When I saw the long queue at SARS I decided I needed to carb up before attempting to wait in line. Food Lovers served me fresh arrabiata linguine 👌 the perfect quick meal! 🍝 Also love their selection of fresh juices 🥤 They’re fairly busy with lunch-goers so opt for off peak times if you’re not in a rush.

My husband and I visit the store for the first time yesterday. The food was very well prepared, tasty and good quality. The variety was phenomenal. Staff were most helpful.

Everyday I take my breakfast here .. damn guys u are the best for me as a single father I take my kids there and they love it I can even introduce them to new food as black people we still learning the morden culinary food.. I love yr breakfast

There is always a buzz at this Food Lovers Eatery. It is always busy and the food is really very good and very reasonably priced. It is especially busy between 12h00 -14h00, but as there are enough tills, the waiting period to pay is not very long. There is ample seating available to have your lunch at this Food Lovers Eatery. There is also enough parking bays outside to park near the Eatery.

Great place to grab sushi, sandwiches and other meals in the go. The prices on the sushi is extremely affordable and it tastes so good. You can also get sandwiches, salads, burgers, fresh juices, and more.

A great place to shop for food & find a good breakfast Has a quirky management style that needs an urgent change or makeover sadly lacking in supervision most of staff are level people who just don't have adequate trading or are ill equipped to deal with customer service Q s or support. Manager needs to be dismissed right away poor attitude not helpful, take some lessons from Spar group & hire the best people for this type of business if you want to become the best indoor market in CBD Cape Town

I absolutely love this place. I grab lunch here almost everyday. They have a great selection of food and everything always tastes good. It's also a great place to find a husband or wife with a good career (jk!!!)

i love prego roll but food lovers ICON Building thinks that a prego roll should be on a burger bun what the heck. The staff at the grill shack is incompetent and looks at you funny when you request your prego roll to be on the actual prego roll??? They need to train these guys to know the difference between a burger roll and prego roll!!

Really great experience, loads of variety and good quality food. Landed up costing a bit more than I thought it would though.

All you can eat under one roof. Clean and well managed. Waiting time... Well, you dnt really wait. The fish section needs a little more staff and equipment. You will wait a bit for your fish, hake, or Snoek. Early lunch is recommended or after 2 pm. They have a variety of foods. From hot meals to sushi and sandwiches. The quarter leg a dn chips is a winner. The sushi is lovely but pricey at times. Variety of fruits and vegetables and a good variety of biltong and cake. Burger and chips are up for grabs and pizzas Sit down or take away options.

I loooove this place. The staff is so extremely friendly and the food is always extremely fresh. This morning I got breakfast and coffee to go, Lucky the barista went out of his way to assist me paying for my breakfast at the coffee station instead of walking all the way to the main point of sale. I ended up staying and having my breakfast at the coffee station cause I was so welcomed. Day made 😊 they're also super organized and the line moves super quick!

Outstanding service! Manager went out of his way to help get gorgeous pumpkins!! I haven’t had such service in forever!!!! Highly recommend and well done!!!!

Still a very good place for lunch, maybe the variety of food was Sligh greater during the previous year. I haven't found curry, for example, probably it was not available the day I was there.

The food, the food, the food...I felt like I was loosing my mind. There is something for everyone. Please pack something to take home later...you will be so mad at yourself if you don't!!!! You literally have access to all your food/drink cravings here. Prices are even cheaper than the markets outside! Very clean and organized is also a plus!

Wow what a pleasure to pop in here and get something toneat and drink. Must be the best Food Livers I have ever visited. Hungry, need a snack. Pop in here they have it all for all your hunger desires and needs.

First shopping experience at Food Lovers Eatery today and totally disappointed in the quality of fruit being sold, especially the strawberries. Half a punnet is rotten. Prices are also much more expensive than Brackenfell. Will definitely not be back.

I freaking love it here. Whenever I come to cape town I stay at the icon building just for the convenience of food lover down stair. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is sorted with them.

I was there today for the first time and honestly didn't know what to choose. It's a huge variety and everything looked amazing. I ended up with sushi, juice and lemon meringue and a brownie for hubby. Delicious

Great place to camp. The scenery is perfect. Its just sad the amount of litter that gets into the ocean and onto the beach though. From safety perspective it's not ideal as there are lots of people looking to take any opportunity they can get for petty crime.

About the single-use plastic: I was delighted to see the paper containers at the salad bar - but WHY plastic containers as well? I used the paper option for salads with plenty of dressing and no leaking, as these photos show. Moving to the fresh veg and fruit section, I was disheartened to see the roll of single-use plastic bags. So I went to the bread section to ask for a brown paper bag to put loose fruits in for weighing. Only to be told I will be charged R5 for the bag at the till if I use it for fruits - but no charge when it's used for bread? What's the difference?!! And then there were the Styrofoam containers which some people queued with, and the offering of a plastic knife and fork in a plastic bag at the till 😡 Consumers are getting fed up with the unnecessary use of plastic by retailers. My go to when I don't pack in lunch to work. Very clean and tidy. Great meals and so many options. I often stand there for a few minutes deciding what I would like to eat because of all the options. A great variety. The prices are affordable too.
