Culver’s is awesome! Better food than any fast food place around everything in the Cape so far, it has been great they serve great salads! They have a lot of sides! They have ice cream and shakes, I love the concrete mixers! Staff is quick and efficient! even when you think the drive thru is so long it’s still very efficient!! I will return again will take pictures this time.

The place is top notch.. Never had a problem with an order and we've been there a lot. Best fast food value out there.

Staff is friendly here. The food is okay. My biggest concern is the ant problem they had the last time I ate inside. Our table had ants walking on it. We got up and moved to another table, and informed a crew member of the issue. She shrugged it off, like eh okay. I no longer trust the cleanliness of the restaurant, nor the crew's ability to care about the customer experience.

Never,ever trust the drive thru! Always open bag and check the order! In drive through for 20 minutes and order was wrong! Had to go back through and another 15 minutes to get order correct! To make matters worse they argue with you. The person that owns the franchise has no idea what they are doing. Food good, service atrocious! And guess what? They don’t seem to care!!! Total failure! Stupid high school kids working with an attitude and no supervision!

I expect more from niche new restaurants in the area. But after multiple visits to multiple stores, I can't help but be disappointed by the food on offer here. Great service. Great atmosphere, absolutely middling food. Burgers are merely okay, and the seafood tastes like dough wrapped in oil.

The service was slow and a bit cumbersome however the staff was friendly. I chose Culver's because we are still fairly new to the area and had never been there before. This was our once a month burger treat since my husband has changed his diet. Initially we were both so excited, then "VERY-VERY" Disappointed !! Both burgers were riddled with an absurd amount of  grease and salt so much so that we couldn't even eat the burgers, and of course we're now back home. So if you don't mind an abundance of grease and salt; then Bonappetit… J&M 1

We ordered 2 burgers, both were burnt and dry. None of the condiments we asked for were on the burgers. Pretzels had no salt and cold crunchy fries. Usually great experience until now.

Please add more cheese to my cheese curds , stop being so cheap, and not make them so burnt . Ordered on 5/17/2022 A butter double burger it tasted burnt and the beef Pattie’s are very thin . Barely any meat ! It’s gross ! Wisconsin cheese isn”t enough.

Nice place , well lit and decorated, very busy, cleaning tables constantly. The burgers do not look like in the photo on the menu 😞, they are small .

Ice cream is very good

BUG IN ICE CREAM! I go here pretty frequently and the service is inconsistent. Even if you do curb side on a slow day you're waiting 10-20 minutes after your arrival time. My ice cream is always melted. The food quality is pretty good and I love their gluten free bun option ...the other day my ice cream was soup and today there was a bug in it. Think this is my last time eating here for a while. :(

I love Culver's in general, but this location has fallen on hard times. Maybe it's the mgr, or the quality of the available help, but when we started going here in 2020 it was fine, but somewhere in 2022 the place got musty and a little stinky. They aren't cleaning it well. Then, you can't even sit on the main aisle along the East side of the store b/c 3, 4, up to 6 workers go on break at a time and congregate over there. A) I complained once to the mgr b/c these workers on break were loudly cussing in front of my kids. Mgr just walked into the back--didn't say he'd address it. Idk. B) Another time one worker met their non-employee friends on their break. Loud, sat in the booth next to my family, and the friends bought nothing. Just loitering. C) Another time, two employees--who happened to be a black kid and a latino kid--were legit shouting about US immigration policy, as if they were going to solve it on a 15 minute break by just Googling stuff and yelling it at one another. D) Another time 6 were just standing around and you couldn't even walk down the aisle. Had to walk all the way around. Just no self awareness or basic customer service smarts. E) And one of those times at least 5 tables had garbage on them the entire time we were there . . . while the teen workers sat around/stood around on break. Do your jobs. Bad mgr and help is tanking this place.

This is the third time my husband has ordered us two shakes and a side of cheese curds online when he got there to pick it up curbside (we live 5 mins away) it wasn’t “ready” and he had to wait 20mins just to be given half melted “concrete” mixers and Luke warm food at best. When he pointed it out they offered him coupons as a solution. I love culvers but this location is trash now. He called to speak to a manager when he got home and the manager again just offered coupons. We did get a refund after my husband told them to refund it because we won’t be drinking our ice cream.

