The hotel had very small rooms, but the bathroom was very clean and so was the sleeping area. The bed was large and comfortable. The bath had all the needed amenities. The hotel did not have the interior air conditioned so it was muggy inside until you got to your room. The location was excellent to walk anywhere, the beach, shopping and other touristy spots. Getting to the old town was an easy taxi ride (without being cheated), make sure you get the help of the hotel.

The rooms are good & clean. The front desk is very helpful. Breakfast is served beside the lobby with a choice of eggs with pancakes / toast / arepa / bread, juice, coffee or hot chocolate. We found a small baby lizard in the room that we drove away, but I believe it may be common in this weather.

Situated 1 block from the beach to the front or rear of the hotel. The hotel is in a good central location with a bank directly behind with ATMs and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all close by. Very clean throughout the property and all staff here are extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are plain and basic but with a safe, quiet air con, good shower, fridge and cable tv it has everything you need. They are cleaned to a good standard with fresh towels and toiletries supplied daily. The wifi was good in my room and throughout the grounds. My room only had a window facing the corridor so had to keep the blind shut for privacy. The nicest thing here is the outside terrace area which has plenty of seating and is a great place to sit with a drink and watch the world go by. The free breakfast here is very good with plenty of fruits. Cereals, breads and eggs cooked fresh to order. Service was good. You can order drinks or food from the small bar / kitchen area at anytime. I had a very nice stay here and would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in Bocogrande.

Not a great experience. Lots of black mold (including on pillows), hair on pillowcases, rusty faucet, dirt/debris in corners, room wasn’t stocked with towels, and the door got locked from the outside. It had to be disassembled. It’s clear the employees try to make a nice place, but this place is poorly run and in bad condition. Try another place.

Beautiful and clean hotel right in the center of everything! Lots of restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores within steps of the hotel and a block away from the beach. A short taxi or Uber drive from Getsamani and the old walled city. Staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional.

The rooms are not modern but clean and the hotel is quiet. They are not guests friendly at all and they are very strict about it. You cannot have a visitor even if you offer to pay extra money. Not a good place for people going to Cartagena to have fun. Good place for couples visiting Cartagena.

Very good experience. Excellent breakfast, rooms are spacious and modern. The rooms are super clean as well as the facilities. Just one block away from the beach.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I had two different guests visit me on day 1 and 2 and the hotel staff made a huge fuss about it. Not only do they make guests sign in, but they told the guest that they are unable to stay the night. The hotel called me at 5am saying that my friend had to leave. Worst of all, the night receptionist told my friend that I had had another guest the precious night! This is completely irresponsible and a violation of my privacy. I paid for triple room and I tipped the receptions 50mil pesos. And this is how they treat me. Only when I asked for a refund did they let me guest stay (on condition I bring no more guests, which was fine but autocratic). Don't stay here if you like guests.

Clean hotel, delicious breakfast buffet... extremely close to the beach too. Air conditioning works and so does the hot water. Staff are hospitable and friendly and helpful. Great hotel to stay while in Cartagena!

We spent 3 nights here and just loved the location. You can easily walk to the beach within a minute or you can enjoy a nice 20 mins walk to the walled old town of Cartagena. The rooms are clean, the breakfast varies every day and the quality of the food is really nice. The staff here was one of the friendliest we had in a hotel so far and we would definitely come back!

Only had a quick lunch here. Unique restaurant/bar theme. A spectacular view overlooking the pool, courtyard and huts, amplified by the vast forested and mountainous backdrop. Take a stroll around to capture the scenery from different points of view. Don't pass up the opportunity to give the rope swing 'a swing'. Nothing special about the swing, but swinging in that environment somehow made it different and probablywill be nostalgic for some.
