Deluxe continues to produce some of the best coffee in this fair city. Furthermore, they certainly understand their market in terms of the retail spaces in which they set up shop - dark and broody places that assimilate well with the CBD's historic feel. Such an awesome place! I would stop here everyday if I lived close by.

Lovely baristas! Just the oat milk brand they use doesn't go well with their type of coffee (it comes out sour), so rather try the normal milk. It would be nice if they had more alternative milk options to do their great coffee more justice :)

Good coffee, NO WIFI! I’d come back with a friend or a date to chat over some roasts, but not a good spot for working. It’s tucked away in a little side ally and the view is of a garage door and side of a building which isn’t bad, but the honking is a bit distracting. If you’re looking for a spot to grab coffee to-go, perfect for that as they are attentive and quick in their service 👍🏼

Friendly staff. Best value for money beans in the Mother City as far as I know. The house blend is a great mild coffee with easy to like flavours, while the greater intensity of the Columbia Excelsio and its sweetness have made it my current go-to.

Arguably my favourite stop for coffee in Cape Town. Been going there for nigh on a decade and not once disappointed. Quick, efficient service. Consistent, high quality coffee. The only disappointment is that I finish it so quickly, but the taste lingers pleasantly and pleasurably.

I basically stop at Deluxe every morning for coffee, best flat white in town with great service and an awesome mood. The motorcycle tree mounted on the wall is probably my favourite feature only second to the aroma hanging in there air from the beans. Oh, don't forget to grab your beans ground appropriately for whichever coffee machine you may have at home. Keep it up!!!
