The most terrible place I have stayed at. The hotel does not provide hot water in the shower so your only option will be to shower with COLD!!! water. My shoulder was frozen and I couldn't take a shower the first night. We had to find different hotel and the lady from reception desk (very rude) told us we'll get to pay for only one night (the one we stayed) but guess what?... 3 days later my credit card was charged for one extra night (we didn't use) and the property refused to return the money back. The rooms are dirty and small. No windows. Very humid. Beds are very uncomfortable. The door locks are a joke. I didn't feel safe at all. Besides, we were on the first floor and it was super noisy from the bars around so we couldn't sleep till 4am. Do not waste your time and money for this place! Just down the street for the next day we found beautiful place, nice and quiet, hot shower and a breakfast for the same price.

If you don't mind loud noise and don't want to sleep at night this is a great hotel for you it does have a nice balcony where you can drink.

Excelent location. The lady at reception give you the best advice of what to do and where to go. Enjoy my time here. Room is a bit small but it is fine. Staff always open air-conditioned after cleaning room so you will feel so cool to get inside. Free coffee is quite nice, kitchen is clean and basic. Happy with my choice.

Worst place ever! Do not book that hotel. First they scammed me with their partenaire Ayenda hotels and their rooms looks like prison cells with no windows, it was dirty with a lot of bugs on the floor, cold showers as they don’t have hot water. Really do not book that hotel

The beds were too hard for us, but the staff here is AMAZING! So kind, patient with our Spanish, and helpful with information. It's a very nice relaxed atmosphere, with a large area for relaxing. In addition, there is a balcony with a few chairs for having a beer and watching the Cartagena show😉. Great location.

Awful. I had a room literally on the other side of the wall of a club. Impossible to sleep before 3. I asked to change room and the receptionist was laughing telling me he couldn't. Bed was hard and they were no windows in the room. I left and paid for a 10euro hostel which was much better

My credit card was declined for the first time in my history and now it's blocked. She said they have internet problems and it doesn't always work. I think it's operated wrong and the bank assumed fraud. Or even worse it is fraud. Hotel is clean and friendly though. So just pay in cash

The beds are quite hard, only has cold shower, and WiFi disconnects frequently. But this is common for most budget options in Cartagena. The aircon works very well and it's not too loud at night.

Across Cartagena Old Wallet City. Within the entertainment district, walking distance to anything a tourist wants to do.

It is a useful place to be, right near all the actiom. Very basic (hard beds and no hot water), but the staff are friendly and there's always cold beer in the fridge.
