If you are a tourist, they will try to rob you. I had an accident with my teeth. I tried to find nearest dentist near me. I found DC. Great interior, gold and black , professional reception stuff....Before I visit this place I checked prices in Cancun. I need temporary crowns (plastic they can print on 3d printer for 3 hours). They asked me 500$. Of course, I did not take their service (they did not charge me sitting on their chair). For the same thing, I paid 125 $ at another dentist in Cancun. Yes, I understood that they are clinc to take money from Americans because there are very expensive, but come on guys, all of us are not reach Americans. For 4 time cheaper price I got perfect service 15 min from your ordination. Shame on you !

During February/March of 2022 I went to the Clinic to have 1 Implant performed. After my consult I was informed that I did not require a Bone Graft and the Implant Post process was scheduled 2 days later. The staff and Clinic were nice and everything went well, I thought! I had planned to return to Dental Clinic - Cancun the following January to have my Abutment and Crown completed. In December of 2022 my Implant post started giving me pain. So I went to a local Dentist for a second opinion. After X-rays and a 3D Tomography were performed I was advised to have my Implant removed and a Bone Graft performed! *&^%$# back to Square One! The Dentist informed me that a Bone Graft should have been done. I simply did not have enough bone for the Abutment/Crown to be placed safely. Upon learning this I contacted Dental Clinic-Cancun twice. Results were: no we cannot return you money for our "botched procedure." If you like you may return and we can start over. Presently, I will have my Implant post removed and a Bone Graft performed (about 4 months to heal). Next I must have a new Implant post inserted (again 4 months to heal). Finally I can have my Abutment and Crown placed. Please DO NOT forget all the pain and inconvenience. They NEVER consider this as well as the additional cost. In closing I highly recommend that anyone who considers going to Dental Clinic - Cancun NOT TO GO! In my opinion you are simply a CASH COW $$$$$ who generates a lot of money for the owners. They really care nothing about their patients. If they did care they would simply refund their money for sub-standard care. I have X-rays, 3D tomography and a who will Dentist to attest to my issue. They do not even wish to review this. Someone employed by them simply gives you the standard B.S. line. Do not believe me? Watch... as soon as I post this review someone will respond with "we are so sorry" or " next time we will try" Nothing is just that nothing. BEWARE! Henry Wojnicki

Date of appointment March 7 2023 Where to start... my appointment was 45 minutes late.. we I was pit in the chair they opened the sterized tool bag and proceeded. After the exam they left the room and I saw the tools... they may have been sterilized but they where not clean. The mirror was covered with debris as where the tweezers I could actually scrap debris off them. The I started to look at the room. Well it was not good from the filthy head pillow, dirty counters, the chair and attachment (vacuum, spit bowl ext) looked like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks. As I left I went to the washroom and there was a sign stating they where to Suspend operation due to sanitary conditions. DO NOT RECOMMEND her is the sign translated to English through Google translator.

I had an amazing experience with the Dental clinic. The entire staff were courteous and professional. I got the all on 4 upper prosthetic and lower crowns with 2 implants.Dr. Yuri and Melee were FANTASTIC to work with. They took pride in their work and paid great attention to detail. I hate the dentist but it was an absolute joy to go there and watch my progress over the few months. My teeth came out PERFECT. I highly recommend this group of professionals. And Irina the concierge helped me with accommodations and a shuttle to and from the airport. She was great every step of the way keeping in touch with me. I highly recommend Dental Clinic Cancun!!!! 10 stars.....

The worst experience ever in dentistry! In addition, be prepared to wait many hours to see your dentist. Their equipment is outdated and their techniques inaccurate. I had to redo everything that was done at that clinic ($$$$)! Impossible to reach them over the phone. They only use WhatsApp and you never know who you are talking to... If you love your teeth, i strongly recommend NOT TO GO there.

