Collection is good but for light weight it's not satisfactory. Behaviour of Staff are not good especially at ground floor. If you look rich and seem to spend huge amount, they will attend you cordially. If you don't look rich they will attend you reluctantly. One of the staff, a tall bald man literally pushed me aside by his hand to make way for another wealthy looking customer. I'm never going back to that store again.

PC Chandra ships are usually good except here at Bow Bazar we didn't find enough stuff we wanted to buy.. Also staff was not very helpful, looked at you as if you will pick and run 😊. They don't show you till you point out and keep proving.. they seem to be least interested in selling.. the counter person showed free designs and when you say you really want to buy they will take some more designs but never show it proactively.. it feels like they just want you to purchase what they show and then will be happy showing more (may be it's the market area and they feel people come for windows shopping than real one.. the competition on the lane was fantastic in showcasing stuff and help us buy what we wanted..

Great Service received from PCChandra Bowbazar! I went to PCChandra Behala for repairing of my wife's diamond (wedding) ring, which was purchased from PCChandra Bowbazar 17 yrs ago. We went to Behala outlet, because we are resident of Behala. The Diamond was detached from its socket(teeth). But instead of arrangement of the repair, the executives of PCChandra Behala insisted us to get exchanged it with a new one. I repeatedly requested them to arrange for repair, because it was a wedding ring, obviously sentimental attachment was there with it for more than 17 yrs. But they repeatedly said that repair is NOT possible! So, we decided to go to the PCChandra Bowbazar outlet, and there we received Very Good Services, they immediately arranged for the Repair, unfortunately after a few days there occurred Lockdown, and we stuck for 4 months. But, after the lockdown over, they immediately contacted us, and in this difficult situation (COVID) they did the Repair done within one and half months. So a big salute & 5 star for the Bowbazar Outlet, and 1 star to Behala outlet!🙏

Their collection is pretty good but you will get fewer varieties if you want to purchase light weight jewelary. Staff behaviour is not at all good particularly in Bowbazar showroom. For such a reputed brand I will suggest to train your staff to be little more polite to their customer.

The quality check is hardly done. Had got pair of Chur bangle from PCJ, bowbazar. The screew head comes off automatically and the bangle automatically seperates and comes off. Highly disappointed with the chur I got. The Chur bangle automatically comes off even though screw head is tightly fixed. Had been to shop trusting the name brand but a major disappointment. 😣😣 Suggest ppl to do quality check themselves before buying. Also the service provided to the customer was not that good. The making charges were reasonable but the services offered not upto that level. Also they need to give some quality wrapping material/ jewellry box for the jewelry customer buy. PC Chandra is a brand that is going more than 20 years , its not just a store but also a symbol of trust and sentiment placed in every Bengalis heart and soul . But its very sad and unfortunate that some of the staff from the store their behaviors recently was not gentle and proper mixed with anger and irritation as a result this might end up as bad customer experience . This showroom is very well designed and well decorated. They have excellent stock and variety for whatever they sell, be it diamond ,gold, silver, gem stones and others. They are maintaining excellent standard of precautions and safety measures against possible COVID-19 threat. This is a highly reputed brand with outlets throughout India and i personally adore the designs and craftsmanship they display on their products along with the excellent quality. 3 things which I personally felt could have been better are 1. Although Most of the shop assistants are nice few people will attend you just mechanically and you can feel the absence of any human touch. 2. This is probably due to the huge footfall they handle everyday and for selling target pressure (just my personal opinion, it will certainly differ with yours), you may get a second class treatment if you are not generating a huge bill value. 3. This is again my personal opinion only and it is not about this particular showroom. This is about the lab PCJ send their diamonds for quality checking. According to reviews available online, this lab is not one of the top notch gemological institute in India.

Horrible experience yesterday at bowbazar p.c chandra branch. 27 size noya badhano collections was a big 0. Not a single one was available.Very unprofessional staff ☆sharmistha☆... We went to buy gold not clothes. It is natural for a middle class person to look into the jewellery think and then buy.. I am not sure whether it was my experience but the staffs were very rude...They are not eager to show much variety. Please work on training your staff.

Chandra brings the smile back on my face. Best stock of gents rings specially diamond rings. 'Old gold exchange' counter needs extra staff, queue over there is quite long and waiting time may test your patience.

From traditional heavy old day style jewellery to modern light weight jewellery, the manufacture all. The have a separate wing for selling gems of every conceivable type and separate wing for diamond jewellery. Their gold is absolutely guaranteed and they have endless varieties of designs. CONS: Prices are a bit on the higher side and the process of payment is incredibly complicated. You should go with enough time and patience in stock. But I have been doing that for last 40 years and do not mind taking the pain again for buying the best.

They are famous for jewellery , precious stones etc.At Bowbazar they have a very good airconditioned showroom cus sales counter.The design of jewellery are very good , 22 ,24 types of gold is available there.Only Hallmarked gold is available there.A panel of astrologers can be available only at their showrooms.

Excellent collection of this showroom but today I had a bitter experience. I purchased an ear top today. Actually we had booked the item 2 weeks back and came today for delivery during the Dhanteras. While paying the extra amount I had some issues regarding the gold rate and the cashier in the 1 st floor showed a very unprofessional and ridiculous behaviour in explaining the thing. The way he talked with me like he is doing me some favour for purchasing the item. Rather I found other staffs including sales person security individuals very polite and helpful.
