The showroom looks very beautiful with all the chandeliers and is very spacious. First thing you'll notice is their safety standards. They are strictly following Covid protocol, staffs have badges if they are vaccinated and most of them wearing face shield in addition to double layered mask. Coming to their collection, they no doubt have a great variety of jewellery in variable range. Staffs are very cordial, and serves the customers with patience. They have lifts so seniors can skip the stairs. Last but not the least, they also have a very clean restroom. I would like to revisit their showroom in future

Tanushree Dutta (the sales lady), was very professional and provided a great service. She was quick to understand our taste and was able to narrow down the options to help us choose. At the same time she was not hasty. With her help, I was able to find the perfect necklace set for my wife. The store is very conveniently located, spacious and well maintained. I would recommend everyone a visit. My suggestion for improvement would be to maintain a larger inventory for kids. There were very few options for our toddler boy.

So I got this diamond band shaped ring which is really good.Though the shop is large but collections are limited among diamonds.However I got my choice after changing couple of times. I guess Tanishq can keep lot more varieties in low range.

Sanjoy Sen helped us secure 3 lovely gifts for some of my friends back home. He was kind, accommodating and helped us meet our needs. Price was reasonable and quality exceed our expectations. I will be coming back or will be sending my mil to get jewels for me.

The experience is highly dissapointing, I ordered a solitaire ring and a solitaire ear stud on 7th October at Tanishq Camacho street branch and today am writing this review on 22 nd December, they haven’t given me my products yet, after numerous follow ups from my side the sales guy told me that the ring has come but the design is not same as I ordered , and the ear stud hasn’t come , they will take another 20 days to make it, means 3 months to make a ring and a single piece men’s stud ... is that acceptable ".. I went there by the Tanishq brand value , by this long time one can make entire bridal jewellery what they are taking to make one ring or they don’t give importance to these small orders, more of all a good amount of money around 3.5 lac is stuck with them with no interest no return , I will request all not to go to Tanishq anymore, my order no is 211,,, my name is Soumyo Roy

I had bought all my own wedding jewellery from Tanishq. The only person we go to for buying Jewellery is Mr. Sanjoy. He is the senior sales person there. He is such a gem of a salesperson. I was very worried regarding the purchase since I only had 1 day time to choose my jewellery. Even though Mr.Sanjay had his mother’s just discharged from hospital, he made time for us. He just knows what kind of jewellery is a person’s taste. We had chosen 6 different types of jewellery only in a matter of 7-8 hours. He didn’t just act like a salesman and also made sure that he gave us the right amount of discount possible. He made our jewellery shopping possible in just a matter of 8-10 hours. As a working professional, I seriously couldn’t not have spared any more time and I am fully satisfied of my jewellery because of him. This is the best showroom in Kolkata. Located opp to pantaloon. Showroom is nicely decorated with good sitting arrangements and all the staffs are very much hospitable and welcoming. They describe about each piece of jewelry very well. Varieties of jewelries are available here. Each counter has different types of ornaments. From light weight jewellery to bridal collection- all under the same room. Special attraction is Dhanteras. Platinum jewellery is also available here.

Perhaps I caught everyone on a bad day, but the staff in the Camac Street branch was not bothered to serve customers, I watched one staff take selfies of herself, and generally off putting service (except Arindam Pyne who helped exchange an item for us efficiently, with a smile on his face). The collection is good, but honestly, after shopping at PC Chandra Gariahat, the professionalism, service, friendly staff and wide range of the diamond collections, prices - Tanishq did not compare at all. Unfortunately I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it.

They really have a great selection. There were lots of salespeople who were very helpful. The prices seemed very reasonable. I am a foreign customer so I do not have a ton of experience with jewelry stores in India, this was the second place we went, u felt more comfortable buying from them.

Horrible experience. Quoted a price for a ring that was within my budget, mentioned that I'd also get a discount on that price. When i went to pick up the jewelry, they increased the cost by 20% of the quoted price, then added a miniscule discount. This is fraudulent.

Went for Dhanteras shopping this evening. COVID social and physical distancing of 6 metres apart not entirely being met given today was the start of long days of gold shopping and big crowds in the store. Specially objectionable was how lax the counter sales assistants are regarding COVID Sops and sanitising the table tops. I also felt that most counter women sales persons were not very friendly with showing the jewelry despite me Being a woman myself, don’t know if it was bad attitude or just Unfriendly staff at this branch. The visit was disappointing. I went there to redeem an interest voucher I got for investing money in golden harvest. Upon reaching the outlet they came up with new rules that I need to purchase goods of the same value as my investment to redeem the coupon. Nothing of this sort was notified while I was investing. I feel cheated. Be careful before you invest in their schemes

I had an extremely luxurious experience at the Camac St showroom. The staff members were well trained , courteous and guest friendly. The sales executive , Mr Rana, who attended me with extreme dedication needs special mention. He even arranged lunch for me. The opulent ambience, variety and range of ornaments, immaculate staff behaviour, aromatic coffee makes the store outstanding. Needless to say, the Tata legacy and philosophy has been followed and upheld with utmost sincerity and dignity here.

In video call we saw that it is big in size but when we reach there we saw that the product is very small. So I can say that it not so good not so bad 50 50

As such Tanishq is a lovely place for buying jewellery. Only this time I had an issue of lack of full information, upon one of the enquiry of lack of the shine, he did not reveal it is 18 karat gold, but said its matt finish.. This was something rare occurrence. Only after coming home I realized that the gold is of inferior purity

Horrible inattentive sales people. Was made to wait more than 15 mins after I made my selection to pay my Bill, with no reason given by this extremely inefficient sales person -Rajashree Mukherjee. There were no other customers on the floor where I was. Is this how a Tata Ent functions? Is this the Tata way? Shocking. Have written a complaint in their book. Let's see if they respond.