Food and service were fine but they had like 25 employees working which seemed kinda crazy for 5:00 PM on a Saturday. Also listening the one 40 year old dude bossing all these high schoolers around was quite off-putting. Like of course they aren’t perfect dude there’s no room to move back there. I’ll stick with the drive thru.

Guy who took our order outside was very nice and when we ordered a family sized cheese curds, he mentioned that the amount of curds we'd be getting would be massive. When I received the curds, it was literally just a size large inside a take out container. Was only enough for about 3 people. Not a family size.

I always order their mushroom Swiss burger and it's always delicious. I really want to take a moment and highlight one employee. I don't know her name, but she sounded like she should be working at Disney World. And I mean that as a most sincere compliment. She seriously puts some of the Magic Kingdom staff to shame with her level of happiness and enthusiasm when dealing with customers. We've also been to this location several times and she has the same demeanor every time. It's really refreshing to see.

Pleasantly surprised! Never had Culver's previously. Family chose to order pick up. I walked in and the place was packed! The food was fresh, probably the best quality of all fast food restaurants and it was good! A young man helped me with my bags (ordered shakes and meals for 4 people) and everyone was very polite and friendly. Will return!

I can't say much about the atmosphere as we did drive through. The service was slow, but expected because the place was packed. My extra cheese cheeseburger with all the fixings had no flavor. The fries were good and the chicken fingers were very good, very fresh too. The ice cream was good, but tasted like any other places ice cream.

Culvers fish sandwich and/or their fish dinners are great! Fresh, good quality, flaky, battered fish ~ not a square fillet! And the fries are crispy, hot and soft inside. Restaurant quality!

We had just lived through a Cat 4 Hurricane and Culver's was open. Management must have had EVERY one of their employees working. Food was flying out the door. The drive thru was moving quickly. A line inside to dine-in, also moved pretty quick. The only things NOT working, were the soda machines (due to "boil water" requirement) & the registers. Cash only, due to no WiFi. Our 3-piece Fish dinners, were very good!! We also loved the "crinkle" fries, & coleslaw. Cu-dos to the Management!! And Staff!

Culver's burgers are delicious. I always get the kid meals and save the scoopie tokens. Every 10 gets a free kid's meal! Kid's meals also include a free scoop of ice cream. Sometimes our order is not correct, but it's not a big deal.

Burgers better than McDonald's & Wendy's. Very clean, overall will eat here again & I do recommend - the original butter burger is delicious, not heavy or greasy at all. Get you some.

Some of the best food you can get at a fast food restaurant. Chick fil a quality service and food but with menu options encompassing all forms. Vegetarian, religious, everyone can find something to eat here. Fish n Chips, Cheese Curds, Burgers, and my all time favorite is their Chicken Tenders. Definitely recommend this for anyone. Little on the pricey side but you pay for what you get.

We love Culver's! We go here once a week. My husband loves their burgers and shakes. The mushroom swiss butter burger is delicious. Lately I've been getting the fried Cod, french fries & coleslaw.

Amazing burgers and ice cream. The cheese curds are a must have! I had the triple pub burger, curds and cheesecake concrete mixer. Their burgers have a nice char to them, not overly thin patties and the cheese is top notch. I gotta say it was worth my pants feeling tighter in the waist.... And thighs!

Cheese curds is all you need to order.

BEST CULVERS IN TOWN! I’ve been coming here since they opened, and the staff and food at this location are phenomenal. Sophia and Bella are particularly hard-working and pleasant. Highly recommend the butter burger with a gluten free bun for my fellow gluten-free folks!

Culvers has their act together. Between long line of drive through and many people safely separated in dining room, everything ran like a well oiled machine. Tables were cleaned regardless if they were used and the runners delivering take out orders were track stars. Job very well done Culvers team..

Used to love this place, now I'll probably never go back. Last time I was there I had a Carmel cashew Sunday. Returned it once because it had bugs in it. Halfway through the second one I noticed it was full of bugs. The cashews had nut weevils. Manager did nothing. Now I ordered some tenders. Half way through the tenders I realized they are raw inside. I guess management doesn't care anymore.

