I love coming to 3 peppers!! You can’t go wrong with their carnitas burrito! Love their mango habenero salsa(: quick and efficient!! It’s the closest thing to me that is better than Monarcas and Mexico lindo.

Ate here last night and honestly, felt like I threw away my money. The meat for each of us(I got pork and my fiancee got chicken) was absolutely disgusting and obviously not the best cut. Had very little taste to it and just a waste of my time. I know this is a small chain but how do you mess up tex mex so badly? Someone at this company needs to rethink things for sure.

Update as of 1/11/22 The general manager was kind enough to not only text me once, but he contacted me two more times including the phone call today as he was very sick for the past two weeks and even today didn't sound good but still took a good 30 minutes to talk to me about my concerns. I really do appreciate how he handled everything and explained some of the challenges they are going through because of COVID. He didn't make excuses and offered to buy my next meal which I told him wasn't necessary but he insisted. I will definitely give them a try again with the understanding of the challenges they are facing. I have never had management from any business handle a complaint as well as he did and am very appreciative of it. I am changing the star rating from a 1 to 4 simply because he took the time to address my concerns. I have gone to 3 pepper since it first opened. My family and I have absolutely loved this place. I knew several staff that worked there in the beginning. The place had great food and very good service. Over the years the quality of the food has declined and the service as well. Tonight was the final straw that is forcing me to stop going there and find a new Tex-Mex place to eat. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and chips, that's all. My order was supposed to be done at 7:15 which is exactly when I got there. Within 10 minutes of waiting, the place was filling up with people that had to go orders. Food was being made only to sit on the back counter as they were trying to apparently do everyone's order at the same time but nothing was getting done. I notice two quesadillas going into boxes within the first 5 minutes of being there but assumed they were someone else's. Customers were getting restless as more and more kept waiting for their food. Eventually about 20 people were waiting and no customers were even there to order food but nothing was coming out. At exactly 7:43 I got my order which had been sitting there in one of the boxes that was made within the first 5 minutes I was there. My food was cold and when I told the workers that they looked confused, didn't apologize or try to make it right. I even demanded they remake the quesadilla as it sat for about 25 minutes which the one girl was going to even though she couldn't understand why I was asking for it to be redone. She then said that it would have to be made differently because of something being frozen which I am not sure what she said because I was so angry at that point. I took the cold food and left as this was not even for me. They had at least 5 people working there and know one had a clue what was going on. The owners clearly could care less about how this place is falling apart. My wife and kids have had bad experiences in the past as well. This really is a shame and honestly hope the owners read this and start taking a closer look at this place as I am sure more negative reviews are coming. I have used them for the school I work at for the team I coached but unless something drastically changes never again.

Paige was TACOTASTIC!!! She was super sweet, and it was an awesome time!!! The service was impeccable, we came in wanting some grub, and left with awesome new friends!

I ordered a burrito, quesadilla, and 4 tacos here for the first time Sunday evening and out of all the obvious competitors, 3 Pepper eclipses them. Detail oriented w making the flour tortilla from scratch on the spot gives it an amazing soft, fluffy, chewy texture that other burrito places lack. I ordered a quesadilla in person and wasn’t denied in favor of reserving the item for online like how Chipotle has lost their minds in doing. It tasted waaaay better as well. Will be back frequently. This place is a gem. 💎🌯🌮

Honestly disappointed I could have made more flavored food at home, this burrito is a sloppy mess and tastes like somebody poured lime juice over it and the garlic in the steak is un edible. 50$ down The drain and pounds of food wasted needless to say I will not be coming back

First time here is tight but nice, you actually could fit quite a few in here service is great got to say it's alot!!!! better than Chipotle's actually we'll see how the food taste but definitely would recommend this was recommended by Gabriella who's also a Google reviewer. So definitely the word is out is definitely a lot better than Chipotle's definitely would recommend thumbs up to 3 Burrito 🌶 🌶 👍🏼👍🏼🤩🤩! They seems to taste more home homemade more fresh than Chipotle says it is, actually a lot cleaner.

I love this place almost as much as I love Burritos! Decent variety of different choices and I can usually get 2 meals out of 1 regular burrito. I love picking and choosing what ingredients I want and the prices are very fair and an added bonus of chips and salsa with the order of a burrito, whereas, most places charge extra for that. I've been here many times and will be back again and again. Oh, I also forgot to mention, you can freeze these burritos if you desire and thaw and heat later!

