We spent our last three days at the Treehouse Hotel and loved every minute of it. The location is perfect. It’s also about a 25-30 walk to Signal Hill and less than a 10minute drive to the V &A Waterfront. The staff was very polite and professional. They offer the following: - wine of the day - cake of the day. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. You can also order from the menu as well. Thank you for taking care of us and we appreciate all you did. See you again!

Makes sure that wherever we want to go he brought us there and they do anything to make your stay so good as possible. And shenaaz was taking very good care of us she arranged even an another pillow because mine pillow was to high.

My husband and I honeymooned to South Africa and without a doubt feel like the Tree House Hotel was the PERFECT place to stay in Cape Town! Since this is a boutique hotel, we felt like VIPs. Manager Elton and his incredible staff were unbelievable and went out of their way to accommodate our every needs. They were able to recommend sightseeing, arrange cars/guides if necessary and knew of all the best places to eat in town. By the end of our 3-night stay, we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, with impeccable service - the staff is so pleasant, thoughtful and friendly. I appreciated their attention to detail with the games and cake station available for all guests downstairs.

This was our first hotel in CT, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Beds were very comfortable, rooms well appointed, and breakfast was delicious. The people working there were very welcoming and kind, we would definitely return and recommend for closeness to V&A and CBD.

The Tree House Boutique hotel is a home away from home. The crew is outstanding, friendly and felt like family. The rooms, interior design, the spa, the breakfast, the pool and especially the service was the best we’ve experienced during our stay in Cape Town. Evance, Elton & the crew saved our holiday many times, example: one hotel we stayed at had construction going on and the team at Tree House were so sweet in finding us a room last minute. Evance even organised us a car when we went to Stellenbosch for a couple of days! At the end of our holiday we decided to come back for our last day/night in Cape Town to say goodbye. I highly recommend staying here and if we ever come back to SA we know where will be staying!

We stayed one night at the Tree House Boutique Hotel before boarding a cruise. We chose the hotel based on reviews, photos, and the convenient location to the waterfront area. I can't speak highly enough about the amazing staff--personable, professional, hospitable, and kind. Our king room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom is enormous. I don’t believe there are air conditioning vents in the bathroom, but it was a non-issue. Toward the end of our cruise, we emailed the hotel to ask if we could pay to store our bags there for much of the day (morning disembarkation and evening flight). Not only did they graciously let us store our bags at no charge, but they also provided access to a shower and were very hospitable. Additionally, they arranged for us to be picked up at the cruise port and later dropped off at the airport. The transfer cost was reasonable and exactly on time. Every staff person we encountered was wonderful, especially Elton. The Tree House Boutique Hotel wrote the book on gracious hospitality and genuine warmth. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next visit to Cape Town. FIVE STARS

Just checked out of this beautiful little gem of a hotel. We stayed for 5 night as part of our honeymoon. I cannot fault this place. The staff, particularly Elton, were super attentive, and would do anything to make your stay extra special. Room was big and extremely clean. Food delicious. Thank you for a great stay.....

This place is great, and a big part of that is due to the people. Special shout out to Evance and Elton who were extremely friendly and accommodating. They really know hospitality! The location is great as well, the room clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The Tree House Boutique Hotel was a delightful experience to begin our vacation in South Africa. We were met at the Cape Town airport by Peter, who also served as our driver several days of our stay. Peter was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. Paul was our guide for a full day drive and was informative and a pleasure. Our room was exceptionally clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed. The room was generously supplied with everything we might need, including coffee, tea, and water. The abundant breakfasts and cakes each day were delicious. Service throughout our weeklong stay was top notch in every way. Thanks to everyone we met during our stay. We appreciated the hospitality and recommend the Tree House highly.

Such a warm, hospitable welcome when we checked in from our 17 hour journey; it was a sanctuary. Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, great food. This is a treasure and a find!

When I say this place is perfection, I mean it. The location is great, the facilities are fantastic, but the staff… oh man the staff are absolutely the best. Let me break this down into a few categories - Hotel itself: as a lover of non-chain hotels, I can’t say enough positive things about the tree house. The thought that has gone into each and every inch of this hotel is perfectly calculated. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are stellar. The bed was comfortable, the room was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The location: 15-20 minute walk down to the V&A waterfront, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Don’t want to walk? The staff will be glad to arrange transportation. The staff: every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Elton and the rest of the team chatted with us during breakfast, made sure we had everything we needed, and took special care when we requested laundry service. Special shout out: we booked two tours through reception, the transfer tour to Hermannus (the Big Splash) and the Peninsula tour. We loved both, but the peninsula tour was something out of this world. Ishmael was our driver all week and he made us feel like lifelong friends. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history, sites, and culture and shared everything he could with us. There simply are not enough positive words to share about our experiences. If I could do it all again, which I hope to one day, I’d stay for more than 5 nights as I felt we only scratched the surface on what Cape Town had to offer. I’d 100% stay at the tree house or one of their sister properties every time. Wishing the staff nothing but the best and thanks again for the wonderful, memorable experience.

SUPERB... PLEASE BOOK THIS HOTEL.!! Wonderful and delightful hotel, so relaxing, so quiet. Definitely the best staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They will do anything for you and with a lovely South African / Cape Town charm. Such great knowledge of the area which helped us. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful.. Fell in love with the eggs benedict. The hotel is superbly located for the V&A areas, costal walks and the city centre Will definitely miss this hotel and more importantly, all of its wonderful generous staff Gareth
