Lovely pick and pay catering for students and workforce of the area. Checking out and paying is just frustrating. Takes very long. The cashiers are slow and not very eager. However the quality of their hot deli is good. Makes up for the slow check out.

Love how quick and efficient their system is. Just hate how their manager doesn't listen to customers, is very obnoxious and has a condescending tone. Either than that, they have a lovely staff with great services.

Great Customer Service from each and every worker there!!! Also, the person (Sheryl-Lee, if I spelled the name correctly) is super fantastic and fun in picking up a call, you can hear they're super friendly, energetic and bubbly over the call. Dearly love and appreciate all of you in Obs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 xoxo.

Has one of the worst services at the liqour store side. Check them out if you want the experience, they don't disappoint

PnP has all the essentials required; bakery section has great pastries and freshly baked confectionery. The deli alike, fresh products on offer. The store has self-service counters, making it efficient. The staff is always happy to help.

The beer at the bottle store is ALWAYS warm. Despite repeated requests to keep cold beer, the management doesn't address the issue. platitudes re loadshedding doesn't account for this long standing lack of service. SABS hikes the price but PnP can't even sell the drinks cold. This is the least you can do, despite having more than enough customers to not have to o offer the basic service. It's not like that shop is making too little profits. See to this please.

As I was everyday for 6,5years in this area, this was the shop I would buy what was needed before going home. It’s is also where I bought sushi and hot chocolate, while waiting on my kids and they sell the most amazing cakes. Their underground toilets came in so handy all the times, while waiting on my children to finish at Groote Schuur. So many memories of this store so I will always support them👌

Can you change your trading hours that are being shown to the public ( opening and closing times). Came to buy 6min before the time to close but the lady from phangela securities didnt want us to go inside telling us that they have closed.did ask her ti help us but she refused to do so. I wonder if Mr Ackermans does know that the company that is hired is treating the so called customers the way she did. Thankyo

Huge improvement on the inside. Nice renovations. Bigger isles. But the safety on the outside continues to worry. It is situated next to a squatter encampment. You will get harassment when you enter St Peter's Square. This appalling situation must be addressed. It looks terrible and also the people in the squatter camp on the main road need better accommodations.

Store has been changing for the better in the last 2 months, I've been visiting the store for the last 13 or 14 years and this year most of the old staff have gone to be replaced with new younger staff, but the shop floor lay out is improving, more space to walk between isles, and In the past there was too much boxes of unpacked stock standing in the way, but that seems to have improved in the last 6 months. Best staff member to deal with is Cherylene who has been there since forever, lovely, smiling, bubbly, pure honest good human being always ready to help. Customer service lady at its best! Safe parking, except for a few very miserable parking attendants, who only meet and greet the shoppers who give them huge tips, the rest of us mean nothing with our R 5 tips here and there. Other than that, you should have an enjoyable shopping experience!

ASAP delivered fruit rotten from excessive freezing and thawing fruit - at 1st they wanted to shift the blame to ASAP app until I pointed it out that according to my order it was picked and picked from a specific branch and I felt their picker/packer staff should not work with fresh produce if they can not see, feel or smell Vermented fresh produce - offending fruit was held in my hospital side table for 48 hrs before I got a response after following up. I was reimbursed including being charged for a out of stock item. If it wasn't such a effort I'd prefer my reimbursement to be of same value in which I paid and not a voucher as my trust index in this family grocery store deteriorated. Btw for R34.99 at Foodlovers I got a Huge bag of yummy edible bag of oranges vs P'nP 1.5/2kg inferior Quality oranges.

I was at Pick n Pay St Peters Square today 20.12.2022. I have to say I was so impressed with the customer service especially when entering the store - the Manger and mangaresses were absolutely stunning, greeted the customers and were extremely helpful. The fruit and veg section was amazing as the goods were fresh and not badly priced either in comparision to other shops. Well done - hope the service remains at this high standard. Compliments of the season to all the management and staff.

I stood in a qeue to buy aramax bag ...1 cashier and a long qeue. Management do not care when people are in a hurry.

In a good area, close to the Groote Schuur Hospital and student residence. Very busy especially in the morning rush. Just need to stock up on their breads variety.

The staff is very friendly, and welcoming. No long wait in qeues at the cashiers. The self-service check out counters helps a lot to reduce waiting in lines.

It's an ok centre, one gets all they need at the PnP and the coffee spot within centre is surprisingly affordable. I would suggest they add visible bathroom signage as well as have a seating area for those who choose to wait for ehailing or those who'd like to sit and snack whilst waiting.

😐 Woolworths Cape Town CBD, was my go to store, for veggies, fruit and a quick fix for supper. That would often lead me into being tempted to buy other goods in the clothing line. Now that the food section is no longer I will not be going there very often. The staff however are very friendly and helpf...

😐 It’s a decent Spar with lots of options and nice goods. Was a bit sad to see security following a homeless guy around in the store like he was a criminal. The security guard seems to have a superiority complex.
