My wife have been meaning to check this place out. Have heard so many good things about this food truck set-up and the reviews are great so today was our first visit. Go to the back of the building as it’s hidden. Wow bloody wow…. Talk about a treat. We ordered a bit of everything and what an experience. The food is so authentic. I’ll let the photos do the talking but you know a place is good when you leave with a circus in your mouth. Very inexpensive also and the service is top notch. 3 Thumbs Up 👍👍👍and 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us. You won’t be disappointed 😎

The best late Night rescue joint!! The food was delicious I had to stop eating to take this picture. The lady that took my order knew the menu very well. And it was a nice date night vibe also. Will definitely be back for the Peach lemonade😍😍😍

BEST GREEK FOOD! Holy hell I’ve had a lot of Greek food in my life but this place was the best. Get the lamb gyro and trio of dips. Trust me on this one. Don’t let the fries in the gyro dissuade you. Very affordable, fresh ingredients, and locally owned. Next time I’m in Charleston I’m going to try the Greek salad and baklava.

This place is AMAZING! All of their food is just so so good. North Charleston really needed a place like this. Wonderful people, lots of amazing vegan options, and the BEST fries I think I’ve ever had in my life! A new favorite for sure! I will definitely be back as soon as I can

They have the best food with the most fresh ingredients around. I also love this place because it is fast, convenient, and not too expensive. You can get a small Greek salad (the best) and a souvlaki kabob (chicken, pork, or shrimp - shrimp is a dollar more) for under $15.00 - very hard to do nowadays. On top of that, the service is impecable. They are always so friendly and warm. They like to call you by your name, and they always seem to visit your table to ask you how your experience has been. I truly hit the lottery when they opened up next to my neighborhood.

I got the Lamb Gyro and the Sea Salt fries with a Mexican Coke and their Mango Lemonade. The food is amazing! I eat here several times a month. It’s a very filling meal, so I’m typically stuffed every time. You get so many fries, you could share them amongst two people as a side. The food is always fresh, and their staff is so nice and hardworking. They keep you updated as your order is working. Plenty of room in the seating area for small or larger sized (6-8) groups to come for lunch or dinner. Not to mention they have games on the table and electrical outlets for your charger if you plan on hanging out for a while. The few times I have gotten delivery it was speedy, well packed, and best of all still hot and fresh.

My husband and I discovered this place for dinner tonight. This is a brick and mortar version of the food truck predecessor . What a wonderful surprise! Our food was fresh and delicious. Service at the counter was so much better than what we usually encounter around Charleston. It was our first time so they took great care making recommendations to fit our “keto friendly “ lifestyle. They served up the food promptly and their prices are very fair. We have found our new favorite Greek go-to restaurant!!!

We're visiting and got in after many restaurants had closed for the night. Thought a solid gyro would be just the things ... that was not what we got. The meat was 2 Mediterranean spiced meatballs in a pita with sauce, tomatoes and fries. The texture was loose and a bit mushy. If you're expecting a gyro that you'd get in Greece, Chicago or NYC this is not that.

This is a great place to eat at. The food is great. I was surprised at first when I saw fries in my gyro, but I found out that authentic Greek gyros have fries in them, so it was a nice touch. The lemonade is amazing, I recommend the mango lemonade.

Absolutely amazing food! Always cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. So happy they have a food truck, too! Highly recommend if you’re wanting Greek or to try something new. Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu!

This was absolutely one of the greatest experiences that I had in this genre of food. It's unbelievably cheap and so fulfilling. You feel like you are putting the right stuff inside of your body.

Food is great IF they get it right. Just can’t seem to ever get an order correct or they’re always out of things or forget half the order. And then when you ask about it the service/response is garbage. Never a refund, never a solution. Just an “oh whoops”. Don’t order Greek vinaigrette, they will forget it. The photo is of my most recent order which was supposed to be a “bowl” (which was randomly not in a bowl this time). They forgot the hummus and tzatziki. This place could be great but they NEED to work on consistency.

The food was absolutely delicious. Hands down the best Greek food my boyfriend and I have ever had. The portions they give you are really good for the price and the restaurant was very clean. Customer service was out of this world amazing! I highly recommend!

This was our second trip to Platia in North Charleston. Absolutely love the food, and the service was absolutely phenomenal both trips. Highly recommend!

Great little spot to get something to eat OTHER than shrimp and grits and fried food in Charleston. Excellent hummus, fries and salads. The food is fresh tasting - not like other quick food options in the area. Adorable little outdoor seating area under a pavilion or umbrellas. Service is family run and you really feel the love. Definitely will go back again!

Got the chicken gyro, pork gyro, fries, and baklava. The gyros and fries tasted alright and had decent portion sizes. However, the baklava was terrible. It did not seem fresh- the texture was chewy and tough. It also had a strange flavor, not like any baklava I’ve had before. At $5 a slice I expected much more. :(

Ordered platia delivered. Gyro was pretty solid. No complaints, good blend of flavors and didn’t get soggy despite delivery. Platter was a bit disappointing. The box it’s delivered in is a poor setup with dividers inside it so you can’t mix and blend the flavors. The portions look generous, but this also cost 20+ dollars(!) so, although generous portions I would expect the food to wow me and it was fairly average across the board. Tazitki, hummus, rice, chicken, lamb, Greek salad. The worst part was the rice which was one dooey ball, clearly someone had scraped the bottom of a hot pan and compacted a little ball of rice and plopped it in, nasty. All in, pretty expensive and average. I’d give it another shot in store since the delivery might’ve hurt this review, or just avoid the platter and get some wraps.

Very good Mediterranean food. Ordered the uncle Gus chicken wrap, falafel wrap lunch special with Greek fries and a small order of the dip trio. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious.

It's outdoor seating only, based out of a food truck/shared kitchen, just FYI! So if it's chilly dress well! Food was awesome, great value, will be back again but with a sweater next time haha
