I am incredibly impressed with every single aspect of service given to me last year November/December by Naomi Smart of Uwe Koetter. I went for an initial consult for a signet ring I had custom made, and felt extremely safe and comfortable in the shop, as all safety protocols were adhered to. All subsequent correspondence ensued over email and WhatsApp. Every week, I had an update with pictures from Naomi, and when finally I couldn't come to pick up the ring, she hand delivered it to me at my home. I am so happy with the end result as well. Thank you Naomi and Uwe Koetter for great all round service!

Sharing my excitement and gratitude to the team at Uwe Koetter Jewellers for making beautiful rings for me and my fiance (as well as my mother). Our order included a rework of hierloom diamonds. This was our first time using Uwe Koetter, and from beginning to end Simonette provided great care and professionalism. Our timeline for Cape Town was very short, and the UK team was able to finish one ring in 2 weeks. The remainder were shipped to us through DHL to the United States. The shipping was insured, very safe and arrived within 1 week after departing from South Africa. The UK team labeled and packaged all stones which were not used. Started the engagement ring and wedding band design process with Johan in April and we couldn't be happier with the end result delivered early May.