~ First, I only provide reviews on extremely good experiences, and extremely bad experiences. This one would fall under the later. ~ I could not have been much more displeased with the service at the Cape Coral location tonight. To provide a brief summary: - placed online order - arrived at restaurant to pick up (2) meals at time that was requested. - 25 mins later, and me asking about my online order twice, meals were finally provided. - I asked the employee that handed the (2) meals to me, did he double/triple check my order? He said all was there and correct. - Of course, after arriving home, all was not there, nor was the meals complete. Missing side of queso, which I was charged extra for, missing chips, sour cream, and various sauces. VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The store had (4) employees, and while I was there, including myself only (5) customers were waited on. So, this was certainly NOT a busy time! - To make matters worse, hence the “icing on the cake” was that none of the employees showed any signs of remorse for wasting my time. Had they cared at all, and show it, I would not be leaving this review. ~ The food is good there but, I highly recommend planning accordingly by adding an additional 30 mins to your lunch/dinner plans.

I ordered a burrito with chicken , white rice, cheese , black beans, lettuce tomatoes and guacamole. There was VERY little chicken , hardly no lettuce or guacamole it was mostly rice and beans and I was charged over $12. The same thing happened a couple months ago, I was giving them a second chance thinking maybe a new employee made a mistake. Won’t be ordering from them again , very unhappy.

Good chicken bowl. Tasteless unsalted cold chips and weak salsa. No alcohol selection. Young lady behind the counter wiped nose on her sleeve multiple times while making our food. Not a stellar experience.

I ordered a quesadilla with just cheese I was excited to open the box because usually I never have a problem the quesadilla was squashed so much extra cheese it was sloppy and uncalled for

Our burrito and tacos were stone cold! Had to throw 1 taco and half a burrito away! This was from the store in Cape Coral, Florida at 2522 Santa Barbara Blvd unit #308. What a huge disappointment especially after paying $26.70!! I don't think we will ever patronize this store again.

1st time here. I like the simple menu. Carintas Salad was very good. Guacamole was fresh and delicious. The employees were happy and quick. Nice dining experience!

First time eating at 3 Pepper Burrito. We had burritos & a quesadilla. Burritos were huge and good flavors that you customize with the fresh topping choices. Chips and salsa were pretty good. Queso dip is real tasty. Staff was friendly and said hello upon entering the store. Only complaint is that most of the tables were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. We were there at least 45 minutes and nobody attended to the dining area in that time. Update 9-2020: Grabbed some take-out during Covid. Nice to see their staff taking it seriously with masks on. Thanks for supporting Childhood Cancer Month. That is our friend Jordon on the sign. He's a brave kid who is battling Cancer. Oh, the food was delicious again!

I put a Uber eats order in tonight and got my tacos and they were trash so whoever worked at 8pm on 5/19 and made my food, you should quit or be fired because this is a freaking joke I requested Lettuce and literally a sliver of Lettuce was put on, it's one thing to forget an ingredient but to put a piece of Lettuce like that just made my blood boil and I threw it away the whole thing was drenched in sauce it was soggy and hardly had anything on it. Also all the tacps we ordered they put 2 together in the foil and put into a paper bag instead of individually wrapping them so that they stayed put together. My daughter didn't recieve sour cream and my wife didn't get her side of salsa either, your job really isn't hard. Never eating her again I'm so over the food Industry and the lack of care, I rarely write reviews but I'm over this happening.

Service was okay,and I say this because the staff kept getting mixed up on who has what. The food was good though, and recommend it if you want something that taste good with a little above moderate price at $48 for three meals with "No" drink. Fast and efficient though and place was clean.

Always fresh and very tasty. I love that it’s customizable. We have a very picky eater & one who piles everything in a burrito and both are usually satisfied by an order of 3 pepper.

Outclasses the other type of restaurant that have similar menus. The fresh made tortilla was huge even the churros was great. Well done to this place

Thought we give the three Pepper Burrito a try and I am glad we did, the staff seem happy and friendly, the burrito was tremendous, and excellent tasting. I was afraid that it was just another run of the mill fast food joint, I am glad it isn't. Give them a try and I'm sure you will be happy too. Can't wait for my next meal there.

My husband I were in Cape Coral for vacation from Michigan and had never experienced a 3 Pepper Burrito Co before. We loved it! The group of employees they have at this are great! Special shout out to Chloe for the amazing dessert!!

First time here and the service and food was amazing 😋 I was serviced by Aaliyah she was great . Being that it was my first time there she helped me with deciding what I would get. She gave the best customer service I’ve gotten in awhile. She was very pleasant and will be back soon because I think I found my new favorite spot .

Great food and great prices. Restaurant and their restroom always clean ( I tend to shy away from using public restrooms) The thing I appreciate the most is the service, smiling faces. Aaliyah was so sweet & engaging as she worked, she was awesome. Great job 3 Peppers Cape.

Love 3 pepper. Hands down one of my favorite lunch spots. Price is great, food is great, and good people.
