Amazing experience! The hotel is perfect, beautifully decorated and the service is exceptional. We got there at 9am because we work remotely and they accommodate us in a space for working. They also let us check in at 11 am. The bed was super comfy, the room is sufficiently spacious and really everything was great. The pool is small but the view and ambient is great. They also have some jacuzzis on the last floor and hammocks. Breakfast was good, we also had lunch here and the seafood rice is delicious. Super recommended. Thank you for everything and hope to go back to Cartagena soon and staying there again.

EVERYONE there goes out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Each person I encountered was professional and happy to help us in any way. Great boutique hotel in The heart of the walled city. Great value for the price. Can’t beat the location. And hands down the best Pina Colada I have ever had.

My new favorite hotel in Cartagena’s historic district. The hotel is brand new and beautiful. Walking distance to virtually anything. It has a pool with a rooftop view, hot tubs, a lovely plaza where you can get some work done outside or eat breakfast every day. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is amazing (better than most of the restaurants we tried in the city)! Looks exactly like the photos with a little extra charm that the photos can’t capture. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Fantastic boutique hotel located in the centre of Old Cartagena. Breakfast was simply Devine. Rooms were phenomenal and luxurious. And the services was exceptional. I definitely recommend this hotels for couples looking to get away

Beautiful, friendly staff, felt very safe here. quiet even though it’s in the middle of the center. Breakfast was so good we considered having dinner there too. We‘re coming back at the end of our trip and already look forward to it!

Wow! This was an amazing hotel experience. We stayed at the Casona del Provenir on 3/1 to 3/8 in the walled city of Cartegena. First of all, if you are looking for a centrally located hotel, this is the place as well as it' sister hotel just a 100 feet away-Cason Del Colagio. Step out of your hotel and you are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the walled city. So many beautiful restaurants around you within block. Secondly the hotel was beautiful inside with modern architecture of glass cement and wood. Beautiful plant walls around the property. You will loose track of where you are due to its interior beauty. Thirdly, the staff was wonderful. I spoke to the manager Shiek Rojas a couple times before our arrival and he was most accommodating of course. Cataline, the manager, greeted us on our arrival and was gracious and hospitable. Our Bartender and all around good guy, Danilo, created some tasty cocktails daily. The food was also excellent. Note that breakfast was complimentary which was a plus. Not to forget that their room staff we saw daily were friendly and kept our rooms sparkling clean. If you want luxury at a great price, the Porvenir is a can't miss!
