Wonderful, convenient for transport , easy to locate the place, near the sea, you feel at home

Location is perfect. Stunningly designed boutique property with classy decor. Staff are awsome and Jenna is a real asset. Definately going back for cocktails.

We accidentally booked a double bed room because as German standard, double beds are king size beds. As we were unhappy with the size of the bed we asked if we could move elsewhere, the other rooms were full and the owner gave us a larger room at no extra charge. The room was large and had a nice view with air conditioning and fridge and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was great, the staff were all very friendly and polite. There is a small pool outside and it's nice to sit around. The location is best near the waterfront and many restaurants and shops in the area. We had street parking out front and there was someone on guard all night watching cars. It couldn’t be any better than that, highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Head South Lodge. It’s in a great lication, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Most noteworthy, the hosts are excellent. The managers, Jasmin and Teddy, are very engaged and helpful. The owner, Jeff, offered excellent advice for day touring. I am happy to recommend Head South Lodge to anyone - and will certainly return when next on Cape Town.

We stayed in Head's South Lodge with a group. This place is very good for staying with friends. They have a bar, pool and cozy breakfast-room. The hotel with excellent location, near the ocean front, quiet and safe, they have a security. Rooms are different, we liked so much superior rooms. Breakfast were various and tasty. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this hotel!

The staff was very welcoming, and the place is stylish and beautiful.

We loved everything about this perfectly situated lodge! A beautiful building, tastefully decorated with flair. The friendly staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and generous enough to satisfy a teenage boy! The lodge is within a short walk of the promenade, the stadium and Green Point park, and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Also close to so many of Cape Town's tourist highlights eg Table Mountain.

I love the Head South Lodge, we were so taken care off during our stay, i had a bad cold and would come back to fresh honey lemon & ginger all wrapped up on a plate for me, breakfast is fresh every morning, lovely fruit salads with mango, pineapple & papaya, freshly made scones, eggs cooked to order, GREAT coffee, our room was large & immaculate, we’ve had 2 weeks at this lovely guest house, we were working & holidaying and it really was like a home from home, there’s an honestly bar whereby you can help your self to drinks, my ONLY criticism is there is only 1 sun lounger, very centrally located the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet, thank Geoff to you and all your amazing team for taking such great care of us Lisa & John

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Location is perfectly settled within walking distance to the beach and many good restaurants. Good breakfast. Good value for the money. Would stay there again.

On Saturday night, my boyfriend and I were being followed, and the security guard was nice enough to let us wait inside the lodge yard by the pool area for our lift. Everyone was very polite and understanding about the situation. The Lodge is stunning, with amazing art and pool area. I took this picture, just so that I could remember to say Thank you so so much.
