Here Mon - Thursday. We've had a wonderful stay. The staff is very attentive, the food is delicious, accommodations are comfortable. I was not aware that they accommodate pets - I have allergies. While eating breakfast a woman came in with her dog, picked him up to sit at the table, and then went to serve herself breakfast with unclean hands. Lost my appetite. We were getting up to get more food when I witnessed what she did. Mecklenberg Health Department wouldn't approve. Dogs should never be allowed in the eating area

My family and I stayed here for about a week while house hunting in the area. Prior to our stay here, we stayed in a couple of other local hotels that were priced about the same but did not offer nearly as much as this hotel, or were not even clean. I found this hotel to be the best priced and to have the best amenities (24 hour gym, indoor / outdoor pool, jacuzzi, a restaurant which included one alcoholic beverage for each adult, etc). It is close and convenient to many grocery and retail stores. All of the staff (from housekeeping to the front desk, and even the maintenance staff) were all very kind and very helpful. I would most definitely recommend staying here, especially over the other hotels in the area.

This hotel deserves 5 stars for the service alone. This hotel provides a full breakfast of home fries, eggs, waffles, sausage patties, biscuits n gravy, and other continental type food. The drinks are not only cranberry, orange, and apple juice but also coke products. They also offer you two alcoholic beverages for happy hour (5:30-7) along with a rotation of apps that can serve as your dinner. I had pulled pork sliders, along with a baked potato, salad, and nachos. They also offered hot dogs, mixed veggies, and fresh popped popcorn The assistant manager was gracious and helpful. She was not only directing the traffic of people, she was making sure everyone had what they needed. The staff was really customer focused, pleasant, accommodating, and just plain nice. The rooms were standard type of rooms but clean and a nice size. The hotel is right next to a mall which is walking distance. We were there when the hotel was full so the parking was full and some spots were really tight.

Best Nights Sleep EVER! Even though our room was right by the elevator shaft AND the highway, we never heard a thing!! All employees were super helpful and pleasant. Your stay also includes a fresh cooked breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal and a selection of breads and muffins. Everything was sparkling clean!

The hotel itself is really nice. It's clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the room and decor is attractive and modern. There are a lot of really cool amenities like free popcorn, tea, and coffee throughout the day and awesome kickback events each evening (kickbacks include two free alcoholic drinks per person and a small buffet). The pool and hot tub area looks exactly like the picture, and although small, would actually be very nice if it weren't for the swarms of unattended children. The main issue I had with this establishment was with the homeless, drug dealers, and police that were often around. I was asked if I wanted to buy drugs a few times when I entered and left the building. Most of the other guests were really trashy (disrespectful, inconsiderate, loud, etc). There were police investigations in the parking lot and within the hotel the first night I stayed here. This place really has the potential to be a classy hotel but the patrons and surrounding area make it difficult. My husband and I still had a really good time but we stuck mostly to our room.

Love this place! Room is very clean as expected. They have a jacuzzi which I haven't found in many of the hotels I've been staying at. Also, the rooms have central AC, so no cold air blowing on your head at night. A super bonus is the free drinks on happy hour. They have laundry service and dinner! Can't wait to stay here again. The staff are friendly and I'm satisfied. There is also a mall with a movie theater across the street.

It's a decent hotel in a decent location, but if you value your property or safety look elsewhere. I was victim of a hit and run in front of the hotel. I was staying the night in Charlotte after just buying a car in the area. I paid close attention to how and where I parked as the car was very valuable to me. I tried to maintain a safe distance from other vehicles and made sure that I was parked in front of security cameras. There were at least two cameras covering my vehicle and in the spaces adjacent to it. Shocking enough, when it was time to check out, I noticed a huge scrape in the rear quarter panel of my car. Although I felt terrible about driving 7 hours to stay the night, I felt confident that I would be able to identify the driver with the assistance of the police, except... he was unable to review CTV footage. The manager informed him that the security cameras are motion activated and that they did not have footage of the hit and run. Excuse me? Last I checked, cars move. In the end, I lost thousands in repairs for my new car. Thanks, Drury Inn & Suites for your wonderful security.

Best Hotel in Charlotte hands down. The staff is great. The Manager is one of the most friendliest person I have seen. Rooms are big and clean. The snacks and breakfast are great. I think I am hooked on Drury Hotels. πŸ‘πŸ½

Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. At the lounge ( i forget what they called it) the food was not great, it was bland and not hot, the salad, supposedly a spring salad was lack luster, wilted Lettuce and a couple tomatoes, it was not what we expected. Our room key would not let us in the pool so we gave up trying after several attempts. Bur all in all it was nice

Hotel was great and so was everyone at the front desk! I always feel like Drury Inn is a very decent place to stay. Although I do feel they are becoming outdated decor and style wise.

