This
is
my
second
time
in
this
hotel.
We
returned
because
the
first-time
I
had
a
good
experience.
The
hotel
has
good
rooms,
we
were
given
an
upgrade
due
to
Expedia.
The
staff
is
great
for
the
most
part.
Something
we
notice
is
that
the
hotel
needs
to
put
more
effort
in
customer
service
and
hospitality.
I
mean
particularly
in
the
way
they
manage
the
service,
I
ordered
food
for
the
room
and
they
were
difficult
to
accommodate
some
of
our
dietary
needs
when
their
menu
has
options.
I
wanted
some
boiled
potatoes
instead
of
French
fries,
at
first
he
said
No,
then
I
argue
my
point
and
they
agreed,
somehow
rude.
They're
rigid.
The
staff
does
the
best
they
can
but
some
of
their
policies
are
not
gear
to
help
customers.
The
hotel
value
is
not
cheap
they
should
pay
more
attention
to
details.
I
do
not
think
k
I
would
come
back.
The
pool
was
cold!
They
do
not
have
a
system
to
control
the
tempetarure
for
kids!
Cartagena
is
hot
for
the
most
part
but
the
pool
had
a
lot
of
shadow.
They
also
do
not
offer
chairs
at
the
beach.
I
think
the
hotel
is
too
expensive
for
what
they
offer.
I
think
there
are
better
options
for
the
same
price
or
less.
