I loved this small boutique hotel, I smile to think I feel like home, I hope that more places like this continue to offer such a wonderful care and service for their customers and the tourism of our city. I appreciate very much the time I spend there, all were respectful, accommodating, kind people. I gave this hotel mi review because I want and hope a mi positive experience be to continue to keep this little boutique hotel service, with affordable prices but amazing services, crazy prices make tourist don't want to visit Cartagena because all prices are crazy. so I found the prices to be accommodating for the season. and I was really impressed, the room was nice and feel big enough, a nice bathroom, that I didn't feel lie in box, hot water was so good, breakfast and personal was so respectful and just helpful and discreet all the time, the front desk welcoming, rooms always keep clean. I feel spoiled, I love it. Cartagena is so beautiful and yes deserve to be visited and loved and protected. thank you for providing such a wonderful stay.

Decent hotel. It is located in the Old Town of Cartagena. Narrow and crowded road leading to hotel.

Staff (Edgar :-) ) was very nice and professional. Location was great (it is the street with umbrellas above), some 5min walk to inside city walls. Around the accomodation there were many shops, stores, bars. Room was affordable and the breakfast was typical colombian (eggs and fruits). The room had no windows and also there was a bad moldy/humid smell in the room. Room was basic.

Our stay was awesome! Very friendly staff. Their English was really good, but they were also very kind in letting me practice my Spanish. Very helpful giving recommendations on what to do and where to eat. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything you would want to see in Cartagena (including the Castel - we were told we would want to take a taxi, but it only took us about 10 minutes walking at a leasuly pace)

Small 3 stars hotel in the middle of the Historical Walled City of Cartagena. Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Horrible mattress. Personnel don't speak English

Building under construction. Reduced area for lunch, I've to wait for more than 10 mins until a table was available. Only few breakfast options available and no sweetener during my stay despite asking for it daily, no orange juice available. Impossible to take a shower, no water.

Nice people, good breakfast, very nice rooms. The neighborhood is super chill. Hot water not always enough to serve all guests.

Great location, quiet and clean rooms. The only bad observation is that the bed was way too hard.
