Disappointed for waiting 1hr our food. We ordered at 8pm and get served at 9pm ! They didn't inform us that we need to wait because they focus on the Delivery request as Uber Eat or Deliverou. We complained after 45min and only Camille did understand us and she did a really good work. At least, they should inform the clients that we are about going to wait 1hr for the food.

If you're looking for the greatest burger in the South of France, then look no further to this Burger joint ! The burgers are really tasty and fresh! If you want an original sandwich, try the Frisco Toast, just excellent! The Jalapeño Crunch and Guacamole are among the best burgers, and the MILKSHAKES are mouth-watering, the ice cream inside is just exquisite. Go for the Oreo Milkshake, you won't regret and you will not visit any other burger place after trying this one out.

Burgers not much better than in kebab place or booth at the beach. Shakes are sweet to the point you can't taste it (we took strawberry and it was almost like drinking sugar with a hint of strawberry taste) Not well organized. Toilets are horrible - like abandoned public toilet. Dirty, smelly, no toilet papier, piss everywhere!

I came in on the 7th with a large group and ordered the guacamole burger. As a vegetarian I wasn’t expecting much but this burger was one of the best I’ve ever tasted! To top it off, our server Sam made it such a memorable experience, and we spent the evening recommending it to friends and family solely based on his service! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!

Good burger, good milk shake but Horrible fries

Steak n’Shake you are kidding? I have got my wine in this dirty glass :( It looks like that glass was not washed for weeks. Do not recommend this antihygienic place. Watch out what you put in your mouth!

The que to order was too long. On top of that, we then had to wait for our food for another 15 minutes. How can it be fast food ... if you get there and can only get your food after 30 minutes. We were there in the evening so I don't know about morning or lunch times... The food was not great as well ... they can do much better

Disappointing burgers, the steak isn't seasoned and the fries aren't salty at all and kinda disappointing. The burgers lacks sauce overall. Not worth the money. Their "pepsi" is tasteless, in some cases their machine pours only transparent soda.

Extremely slow food. It’s worse than Mc Donalds and you wait over 20 minutes for just a hamburger and fries. Go somewhere else.

Very confusing ordering system you have you use the self terminal at the back to order and then pay a person if your paying by cash. You have to do you own drinks also at the back. The burgers where good but I expected better for the price, the chips where not great. The milkshakes where nice I had to use a spoon as it was more like ice cream. I think they need to relook at there strategy priced premium but the way you order and exirpemce is so fast food.

It's my fourth time in Cannes, always ate here at least once (usually take away) Unfortunately this time I am disappointed! I am a big eater of burgers but also I really love fries! Well, in my "box" there were more leftovers than fries.. What was that all about? The burger was good, the fries (whatever I could eat) were good and the service is great. Quite a big change now that the whole market is under construction, but its just a phase..

Waited 30 minutes just for burgers. 1 out of 4 was meant to be a Veggie beyond meat. But they're not even capable of writing on the box which one is veggie. (All boxes are the same). Plus the veggie one was supposed to be with guacamole and we couldn't see the guacamole. So i suspect they didn't even include a veggie among the 4. Or they forgot the guacamole. Who knows. Ate most of the fries because I was hungry (didn't eat the burger, obviously) but really, they're the most disgusting, chewy and dry fries ever. Please save your money for somewhere else. Horrible experience. Never again!

The location is good. The food came quick, maybe because it was not busy. The burger patty was way overcooked and meat quality was substandard. The fries was bad. Mostly tiny pieces that were overcooked.

the burger was good and the fries portions were larger than at some other fast food places we tried, plus the price was good (compared to others with smaller portions). we definitely would recommend, and don't forget to also get a shake with your meal! thank us later.

My first Steak’n’Shake - pretty impressed. It’s so French to get a glass of rosé wine on the sunny terrace in Cannes ! Fantastic ! Loved the quality of meat. And the glass was real, not a plastic one. Very appreciated ! Service at table is also a nice surprise. For a very decent price 👍

Tip: there is an automatic counter in the back entry, only 2 persons there, while in front the queue was huge. Double cheese burger was ok, but the BBQ burger was very dry, no sauce … maybe they forgot, we could not finish it. We ordered 3 beers and one water and when order arrived they said they had no more beer (but you could still order it on the automatic counters). We opted for Cola and Wine, they did not say anything about the difference in price, about 5EUR in total. Fries were ok, but bacon on fries seemed not well cooked. Also, there was almost no cheese in the fries with bacon and cheese. 80€ for 4 menus and 2 extra burgers (not menu) and drinks.

An amazing location, great quality and affordable food. Extremely kind staff who made its easy to order and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Had a nice time with some friends! I would really really recommend. Also Pedro was particularly thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

The hamburger and the fries are high level, but Pedro the Manager is awesome. He is one of the most professional and kind person that I met during my trips. And also, he speaks 4 languages so he is always ready to make people comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

Good quality ingredients but the burgers are really small after eating the biggest on the menu we were still hungry and we took another one split in two to make the quantity of a normal burger, with the fries (2 ) we spent more than 30 € definitely out of price for the tiny quantities. Answer: you should put much ingredients with same price otherwise one hamburger will cost 20€...

the food was amazing! super fast and fresh, but the customer service was absolutely amazing. Pedro was incredibly helpful and made the experience absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

Good burger. Great shakes. Lovely people. Like the 50’s America theme. The portion size is not enormous. I was a bit surprised. But I appreciated it at the end. Sensible size, I think. (I guess I was half expecting American portion size)

I appreciate this American restaurant in Cannes. It brought back memories from years gone by. The food isn't bad. Including the shakes.. However, be sure to request your burger to be cooked well. Its only the right way to serve an American burger.

Really good milkshake!! We had 5 different flavors, I had the chocolate one and tasted the lion caramel too. You’ve got to be a sweettooth though! Hotdog was fine, nothing special. We had to wait for almost 25min, that was disappointing. It seemed the delivery ones got served first, not the way it should be. The milkshakes deserved a 5star rating ;-)

Really good fast food. The French toast burger I order was filling. It gave a satisfying feel and not that heavy bloated feeling. I love that there is a transparent partition where you can see how your food is being made. Staff are very lovely. The milkshake was huge which I was very happy about! I ordered an m&m milkshake. Very tasty but could do with more finely crushed m&m pieces. Reasonably priced

Better milk shike you ever try

Terribly slow!!! We went there on a Monday evening. There was a huge line, but ok, after around 15 minutes we ordered. Then we waited, waited, waited... The burgers arrived 45 minutes after the ordering. We expected that this kind of restaurant would have a "fast" service. Totally the opposite. The burger is fine but not worthy the waiting, better go to McDonald's.
