My husband and I had the privilege of staying at Hotel Sky. We were thoroughly impressed with the friendly and professional service- from the warmth at reception by Stacy-Lee, to the gentleman at the exit boom who greeted us with such joy upon leaving the hotel. Thank you! We found the restaurant, the room, and the amenities to be of great standard and we look forward to our return at Hotel Sky. We would certainly recommend this Cape Town hotel!

Wow, wow, wow! When I booked I didn't know that the hotel is so luxurious and well situated. The rooms are ultra modern, yet cosy and comfortable. I was amazed at the beautiful view. They asked if we would like a mountain or sea view, we chose the sea view and the view was spectacular! We went to see the two pool decks (yes they have two pools), these are heated, so swimming is not a problem. Whilst visiting the one pool deck I noticed the views to the mountain is also spectacular. We decided to dine in at their restaurant and we were served meals and drinks comparable to top 5 star restaurants. The views from the restaurant is stunning. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and modern. I shared with a colleague, it was a bit weird having the shower walk out in the room and not a separate space to get dressed or undressed. However the breakfast buffet was superb and the views of the ocean magnificent. The overall hotel is stunning and I would definitely go there again

A previous (& 1st) stay at this unique property disappointed. But it's location, stunning views and delicious breakfast lured me back. This time every expectation was met, or exceeded! From reservation to check out everything was exactly right. As with all establishments with great facilities, it is ultimately about the team who host one. Every team member was simply fabulous - efficient and with the right attitude. Other reviews will also have high praise for the "breakfast with a view". You simply should not stay here without experiencing a breakfast! They serve 100's on a slow day... and that service is top class. Discreet clearing constantly and the buffet being kept full and attractive all the time. Serving staff have smiles all the time and they are alert too. The rooms are modern and comfortable and while tastes and preferences may differ, everyone will appreciate the views from the rooms. The refreshment station on each floor is a convenient bonus. Parking is easy and the service at the entrance to the garage is very good. I'm glad I returned for another stay... and will do so again when I need to be in that location.

I attended an event and enjoyed the look and feel of this establishment. The decor and tables were spaced well , a dance floor and quiet cozy corners for those who don’t like the background music. Fully stocked bar, a lift gets you to the venue, great 360 view all around area is much bigger on the floor as expected. The parking inside the building is safe and clean toilets. Great place for a party.

Modern, colorful hotel with friendly staff. Lounge is beautiful with stunning view from the ocean, harbor and table mountain. Breakfast a must. From pastries to fruit salad to meat lovers paradise with all the options to choose from. Rooms is very neat and clean, with everything you need. Platters from the lounge was very tasty. Coffee machine's in the passages was very nice. Rooms were clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay Thank you Sky Hotel for the good service.

This hotel is not safe for female travelers. The employees don’t care about the safety of their guests. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people. Each evening we had to show our room key to gain access to the hotel and to get to the rooms. But the security guard of the hotel actually personally escorted an Uber driver my roommate used the day prior upstairs to our room. The guard then banged on our door until we answered while the driver stayed out of sight. Luckily there were a few of us in the room hanging out. The driver was thrown off by our presence and we got aggressive with him he left. But I hate to think of what could have happened. I promptly complained to the front desk and the next morning I received an apology from management. Another thing to note is that none of the hotel rooms come with telephones. If you want to reach the front desk you must download an app.

Very good hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet; fresh fruit and even almond cappuccino. The views from the hotel (at least on my side) was very good. The personnel of the hotel is very friendly and making your stay pleasant. Some of the rooms could be a bit renovated. For example, my shower was a bit broken.

Overall, it was a fair experience. The location is ideal. I need to shout out to Lucille who was an absolute angel (the reason for the 4 star rating). I had an emergency and she did not hesitate to help me not once, but twice! She was so graceful and kind about it. Thank you so much! The breakfast was great with an amazing view. The lady that assists with the croissants had an attitude with me when I asked her to warm mine up, which was disappointing so early in the morning. The view from the kitchen is incredible. The rooms are smaller than what I imagined for a Queen size. There was no bar fridge to keep my food and water cool, no iron and no kettle. The aircon did not work. And lastly, the shower kept changing temperatures without me adjusting the handle. Overall, staff are competent and helpful.

For the low price of a budget room I'll ignore a few negatives. Parking can fill up, with far more rooms than parking spots, and the partying patrons walking past your room can be loud. Our room was crazy small, and since the shower and toilet cubicles are frosted glass you could see almost everything in them ... from everywhere in the room. But from the 20th floor our view was great, the bed was big and comfy, the air conditioning worked great, and the breakfast buffet, included in our low price, was excellent (two kinds of bacon! Be still my heart: wait, not permanently.)

The rooms were really well built and clean. One comment, please: can you seal the windows as the wind rattles it, especially when it blows heavy. The reception staff were inviting, the cleaning staff were friendly. I have to highlight that your staff at the breakfast area were absolutely unfriendly and not as helpful as ambassadors. When asking for help, they merely ignore you, but the manager was warm and friendly.

Large modern hotel with rather dark, small rooms. View from the room was amazing and there’s a good breakfast buffet. Swimming pool is more of a long plunge pool. Staff were lovely, checkout is at 10 but they let us stay until 11 😊.