I initially stated no blue cheese on my salad. When they deliver our order, what was on my salad! Lotsa blue cheese. So I took it up and the receipt. They reordered it. Andtold me to keep the other one . I politely stated no, it would be a bigger mess as it would make me vomit. So they took it. Just appreciate the correct being made but better if they would follow directions.

(Cape Coral Store off PineIsland Rd) The drive through was pretty backed up, so I thought I would park and my wife would run in and get an order to go. I stayed in the car with our 3 children so she could order the food. The restaurant wasn't busy inside, so I figured it would probably be faster then waiting in the long drive through. My wife stood there for 15 minutes waiting, I could see her from where we parked. She's a patient woman, especially with 3 boys, 4 including me. We knew the restaurant drive through was backed up, but the lobby wasnt busy at all. She didn't say anything still after 15 mins. Then I noticed that the customers that came in after her were getting their food. Now the drive through is clearing out too. After 20 minutes, my wife had to go up to the counter and say something. They apologized, realized that they definitely overlooked our order. They gave us vouchers for a couple free meals, which was nice and appreciated, but the fact that she was standing in the lobby right in front of the staff for 20 minutes and no one thought to ask her anything or acknowledge her at all and she had to go up to the register and inquire about our order was pretty bad. I hope this was just a rare mess up and they don't do this often. My kids really enjoy Culver's, but service like that may effect our decision to go there again or not.

This place turns in to my last minute dinner stop after work quite often. The crew is always excellent and friendly, their service is on point. Whether 11AM or 11PM I'm never disappointed.

Would B5 stars because the Fish sandwich was utterly delicious just didn't have enough fish on it at least a third of the bun was Empty. We always love going to culvers they have good music nice atmosphere friendly associates and great food every time.

Our family always enjoys our meals out at Culvers on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Fl. Food is very well prepared to order and very fresh. Soups are outstanding. Cheddar Broccoli is our favorite. Wait staff is friendly and courteous. I love the shrimp platter and the fish sandwich. The Butter Burgers are outstanding, juicy and fresh. Their special ice cream flavors are a special treat for desert. Lots of exotic flavors to choose from and a daily special.

Today is 2/26/21 and we ordered about $27 at the drive thru. While waiting in the waiting area for cars we watch a giant rat charge one of the ladies handing out food. Needless to say we lost our appetite, but we had already paid. We will have a very hard time returning here due to that incident.

So, almost no one had a mask, except for me and staff. I almost didn't go. But the food is really good. Staff is neutral, not bad or good

Some great fast food! Seriously tasty burgers, great chicken tenders and amazing treats. Also, for some reason their draft root beer tastes very close to A&W draft for beer and is some of my favorite.

I don't know if fast food is appropriate for Culver's. It is my favorite place to get all my treats. The Spicy Chicken sandwich is great and the fries are the best, hot and fresh! The strawberry shake does not disappoint ever. The staff is polite and friendly, something that's hard to come by theses days. Thank you!

Order a double cheeseburger on a pretzel bun and it was very good for a fast food joint. I liked it a lot. The cheese curds were really really good too.

OK for lunch. I don't think they have breakfast. I had a strawberry and chicken salad, which was in season and good. But my friends had a chicken burger and a beef burger each and said they weren't great. Last time they had grilled chicken sandwiches and said they were better. The staff all wore masks, which I think is a plus given it's a restaurant and we're recovering from a pandemic. Place was clean. Drive thru was busy. Recommend, but maybe try the grilled chicken.

We were done with our meal and did not get our drinks even going up and asking 2 times. Finally picked them up on our way out.

Best of the best when it comes to Burgers. The shakes were fabulous.

The frozen custard is great when we get the concrete mixers done right, which it was NOT the case the last few times we were there. We go to this location at least once a week, night time. We usually order 4 concrete mixers, last week 3 of them were wrong, but I only noticed when I got home.Tonight they had to redo my order 4 times. There were about 10 kids working, and it seemed like no one knew what they were supposed to do. I gave them my card to make the payment, they had it but still asked to see my card again lol!!! They were lost. This store is very busy to have employees with no knowledge of the products served. I will be coming again, for sure, but I'll make sure I'll bring my order written on paper so they can read as many times as they need to.
