The staff is excellent. This is a very nice boutique hotel. When entering you get the feeling of visiting a beautiful Colombian home. Very nicely decorated reception and lobby area which is open and breezy. It's also the same area where you can have breakfast. The breakfast is delicious!

A unique hotel in a unique location. Amazing staff, great breakfast included! Only one issue was the site I booked on said they had an airport shuttle. They said they'd get a taxi, but I still had to pay for that. Not really a major drawback, just something to keep in mind. Neighborhood is convenient to the airport. It's not right on the beach. You have to cross a street, but due to rain and such, I didn't visit the beach. The room and bathroom were comfy and cozy.

Clean property. Friendly staff. Great, quiet location. Ac worked well. Pool is shallow but clean. Breakfast has a few choices from pancakes to eggs. Wifi from room 6 was 450mb speed on 5g.

Such a cute, well located boutique hotel. They’ve converted a Villa into a unique stay and I’d absolutely recommend it. It was well located, close to the beaches and a 15-20 min walking distance from everything we wanted to do. We actually preferred staying a bit away from the party areas in Getsemani. The room was cozy, but enough for two of us. The bed was a bit hard for my back, but overall it was manageable. The service was incredible - the staff were super polite, gave us good pro tips and extremely helpful. Manuel went out of his way to know how I took my tea and Miguel ensured that the car rides we took were safe. We were so glad to be around such caring folks. Overall, highly recommend!

Casa Bustamante is on a quiet street, within short walking distance of the walled city in Cartagena. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Miguel; pleasant breakfast each morning; and a small pool available to cool off. Very comfortable, and a bargain for what it offers.

Amazing breakfast, nice large rooms, kind and attentive staff. This is only a 10 minute walk to the walled city and worth getting away from the hassle and noise that frequents the more touristy areas of the city.

Great location, clean and well decorated antique house. Beware that room #1 is right by the door, so it means you have the person on duty almost sitting in your room 24 hours a day. You can ear what they say or listen to on their computer, and I guess the reverse is also true, so not much in terms of intimacy. Breakfast is great. Pool is clean and refreshing.

Stayed for three nights as a solo female traveller. Very safe hotel (staff 24/7), and the location (even at night) is safe. It’s quaint hotel, very relaxing. Lovely breakfast (tried all versions haha!) . Very attentive staff Cesar and Miguel (and a couple more but sadly didnt have chance to have a conversation with them!). Lovely ambiance. Actually I love all their furniture!! Vintage and lovely. Very hot in cartagena (late May) already but the hotel room has good AC. Staff clean the pool and check the ph level of the water daily. Five stars for everything! Thanks for the hospitality! I had a wonderful time! :)

Lovely colonial house, comfortable, close to the old city and very safe. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, with a special shutout to Miguel who was the best! And the tasty breakfast was the best way to start our day. Thanks much!!

I stayed at this hotel for a week in December and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I also want to give a special shout out to Miguel who was always friendly even when greeting us at 2 am. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and the fresh juices and fruit were different everyday. Also the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and made for great pictures. It was also a short walk to Centro and an easy drive to/from the airport. I would 100% stay here again!

Casa Bustamante is a small and intimate hotel with a lot of heart. The staff are very kind, attentive, and welcoming. Miguel always asked how our trip was going and he was usually the kind face that welcomed us back after a night out! The hotel has a beautiful patio with a clean, relaxing pool. The patio is also where they serve a delicious breakfast each morning. If you’re visiting Cartagena, I thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel!