Best dental experience!! I hate going to the dentist but my experience was awesome. The staff from front office to the dentist themselves were wonderful. The dental work done (2 root canals, 3 crowns and 2 composites) was done in a timely manner. I was not concerned about any language barriers as most of the staff is fluent in English. The office itself is beautiful and very clean. The equipment was impressive. All high tech. I plan on returning to have more work done. We stayed at Krystal which is ocean front and a five minute walk to office. A note to think of is too have as much dental work done in three days is exhausting however the great experience, cost and timely dental work far out weighs the exhaustion. Thank you Dental Clinic! ❤️

We are just getting done with our appointments at dental destinations clinic in Cancun Mexico. Wow! This place is incredible and state of the art. They have surpassed our expectations every step along the way here. From the time they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the hotel to start our vacation. Every appointment they were waiting for us outside the hotel to bring us here. They took us back to the hotel after every appointment. I was actually in shock and I walked into the waiting room. I’ve never been in the waiting room just immaculate and in pristine condition. Everything in the clinic was state of the art. Every piece of equipment any modern dental technology that could be used was being put to use here. One thing that shocked were the prices. The root canal that would’ve cost me $1500 at my dentist in North Carolina was only $205 here. The crown that my dentist office would’ve charge me $1500 for was only $400 here. Between my wife and I we got plenty of dental work done enjoyed a week on the beach at a resort and our airfare paid for and we figured we saved over $20,000 in the end. I will never go to a dentist back to the states again.

My fiancé was there and they promised top notch service and he was butchered there!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! No follow up attention, no medication for pain, he couldn’t talk or eat for months!! BE AWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Although im happy with the finished product i did have some problems. On my return visit i needed to change flight plans home because of problems in the lab which cost me extra money. One day after getting home, my prosthetics broke and i had to return the following week again costing me money on airfare again and loss of wages from work for another week. I was told by Irina that it would be refunded. Still waiting (a month and a half) for a refund.

If I could give an extra star, I would so do it. This place exceeded our expectations, they work so good and fast, staff is really professional and the space is amazingly beautiful, the clinic looks like a 5stars spa. Highly recommended this dental clinic. They help you no matter what your situation is and the prices are really fair. 👏🏼🙌🏼

I flew into Cancun and I was greeted at the Airport with a man with my name on a Placard Card right outside tje Airport. He took us to our room at the Marriott Aloft. My appointment was scheduled at 10:00 AM on Monday. After taking x-rays, filling out the paperwork, examination, etc. I received a 4x4 implant on Monday. I had the original surgery on Monday evening and I didn't feel any pain. The facility is very clean and the staff is professional. I received my dentures and will return in 4 months for my permanent teeth.

Incredible experience! I got veneers while on vacation and it was an amazing experience. The clinic is very accommodating to tourists and provides transportation. The facility is beautiful and extremely clean. I could not recommend The Dental Clinic Cancun enough. Thank you for my new smile!

Paid over$22,000 for permanent teeth. After 20 days returning home my right upper front tooth fell out and 12 days later my left side bottom moler came out. I was told by Kerstin at dental clinic to fly back to Cancun or have it fixed by a dentist locally .

My husband and I have been lured to this clinic by the advanced technology, hoping to find commensurate skills and professionalism. To our dismay, we didn’t find any of these. The staff was disappointingly rude and unpleasant, especially the Russian girl. None of our appointment was on time- in some instances, we had to wait for hours without any justification or proper explanation. The dentists lack a moral compass and behave with low ethical standards and a gangster mentality. Overall, it’s substandard and poor dentistry, yet it is very expensive because, by the time you fix their egregious mistakes, your price will triple. My fellow Americans and Canadian neighbors, beware of this clinic! Please don't repeat our mistake. I wish someone has warned us instead of these bogus reviews!

So far I’m between temporary all on six and the permanent zirconia all on 6, the surgeon that performed my procedure is rated third in the world. Us doesn’t have one to come close to him. He performs 30 procedures per month. When I went in to surgery they had an anstesiaologist on hand. Ever seen that at your dentist? Not me..! They’ve checked on me twice, since I’ve been back and I’m currently getting ready to return for my final procedure. All the doctors are wonderful, I had to be fitted day after surgery which usually takes place directly after surgery. One doctor held my hand and pated my face while I went thru it. Hands down a five star, caring and professional facility.

Dental Clinic experience has been so good so far, I contacted them about a week to my trip to cancun when I found out I could get my teeth fixed from less in Mexico. So far they have been so accommodating and I feel confident in their services; I can't wait to see my final look. Will give 5 stars soon as my services are complete.
