Went here a couple of weeks ago. Ordered food for collection for 2 people. When I got to the till, I was told it was almost £30. The guy then corrected the price. I asked for no mayonnaise on the burger and there was. The guy at the till made me anew burger with his bare hands, no gloves used whatsoever. Disgusting! When I got home I realised they had only given 1 bag of chips rather than the 2 the meal came with. NEVER going back to this place again. The prices they charge as well are ridiculous for mostly fried chicken.

Was decent..big boy portions (thats what you need). I would have given it 2 stars if it weren't for the hospitality of the owner Nassar which pushed it upto 3. He kinda guessed we weren't from local and sorted something out despite being kinda palmed off by some of the staff who weren't very friendly. Just a little warning..dips cost and the chicken burgers don't come with cheese thats also a extra cost. Not such a bad place all in all

Ordered a chicken burger but after my second bite I almost choked on a bone. Called up and spoke to a member of the kitchen staff. After I made him aware of the situation he told me "that's impossible" and "Absolutely no way" as well as laughing. This basically gave me the impression that he thought I was lying even though as you can see by the photos, I wasn't. He sent the burger again which arrived cold and tasted like rubber. Didn't bother calling again. I will be taking this further if this situation is not sorted by Chunky Chicken themselves and if I am not offered a full refund.

Not going to lie, food ain't up to a high standard. The staff are friendly enough, but I would much rather head down to Albany Road to one of the better choices of food restaurants. If you've had a bit to drink, maybe you will just appreciate whatever is infront of you.

One of my favourite chicken fast food places to eat out. The staff have always been super friendly and the food for me is 10/10. Clean tasty and well priced. For me personally the pizzas are epic and I would suggest trying them out. I would highly recommend Chunky chicken city road to anybody who hasn't tried it out yet for friendly customer service cleanliness hygiene and most importantly the taste of the food. Thank you Chunky chicken and its staff for fulfilling my very hungry belly at 1am most nights when all other takeaways seem to be closed. :D

We had a take away from here. We took Chicken pieces, wings and pepperoni pizza. The owner put some extra sauces for us. for big order they cooked reasonably quick. They taste really good. only thing their health rating needs to be improved.

Ordered 10 piece bucket, came with 3 fries and a 1.5 ltr bottle, added 10 hot wings, total £20.00. What a waste of money, the chicken was horrible, very bland, minimal soggy coating. However, the hot wings were nice, tasted more like curried wings, a better coverage of coating and the fries were hot, crispy and freshly cooked to order, I immediately opened the fries otherwise they probably would have steamed themselves into a soggy mush. Would I eat there again, NO. If I had no other options, then I'd only get some hot wings and fries. Plus its to expensive for what it is, in comparison to KFC for example. One other positive, the service was very good, polite and friendly staff.

Absolutely disgusting service £26 for food hour and half wait. My partner wanted a pizza with bbq base he did not get it was full of grease as shown and had pineapple On it which wasn't asked for. And it was over cooked. Also he ordered a wrap and asked cheese and paid for which he also did not get. I had a salad £6.59 which come in a small Tupperware tub and we said no raw onion and as you can see it was full of onion. This review will be followed by a call to complain. Please don't waste your time or money on this 0 star rating absolute sxxt

Took so long to deliver that chips were cold and soggy. Chicken wrap sauce tasted weird. Then, I tried the chicken wings and spat them out. Smelt them and they are off. My 8 month pregnant girlfriend ate the wings too. Absolutely disgusting food. You need shutting down!

Great place with amazing hospitality. I love their shakes and peri fries along with the chicken fillet burger. However slightly overpriced.

A nice place, food is cooked fresh and the staff are really friendly. Nice to see food that you can't buy elsewhere as the owner has mixed the ingredients. Lovely piri piri sauce!

I bit into the chicken and it is UNCOOKED INSIDE? I almost threw up, tried to call restaurant but no response, AVOID, they don't show their health rating for a reason, disgusting dirty place.
