20's didn't even informed me how much is he handing/giving me, and he looked at me and treated me that im desperate for money 🤣🤣🤣, i left with my partner laughing on how the way he treated us. I told him im not selling my items as i got offered in a diffrent shop 1 grand. He told me to come back to him and he'll offer 950 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Update : i went to a shop at richmond hill and got offered $1080, Better checkout other places than going here, they will take. Advantage of people . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!

Took advantage of me when I was younger. First off, they took my items out of sight to be inspected (their excuse was that it’s close to closing and it needed to be quick). This should never happen as they can switch out the items. They also offered a low amount seeing that I was only 19-20 years old and naive. I did state that the offer was low for two items (LV bag and YSL wallet) and this man who seemed like a thug gave me a $50 bill from his pocket and quickly ushered me out. This place is honestly pathetic and filled with low life losers who take advantage of people. Avoid this place like the plague. You’re better off selling to a LEGIT consignment store.

Offered me $20 for more than 3.8 oz (worth about $120) of silver. Came here a couple times before and always been offered way lower than the value of my items - even though I’ve taken their offers out of convenience in the past, I won’t be back. Lots of other places that offer fair prices for your precious metals.

Very rude, unprofessional, crook. I brought gold in and he just eyeballed it and gave a price without examining or weighing it and told me I can't get more for it anywhere else. When I told him I have sold the same amount of gold for more at another place, he suddenly doubled the price he said he would pay. The whole time he spoke with me he had a cigar in his mouth. Not a good experience at this place. He is not to be trusted.

I'm not happy when i went to Oren. There's dishonest. I bring my gold to them and he told me $170 only for my gold. . . And when I went to 401Gold shop in sheppard/warden and they give me $320 for my gold. 401Gold has all the equipments to show you the very honest way about your gold.

The worst huckster scammer in the business. NEVER go to this obnoxious rude unprofessional unless you want to be robbed by a bandit. Oren wouldn’t provide / disclose his payout per gram of for the various carat gold pieces I presented to him. He would not disclose the weight of the pieces I presented. He simply piled all together, did a secrets calculation, and threw a bunch of hundred dollar bills at me and “take it It, no one will give you more”. I asked how much was there but he wouldn’t tell me…he said count it and just take it. It was like dealing with a street hustler playing cup shuffle, find the egg. The worst retail experience of my life. Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional. NEVER waste your time with this charlatan!!! He will just rip you off. Deal there at your own peril.

I went to several other places first, butni should have gone straight to Oren Great people, great prices. I was able to trade in my silver along with other jewellery and recieved ALOT more than the other stores offered. Oren is better... The commercial is true. Thank you
