Embarassed to say the manager at the store is insane though the staff Moumita who attended was really helpful. I must say the manager at the store must be trained and fed in his brain "Appearances are Deceptive" . Went with my parents to the store for an exchange of a wrong sized product and by the behaviour of the manager it seems my parents were thief as they wore a simple dress and were not jazzy and the manager was constantly moving around our table rather than the other customers on the store and being an old customer of Tanishq it's an huge insult. I must say Tanishq should train their manager to not to go by looks of the people rather than focus on intentions. And inspite of I spoke to the staff and said clearly I didn't like the behaviour of the manager's inspite of that I didn't see the courtesy of the manager to step in and and clear his intentions and accept his mistake. Extremely sorry to say brand name doesn't matters unless you behave properly to the customer. I would urge all the people to dress up in a jazzy way and step to the store . This incident happened in Tanishq kankurgachi store.

We stay in Melbourne, normally I visit kolkata once in a year, ami solitaire ring nite eschilam.. and Namit helped us. Not only we got our perfect ring today, also bought the perfect nosepin. Namit told me to even get my old ring and mangassutra cleaned today I had zero idea that these things can be done with no cost courtesy the offer he gave. I am extremely surprised and happy to see the prompt service. Ami ring size customize o koralam and nosepin hook o change koralam that too within 1.5 hours , jekhane other shops take it min 15-20 days. Extremely happy to meet Namit and he has got amazing customer care service. Kudos to Namit ! Will visit again soon and recommend all my friends to come here ! Thank you once again. Ohh, we also exchanged some old Gold and got the best pricing with transparency.

Purchased jewellery worth a decent amount. They gave a physical bill and everything was superb and fantastic. I am giving a 4 rating because they were unable to send me an e copy of my invoice and said that their system is having restrictions and not allowing them to send it to my email. In today's generation everyone would want to keep an e-copy as well. I'm amazed that they don't have this facility. Moreover the message which they sent stating that it has the link of e-copy does not open. So yes a bit disappointed at the end but yeah can't do anything so will live with it.

The store is selling damaged jewelry. It turned black and they are claiming that’s because of using perfume. Never heard of a more ridiculous explanation in life. On top they try to sell you at a different making charge and then during billing they simply bump it up. This is the fourth time it happened to me

THAT IS COMPANY IS CALCULATING THE PRICE OF 18CARAT..... AND THEN ON THE PRICE OF 18CARAT AGAIN DEDUCTION OF 6 PERCENT OR 9 PERCENT ARE MADE ... WHY TWICE THE DEDUCTION SHOULD BE DONE?
