My wife and I stayed here in October 2018 while on our honeymoon. We both agreed that it is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed it. Our highlights were the views, the taxi service, the AMAZING breakfasts and, of course, the afternoon tea. The staff were fantastic and we liked the fact that, for a luxury hotel, it had a really relaxed feel to it. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to be back in Cape Town. Thanks guys!

Exquisite location, interior design, and delicious high tea!! I would've given a higher rating, were it not for the incredibly disappointing service. There was no-one around when we arrived which was weird.. Then when we were shown around, there was a lot of detail mentioned about breakfast, and dinner arrangements until I reminded them we'd only made a booking for tea. When we asked for anything it felt like they were doing us a massive favour, and then there's the number of times one of us had to get up and find a staff member for forgotten orders :: hot chocolate, a napkin, side plates... A great pity as we were there to celebrate a special occasion - thank goodness for the spectacular view!!

This hotel is exceptional! It is located in a residential area, with only 8 rooms. The decor is fantastic, think of it as a home away from home. The communal areas are designed for comfort and books! Books line shelves and you are encouraged to take One, find a cosy spot on the sofa and get to it. Stayed in the pom pom room which had it's own pool surrounded by high trees for added privacy. The room again had book shelves and the bathroom was equally fantastic. There were several aquariums as well as a fish pond all designed for calm and rest! Afternoon tea is served from half 3 with spread of cakes, tea, finger foods. The bar area outside gives you your personal view of table top mountain. I had to make videos of the place as opposed to photos because photos won't do it justice. The hotel offers complimentary car service into town and pick up within 20 miles. Definitely one to stay in, absolutely 5 star quality. The staff were amazing. Special thanks to Laura and the team. Can't wait to.see you guys again in a few months.

Simply the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I spent a night in the Versailles Suite and were blown away by every aspect of the experience. The best views you’ll ever see of Cape Town, the most delicious high tea you’ll ever taste and the most comfortable and luxurious room you’ll ever stay in. I honestly can’t recommend Manna Bay highly enough.

Unique boutique hotel. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and luxurious, but still gives a "home" feeling. Very convenient and central location close to city attractions and restaurants, but away from the city traffic and noises. Excellent staff and service. Lovely relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms are beautiful, and the view from the Versailles suite was absolutely stunning. Looking out over the city as the sun rise and set are some of the most breathtaking views we had in Capetown. Staff was really attentive and helpful, and the made-to-order breakfast was really phenomenal. I can't recommend Manna Bay enough.

This place is truly the definition of a boutique hotel. So close to Table mountain! Lovely South African staff made me feel like I was in my own house. I could experience the full tradition of "high tea" (afternoon time for sweets and salty pastries along some bubbles or a classic English tea/or cappuccino). I got really pampered with breakfast with such a fantastic view of the city. Close enough to Cape Town city center, perfect for any season stay.

Absolutely fantastic. The venue and rooms are 5 star, the high noon tea is a special treat and the overall ambiance and experience is wonderful. It is a bit expensive though for what is offered, but you will struggle to find a better experience with the view it offers.