Beautiful hotel for sure! Amazing service from the staff. The hotel has a gym, heated pool (or maybe the water was warm). The restaurants give the BEST! views of Cape Town, that was my highlight of the place. The rooms were not my favorite especially because I was there for the whole week and I had to live off my suitcase because there is not enough space to hang clothes and you have to go outside to get hot water and coffee and to call reception. I definately would do it again

The whole experience (Including breakfast) was exceptional, you step into the room and for a second you have to navigate yourself and take in the design of the room, but then you realise how lovely it is!! everything you need, the view was stunning, everything was fresh and neat, shower was good and WiFi was strong. Breakfast was love and happiness, staff had smiles all round and the food was great. Service right from check in to check out was a breeze. Really enjoyed our stay! Will certainly stay over in the future #Loyal!

Terrible experience!! When we got there we were told there is no parking for guests and we're told to park on a curb side and check every 5 minutes if a parking was available. The guy at reception was unhelpful and not friendly and welcoming at all. We got to the room and was shocked to see how limited the room space was, felt really claustrophobic in there and decided to have dinner. There is no room service shocking. There's no real directional support and you can get lost real easily. We had dinner the food was okay but the service was really bad, we had to wait really long for a waiter and even asked a different waiter to assist us which we hated. I do not recommend Hotel Sky, it was a terrible experience.

Beautiful hotel with great views of the sea harbour and Table mountain. Very clean and well kept. Great breakfast buffet. Unlimited bean-to-coffee station on each floor, a heated pool and a gym facility. About 10 min from Waterfront. Absolutely worth more than the price!

We didn't stay at the hotel but we went for drinks at the bar. Such beautiful views and the cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced. Nice couch type seating for couples or small groups to enjoy a few drinks and maybe some snacks. The service was great and our waitress was excellent and even gave us recommendations based on what we liked drinking. Will definitely be back again.

Hotel Sky Cape Town lives up to expectations by offering a fantastic living experience to its residents. The single rooms are well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable and productive stay. Staff are friendly and requests are pleasantly and efficiently met. Amenities such as a gym and pool are conveniently located, clean and well equipped. The restaurant offers a diverse range of delicious meals throughout the day as well as a 360Β° scenic view of the city centre. The hotel is well located in the heart of Cape Town and is easily accessible off lower Long Street. For an adrenaline rush and stunning city view, one might want to try the sky-high ride on the roof of the hotel for a moderate fee. My stay at Hotel Sky for a two day conference was excellent overall and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a short, comfortable stay in Cape Town.

Great value for money. Centrally located, meticulous cleaning, comfortable beds and the views amazing. Breakfast alone, is worth staying here; from continental to English style. Two restaurants, a gym and two pools. I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee stations on each floor.

I visited the Infinity Restaurant on the 26th floor. Their menu is very interesting. I must say, as someone who LOVES fries, theirs were truly amazing. Dusted perfectly with salt, and fried to the perfect crisp. Beautiful views of the city and harbour. Absolutely phenomenal service.

Hotel Sky is Horrible! Don't Go there. Not the value for money! I am utterly disgusted in the service we got at Hotel Sky. Firstly I booked the table close to the window and when we got there one of the employees rather said because the group was a group of 20 that is why they got preverence over us. Secondly we were emailed a different menu than the one provided in the Infinity restaurant. Hotel Sky is inconsistent with the food we ordered. We ordered the same burgers but our burgers looked different, one had cheese and the other had none. We ordered a platter and because it said the platter serve for 2 we tried it. I was very disappointed because it was actually a platter for 1. Definitely not the value for money!!!! We asked our waiter (Randal) to speak to the manager who did not address himself. He was extremely rude and argued with us instead of coming to a compromise. I can't believe that a Hotel that is supposed to be rated this high have failed us miserably. We expected better service. I would not want to step a foot in this Hotel again and neither will we recommend this restaurant to anybody!!

An amazing hotel! Fantastic location, awesome facilities, but the best thing by far was the team of friendly staff. At every stage of our stay we were made to feel welcome and on multiple occasions staff went above and beyond to help us and make our stay really incredible. Easy walking distance to V&A Waterfront and parking on site made this a great base for our stay in Cape Town

Celebrated our anniversary here as They had a very good special. I find this place to be a bit over rated, so I was a bit disappointed with the room size. No telephone in rooms so you only have access to reception via link. The breakfast was great on Friday, but I found that there was not much variety on Sat. Front reception was friendly and very informative. View from the pool area is very nice and within walking distance from the v&a waterfront. Overall good experience

Great hotel, great view, great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Housekeeping is a bit of a nuisance and will need fine-tuning on their service durations and timing... There are no service elevators, so all workers are constantly in your space... with smelly buckets of goodness knows what. The internet is not as fabulous as they say on their website, but it works. No closet space to store clothing in the room I was in. All in all I had a lovely stay.

I spent a week at HotelSky Cape Town for a work function! Great service, my room was exceptionally clean, everything worked and every care was taken to make sure I was comfortable! Breakfast was great, big variety to choose from, amazing views over Table Mountain and the city! Dinner was good, service great, all in all a very good stay! I highly recommend this hotel for conferences, or business! Mercia and her team were really welcoming and attentive! Home away from home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
