Possibly my favorite restaurant we tried in Cartagena. Asian fusion dishes and an extensive sushi/Maki menu. The setting is gorgeous, service was friendly, and the food delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection and prepared with a high level of care. I would highly recommend Mistura to anyone visiting Cartagena as I'm sure it will impress!

I had the Atun Glaseado (bluefin tuna marinated in honey and miso) served medium rare with potatoes which was delicious. The cocktail menu had a traditional drink - Pisco Sour as well as mojitos. Live music began at 7:30pm. The restaurant was very busy with people waiting for tables. A very good meal with plenty of choices.

The Volcan sushi although not traditional in form is delicious and the Cangre Burger (a crab meat hamburger) also excels in this department.

It is mainly peruvian cousine and has an extremely wide arrange of plates to choose from (11 pages), which is overwhelming at some point. Extraordinary cocktails, specially the Moscow Mule. Food is OK but not spectacular, at least the orders we made. Service is also ok but they were always looking at me instead of my girlfriend to ask for things which felt a bit "machista" from our perspective. However, these are minor details on an excellent restaurant which deserves to be visited while ik Cartagena.

Try any of the 3 ceviches they have and try any of their experimental sushi. Do not miss the fish with Aji Amarillo sauce. Absolutely delicious and not too spicy. And please try their coconut lemonade. A super hit.

We were recommend to eat at Mistura and what a great recommendation it was. The restaurant is owned by the same people as Cuzco, where we have dined a couple of times and love. Mistura is every bit as good as its sister restaurant. The food is outstanding, the service is great and the restaurant is beautiful. We cannot wait to return on our next visit to Cartagena.

Came with a big group and service was quick, the menu is extensive so takes a while to pick. People dress up a bit so the outfit should be chic, and food is tasty so you might want the plate to lick. We had their Japan Gin, Moscow Mule, and Gran Inca cocktails - all of them were great. The sirloin bonbons and tartare were amazing appetizers, and we had a few of their rolls to share for dinner - Bikko, Saku, and Yuzu Tuna. All of them are worth getting. We would also recommend their volcan de chocolate and volcan de arequipe cakes for dessert. All around a great experience, definitely check them out if you’re in Cartagena!
