Nicely located B&B in Getsemeni. This was to be our first experience of Colombian hospitality and it was a bit lacking. The staff were pleasant but not particularly giving out a warm welcome. Our room was basic but had everything you needed. The room was comfortable but pretty shabby in places. The pool is definitely the main draw of this place. It is a very nice feature and is very well looked after. I suffered quite a bad attack from bed bugs it would seem as there were no mosquitoes in the room and I was under sheets. I woke up with bites I had not sustained when I went to bed. When I researched the bites appearance, they were consistent with those described as bed bugs. Not pleasant. The included breakfast consists of fresh melon and pineapple etc, toast and scrambled eggs. No other options. Hot drinks are coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the pool isn’t enough to outweigh the negatives unfortunately. This place could be so much better.

I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was such a great experience. It's in the middle of it all in Getsemani, where there's always music and food and drinks late into the night, which is awesome. The best part is if you need a break or need to get some sleep for an early morning, the rooms are cool, comfy, and quiet. The night manager, Gabriel, was such a nice man. He greeted me when i checked in and helped me get settled. Oh, and breakfast is included, and it's worth waking up for.

Way to expensive! €80/night. Bad isolated room, we sleep at the breakfast table and entrance. Horrible! Rooms are small. Night guard is a grumpy guy. I wouldn't recommend this place. You have nicer places around for better money.

I stayed only one night but really enjoyed this hotel, it’s not a luxury but a good value for money. It’s a charming hotel the location is perfect it’s not noisy, the pool is big and clean. The breakfast is included and really sufficient.

A real oasis with a pool, nice service and great and affordable rooms. I met guests who come here every time. I'll do the same.

Hidden Gem!! This is a must-see for your self. Service was amazing, the vibe incredible anything you want or need is at walking distance. Very safe area. Great breakfast, clean rooms (a bit outdated), great mattresses but best of all the employees from Don Gabriel to the beautiful ladies preparing that amazing breakfast every morning. Thank you.

The staff, the rooms, the pool, the beds and the location are all great. But this place is surrounded by loud music from different sources and you end up trying to (ironically) relax in complete cacophony. Not the hotel’s fault of course, but you should know if you’re a light sleeper or just a person who prefers peace and quiet. This place is not relaxing as the name says.

Totally recommended! Beautiful hotel in Getsemani, great service, good breakfast and very kind people. The pool is clean and the neighborhood has lots of restaurants. Easy walk to the city as well. Just be careful to specify a room in the first floor if you are traveling with elder people.

A very cute place! I stayed there for a week. The rooms are simple but clean (it gets a bit humid in the room if you're not constantly running the aircon, the shower and toilet do not have a separate ventilation so you ventilate through your bedroom). The pool is beautiful, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty (not like US motel breakfast). What bothered me is that they strictly limited the amount of eggs per person to two (they refused to make me three eggs instead). That's just not enough protein for the average gringo. Wifi usually works but has some blackouts. What's funny is that the owner lives in the hotel himself as a guest (speaks French, so there are many French guests as well). Given the low price I can strongly recommend this place!

A lovely B&B spot with a wonderful character and vibe. A nice, sweet Spanish-speaking staff who provide a breakfast of crepes or eggs, fruit, coffee, tea... Very relaxing environment, with poolside hammocks and an area to hangout with your group, and a kitchen that could be used for evening cooking if you ask. Pool was great after a long day of walking around Cartagena and the staff also had a sign about trips to the Rosario Islands that they coordinate. It was entirely all foreigners and probably only accommodates up to 30 people at most. We had a nice bed in a queen bedroom (with private but simple bathroom) overlooking the pool, with the entrance to our room going straight out to the main area. Would definitely recommend.

Room was humid. Fabulous service, staff always helpful and kind. Location was fantastic, very lively, full of restaurants, bars and just in the middle of the graffiti area.

Casa NOT relax The hotel is located in a very very noisy street! If you want to party until very late then this place is perfect for you. Otherwise, choose another hotel! The music does not stop before 3am (at least on Friday/Saturday) It is a pity because otherwise the hotel is great: nice swimming pool, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast!
