Our family, us, daughter, son in law and grandson (18 months) had a very pleasant lunch with reasonable if slightly patchy service. Our daughter had the €30 vegetarian menu and we all had the €21 menu. My mackerel escabiche was excellent, the quail good and the creme brulee pleasant. Fair value and the others all enjoyed their dishes too. Nice local red at €23. Total €131.

Terrible to sum it all up. Where was the social distancing for Covid? All tables are so close near each other. We made a dinner reservation for 2 and got a table situated so badly they couldn't seat us facing each other like a normal situation. Had to sit in an L-shape. We asked for another empty table (4 remaining) but all were reserved?? First come first serve! When asking for some bread with our food, we had to ask twice after waiting for it for 10-15 minutes. The waitor found it more important to clear another table first before bringing us some bread. Our table didnt even get any bread while all other tables did. We weren't even finished with our drinks and they gave us the bill, without even asking for it yet. No problem bringing us that so quickly, but bread...sad, really sad. Not even one star worth but i guess that's the minimum. Way to ruin our last night after an amazing week. What did we do wrong?

Just take the cassoulet à la carte. It’s simply delicious !!!

Very charming hotel. Something to note. The showers here simply have a handheld shower wand in a bathtub. There is no shower stall or curtain. The rooms have shutters which almost completely black out the room which is very nice. The room had a very nice view of the restaurant courtyard and the church.

What a great place to eat at a fair price right in the Old City of Carcassonne. I chose a traditional dish and wasn't disappointed. We thought the price was quite good and we were in a shaded area, which is nice when it's so hot!

Amazing food, fantastic very freindly and helpful staff especially Erwann. We stayed 2 nights, he was top class. Recommended great wine to go with the food. Wonderful room, very view. Perfect location. Less than 10 mins from the car park. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cosy traditional French restaurant with rooms to boot. Rooms need dressing mirror and some hooks as there's nothing. But the food was unearthly. Amazing service and quality food and drink. Excellent job, your chef is a god.