ONE WASHING MACHINE FOR HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TO SHARE I can't seem to get a response by talking to the hotel staff, so I'll write a review. There's only one washing machine for the entire hotel, and I can't say that the hotel seems to care at all about fixing that. I'm a truck driver, so I thought I'd have a more enjoyable stay in this hotel than in my truck, but instead I've dealt with being able to hear every person who has a conversation outside my room at night and not being able to do laundry without sitting up there and waiting for people to finish their multiple loads of laundry. I've gone up to the laundry room multiple times already and it's constantly being used at all times of the day. One girl insisted on waiting up there, even though I was next and the washer still had 35 minutes left before I could use it. I felt bad for her and decided to let her take my place. I figured I could just do laundry at a different time. But, it's always like that! The line never stops. Why should hotel guests be forced to spend their hotel stay sitting in a laundry room waiting for the one washer to be free? That's not an enjoyable stay at a hotel! It's frustrating to bring this up to the hotel and have them show absolutely no concern about it. I'll tell you what you can do. There's space for you to install a second washer where the current washer is. Then, put that dryer and two more dryers on the opposite wall. The current dryer needs to be run twice to get clothes completely dry. And something needs to be done about the adults and kids yelling and talking in the halls at night. If this hotel doesn't care about people, how can they expect their guests to care? If you let people disrespect the other guests, they're going to do it. The hotel needs to pay more attention to keeping the halls quiet at night. I'm going to find a different place to stay next time, since my concerns don't seem to be a concern for the staff at this hotel. Otherwise, I like this hotel. I like the rooms. I like the free hot breakfast and free hot dinner. I just need to stay at a hotel where I'm not going to be fighting to use the washer. When the hotel does something about that, they should let me know and I'll gladly return.

Rm #210. Room was very nice and clean. Shower was awful. Hardly any water would come out. Told the front desk but wasn't taken care of while we were there. And we were there for three days. That was the only problem in an otherwise great stay.

My recent stay at Drury Inn and Suites in Northlake, NC was outstanding! The pool was amazing, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the 5:30 Kickback was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return for another stay!

Everything was wonderful people at the front desk very kind friendly very good meals served in the morning happy hour and other meals served after 5 PM. All great. The only downside that I see in this hotel is the cable service/TV is terrible. There’s nothing to watch they have no movie channels no HBO no Showtime at all so my suggestion would be to bring something to help pass time because you would not find anything on television to entertain you.

Make sure to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure! We came to town to go to a concert at the stadium. Loved the pool and hot tub! The rooms were so nice and clean. Did I mention the free...yes FREE FOOD AND DRINKS! Between 5 and 7 pm it was a lovely surprise

After having canceled flights and suddenly needing to drive home we booked at this Drury to get some rest before the second half of our trip. We walked in late, exhausted, and cold and were greeted by the incredibly warm staff who not only lightened the mood but also gave us bottles of water and candy for the kids. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we would stay there again. Thanks Drury!

Very kind and friendly. Great Customer Service. Pet friendly ($40 pet fee). And rooms are always really nice and clean . Beds are super comfortable and room gets pretty dark. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast included with stay (6:30 AM - 9:00 AM) and open bar (alcoholic beverages) and dinner included with stay as well (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM). Indoor pool. Each floor has one king size room with a jacuzzi worth the booking.

We ended up at this hotel after a terrible experience trying to check in at a different hotel closer to Charlotte motor speedway. Everything happens for a reason. This place was great! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, breakfast was great. We were never there during dinner but others said it was great. Would absolutely recommend.

Don't forget to use ʜoα΄›α΄‡ΚŸΚ™α΄ΚŸΚŸΚ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be let down. Had a great experience here. This hotel offers more than most from my experience. At my stay they offered a free breakfast, free dinner, two free alcoholic beverages per adult staying, free popcorn, and free pop.

The hotel was nice but the room smelled musty. Food and drinks in the evening and morning are a huge plus and super convenient and also saved us from having to buy a meal elsewhere when we were just using the hotel as a one night stopover. Two complaints would be the pool seemed a little less clean than we would have preferred and the misty smell in our room. The staff was very friendly and nice to talk to. The location was good for us only because it was right off the highway.

This was by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. The most helpful and friendly staff! They provide a full Buffett breakfast and dinner! The rooms are very nice, quiet and comfortable! They were very accommodating to my 2 dogs as well. The location is perfect next to the mall and easy access to the freeway! I will be back! Thank you!

Had a great experience here. This hotel offers more than most from my experience. At my stay they offered a free breakfast, free dinner, two free alcoholic beverages per adult staying, free popcorn, and free pop. It also had a nice hot tub and pool. The pool was a little too cold for my liking but one cool thing about it was, it was half indoor and half outdoor. They also have a small fitness room and a good number of TV channels available in your room. Very close walking distance is a pretty nice mall and some other restaurants and stores outside the mall.

Great experience! Hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room felt very clean and fit our needs perfectly. There was always hot breakfast available (sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc). I did use the fitness center and besides the ac being broken it was one of the better hotel gyms I've been to. Overall a great place to stay if you're in Charlotte!

Friendly and professional staff was the best part of the visit. (Thank you Astra!) Breakfast was better than most. Free buffet every evening and two free drinks from 5-7:30 every night. Rooms were very clean. Perhaps a little dated, but not really an issue. One of my best hotel experiences in a long time.
