Service is always fast, courteous and food taste amazing. My buddy and I visited Colombia from Toronto, Canada. We loved this place and options so much, we came 5 nights for different dinner meals.

The ice cream was delicious but service was horrid. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even approached me. She told me I had to pay first in Spanish and I’m not fluent but I couldn’t understand her at first. But really...Is it that difficult to to understand what I’m pointing to? Plus, she rolled her eyes at me when she was asking if I wanted one scoop or two. So rude. This was in a touristy mall too. I will say that the food court has an awesome balcony that I did enjoy the sunset views on though.

Located in the Bocagrande shopping center. I ordered the, Camarones Rosarito, shrimp crepe with a Mexican chipotle sauce and avocado and red beans, very god with a hint of spiciness. My wife got the Mozzarella Pita, not what you expected, just fair.

Never had a bad meal at any of the home-grown chains many, many(!) locations! I visited their locations on busy main streets and museums in Bogota to malls in Medellin and beachside in Cartagena! You won't regret the choice.

The waffles and ice cream were delicious. There was a little language barrier since I don't speak Spanish and the waitress did not speak English, but we were able to manage since they do have an English menu. The only downside is they don't open until 11:30am for breakfast.

I love their banana split. It was really good.

I couldn't leave Cartagena without trying this place, so I finally went there for lunch. I expected it to be quite busy and it was. Service took a while, but it didn't take too long. It's a bit more expensive than I expected. But the crepe and the juice were good, so no problem.

Excellent restaurant. It has a rooftop with a spectacular view of the San Pedro Claver church and also of the cathedral. Very good prices. I tried one delicious Mediterranean salad with lulo juice. Worthy.

This location is in the BocaGrande Mall, but was very nice. This was our first time at Crepes & Waffles, and we were not disappointed! Very good food from appetizers through dessert and coffee. Would definetly recommend if in the area!

Terrible service. The waitress profiled us from entey and didnt come back and take our order. She sent another girl to take. Didn't even eat yet and appetite already spoiled. Horrible person.

Wow, what a great experience in tasty ice cream. Thus place is a must go location. If you want a cool treat on a humid and hot night, then this is the place for you and your family. Every flavor imaginable is here. I had coconut and chocolate in a cup. It melts less messy in a cup. But they have cones, banana split, special creations too. Eat outside and enjoy the fresh air. I recomend this place for children also. They will be excited to enjoy the many flavors.

Service wasn't good. We had ice cream it was good. Attempting to pay the bill is not an easy task.

I came with my family to this place and service wasn't very friendly. Quality of product was very good but it's a shame that me and my family didn't feel very welcome. I remember crepes & waffles being a great place but there's a lot to improve especially after crisis.

Great service, cold shakes, and hot crepes! Will be back to this place for brunch.

I have been going here since I came to Colombia 4 years ago and have always been impressed with the great food and deserts I moved to Cartagena and live in the Bocagrande area and have visited your restaurant three times and walked away once due to the poor hostess service I grew up in the restaurant business with my parents owning several To keep a line of people waiting for over five minutes with no greeting or please wait we are cleaning tables all three times in my opinion is inexcusable It will be a long time for Me to come back here
