Visited on Saturday evening with three person party. Even the place was not even near to full, we had to wait quite a while to be even served. Waitress felt a bit rude as we made it clear that our purpose was only to eat, not drink even it was happy hour One of the orders (salad) came much later than rest (quesadilla and burger). Food was anyway good and the plate sizes are everything from small hunger to big hunger. Athmosphere is busy as located in the corner of two streets. In the other hand you have lot to watch as people and vehicles passes by. During hot evenings this restaurant in located in nice shadow.

quesadillas and tacos lack flavor. venue is nice. would not repeat though. drinks are nice but service is slow. would give 3* but extra discount because they don't have a physical menu.

One of my favorite place to eat. The atmosphere is just right. I highly suggest this location for great food and drinks. Custoner service is just as good.

Nice cosy part of the town with little dining places around. This is a true Mexican jolly food place. Service was outstanding and menu had great options. Good value for money and excellent location. Do try their hot sauce, it’s crazy. Shrimp taco was the best and second best was tuna ceviche.. what an amazing combo of sauce and fresh tuna. Nachos were good with guacamole. Beef tacos were good and beef was perfect. Burger was great too but bun was breaking too early. Place ran out of fried crab which must be good. One of the best desserts is Banoffee.. I would one of the best in town.. cocktails are very good here.. great food great service and excellent English speaking staff.. a must go place

Quite nice Mexican food place at the edge of old-new Cannes. Tacos are very good, although the the quality has deteriorated with time. Friendly staff and atmosphere, nice drinks.

Great location in old Cannes, food was ok, loka burger is a must try, rest was nothing special.

Fusion Mexican food and tapas. The guacamole and tacos were delicious. The happy hour has really good prices. The drinks were excellent. There’s indoor and a pleasant outdoor seating. The only thing is that if you wanna seat outside you’ll get vendors asking you to buy stuff.

Slowest restaurant at Cote D azur. We had to wait half an hour for the daily menu and a hamburger. I asked for a medium beef burger,it came well done. My wine got too warm till then. Only giving 2 stars because of the kind waitress.

The food here is amazing and the staff is very friendly. Ordered the Black Angus and tempura shrimp aoli tacos and also got the crab tostado with a mojito and beer. Had an excellent experience at dinner and then again later at the bachata social, too.

This deserves less than one star. I made a reservation for one (myself). As I entered I was mean mugged by every employee. I told her I had a reservation assuming it was booked and busy and she seemed annoyed. The restaurant had just opened and only outdoor tables started to be taken. I sat down and waved the waitress over 3 times before she came to take my order. She was literally standing right in front of me and I waved so many times it was clear she was ignoring me. By the way the restaurant was not even 30% filled. I asked for a spicy margarita. She left without me even saying my food order. The “spicy” margarita was disgusting. I couldn’t drink it but still paid for it and did not complain. I waved her over again 5 times and she never looked at me. I had to grab the attention of another waitress to order my shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were comical. The cabbage was brown, the mangoes were not fresh …. Clearly canned and covered in sugar. I got two very small tacos that were over priced. Bad service, bad food, bad drink. Over priced.

Food was Amazing, service was top. We are here from Switzerland for a short 3 days trip and this was our last Lunch of our trip. We loved the service because in the last 3 days we never got such an respectful experience like here at Loka. Thank you so much for the Tasty Food and the gesture. We got complement Nacos with dip for waiting around 10 more mins till the food came.

Nachos were good, but Hamburger not that special. Maybe better to choose one of the mexican foods on the menu👍 nice that you could read the menu via QRcode, atmosphere in the restaurant was great👌

Great authentic food and I love that they have a happy hour. The nachos were my favorite thing on the menu, I wish you got more food for what the prices are, but the food was amazing and the service was super friendly

Best latin bar in Cannes! The food is really good especially the beef tacos .It is my guilty pleasure to order at least two types of tacos.The cocktails contain mostly tequila and as a Peruvian ,I love that !Literally you enter and the first you see is a huge wording about tequila.Is a must going Thursday because is bachata night and there is two fabulous teachers.

Went for some early evening margaritas. Pretty tasty! Not sure if there is a size difference at happy hour? They were small but you can feel them. ( I'm used to bigger slushy US style) 6€ at happy hour and 13€ full price and they go down quick. Awesome nachos and the design or look of the place is real nice. Girls working there were also nice

Guacamole and veggie tacos were amazing! Atmosphere was great and food came fast. The burritos were nothing special, but as a vegetarian, I loved the tacos. Highly recommend!

Good variety of original cocktails as well as classic cocktails to order. The best part however was the attention the servers gave us. The bar was very busy and yet we never felt unattended. We hadn’t a lighter for cigarettes and the first waiter gave us his lighter and later the other waitress brought us a packet of matches. They were overall fun and professional and very detail oriented. The location is on a bit of a busy street but we were able to watch some street performers that added to the great upbeat vibe and didn’t bother us or the other clients. Highly recommend LOKA as a go to in Cannes!

This is a nice bar. We sat down for a drink and they were very friendly. We drank gin and tonics and it is nice that they have good gin options and it is well prepared. The atmosphere outside is also really nice as you can easily enjoy the crowds walking past.
