The only reason why I don’t give this place a 5 star is because of the staff and their million rules. Plus: location, across the street from the beach, EVERYTHING and I mean everything is there, restaurants, shops, tours, jet skis, COVID test center all within few mins walk. Our apartment was very neat and clean, and fully equipped. ( only one roll of toilet paper per room btw) The view from the 30th floor was amazing CONS: staff are very very rude, no signs of proper education in hospitality. Any questions you have are answered with an attitude SO MANY RULES, they have a rule for everything, from reserving pool times ( swimming pool was dirty one of the days, with what seemed throw up floating around) To not allowing any guest on premises unless permitted by landlord who is never available on the phone. VEREDICT: location and building is great, but staff’/ attitude and their rules ruin the experience. I’d suggest that for the same price range to stay elsewhere with comparable amenities.

The service desk personel at the reception and security gards at lobby were really helpful, the building is is very bad shape and dates, thenapprtment we stayed in was dirty, barthrooms were moldy vanities were broken. Washe and dryer machine were disgusting. I likeed the view and location very close tonthe beach and retail stores.

The place is more like a jail than an apartment. Many rules that destroys all your vacation. If you want to invite someone to your apartment that you paid for they will do it very hard for you. Waiting for elevator 30 min it's the normal situation. Cleaning services are expensive and very bad. I think there is many better options for apartment in Boca grande...

BE ADVISED: ALL TOURISTS THAT ARE CONSIDERING STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.....DONT!!!! ALL THE SECURITY GUARDS AND RECEPTIONISTS WILL TRY TO EXTORT YOU FOR MONEY IF YOU HAVE ANY VISITORS COMING TO YOUR ROOM.. THEY WILL NOT LET THEM COME UP UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM A TIP.. THEY WILL HARASS YOU EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY SEE YOU FOR MONEY.. THEY WILL EVEN COME KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR IF THEY HAVE TO... SECOND, THIS HOTEL HAS 2 SEPARATE ELEVATORS THAT YOU HAVE TO USE.. AND FOR EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU DO HAPPEN TO HAVE SOMEONE STOP BY, OR EVEN IF YOU HAVE A FOOD DELIVERY, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO DOWNSTAIRS EVER SINGLE TIME.... THEY WILL ASK YOU TO COME DOWNSTAIRS TO PICK UP YOUR GUEST, PURPOSELY JUST TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU... SOME ROOMS DONT EVEN HAVE PHONES BECAUSE OF THIS REASON ALONE. I WOULDNT HAVE MINDED PAYING ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR GUESTS, BUT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED ALEJANDRO (OWNER OF APT 2402 & 3901) IF THERE WAS ANY HIDDEN COSTS/FEES.. AND HE SAID NO... LIESS.... TYPICAL.. HAD AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE NOT WORTH IT.. STAY AWAY

I don't agree with some of the negative reviews for this apartment. The room and facilities were very nice. It's not the Ritz by any stretch but the room was large and comfortable and the balcony was big with a beautiful view! The beach is directly across the street. Everything was within close walking distance...restaurants... supermarket..covid test center (no appointment needed and results in less than 2 hours). I would have given 5 stars except the staff had an attitude at checkout. They kept our 100k deposit because they said the room was in disrepair. I assure you there was nothing broken in the room. We were there for 5 days...the room needed to be cleaned but there was nothing wrong with the room besides normal mess of a room by the beach. Sand on the floor..beds not made, etc. Maybe they expected us to return the room to the way we entered it. Not sure. That was disappointing but everything else was quite nice and worth the money.

Without light all day, service is really bad.

Wonderful Air BnB ❤. Very clean and convenient to the beach, grocery stores, banks etc.. Great location. Weather was wonderful, and Colombian people were very polite and accommodating. I will visit again In the near future! 👏

Stayed here for our stay 8n Cartegena Colombia 🇨🇴 nice spot. Was a two bedroom ocean view apartment..with kitchen,dining room, living room,washer dryer and a great pool. Beach was 25 yards away. Great time. Will be rebooking soon.

My stay at the condo here was excellent. The location, views, accomodations, and staff were great our whole stay. I highly recommend if you come to Cartagena, give this place a try...I look forward to coming back.

Our Airbnb host was great and our suite was nice for the amount of money in which it cost. The pool and the view are great as is the location. The only thing that drops this from a 5 to a 4 is the staff and some of the building policies. The staff of the building were unfriendly and didn’t seem to like children. Some of the rules of the building were ridiculous. The gym, which I had never seen anyone use while I was here, was only open at certain hours which seems unreasonable given the variety in visitors’ schedules. 13 year old teenagers were not allowed to use the pool without parents present.

Great apartments with great views. I stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed everyone of them. The staff at this building was extremely helpful and polite.

Very good location. The building itself was clean so thats good. The pool staff were rude, I was told not to use sunblock when I was applying it on my kids, first time I hear that as a rule. I booked 2 apartments one was nice and clean, the other apartment was old, dirty and breaking down. The lady that gave us the keys helped us by cleaning it better, she was nice and helpful. Regardless that apartment is in no condition to be used as a vacation rental. I wouldnt stay there again, for the price there are better places to stay.

Make sure that your room has been properly renovated. Throughout our stay we only had 1 day to ourselves. The internet didn't work and didn't get resolved until we left. The pipes to the shower stopped working so we had someone banging on the concrete walls for 2 days. The toilet started leaking and seeping through the other side of the wall so more consutrction was needed and the elevators half the time didn't work. They only provided 1 key so if you have multiple people staying then make sure you have great communication so that no one will get locked out. The pool sits right next to another building in the direction where the sun goes so you honestly only get about 2-3 hours of sunlight at the pool. I'm not one to really leave reviews but if you decide to stay there I hope your experience is better than what my family had. Javier the lifeguard was awesome though.

We reserved through AirBNB, and the beautiful apartment was so elegant. Other apartments are owned by various people, so they will not be the same. Long inefficient check-in process should be improved. Elevator crowds and problems are a bother, and they are not linked together, so every elevator stops at every called floor. Except when they skip past you completely. But our beautiful apartment and ocean view made up for it.

It was the worst place I ever been in the building is poorly maintained the the kitchen was the broken The sink handle was broken The refrigerator was leaking water The door for the balcony was broken The showers overflowed so all my clothes got wet in the whole floor and room got wet the only good thing was the View

It is all about location.
