First. I am an employee for Hilton and I decided to stay at this location because of travel. I am in tears and completely humiliated at how I was treated at this property. I have never been more discriminated against and prejudiced. I walked in the hotel as an African American woman, wearing pajamas and all front desk staff turned their nose at me. My card declined several times (bank issues because I am traveling) and I guess that made me look even more low class. No one was understanding or trying to help me. The manager, as he told, made me feel the worst. Insisting I was not a ‘good fit’ to stay at his property and asked me to leave. The property then cancel my reservation without my permission stating that ‘it is against Hilton policy for me to travel for another company and work as a Hilton employee’. This conclusion was made after the front desk agent asked about my early check in and I told her I travel for work. This has been the worst experience of my life. My feelings are extremely hurt. I have never felt more looked down on and judged.

Needless to say it's 3:54 AM and I am wide awake. They fail to inform that there's a night club directly across the street that is a total nightmare. Club goers park their vehicles in the Hilton lot then come back once they're drunk, running over curbs and such, not hotel guest either. Hilton is overflow parking for the club. No cars hit luckily. Muscle cars sit idle with bass music going in Hilton parking lot as well as muliple cars in the club parking lot doing the same...goes on for hours even after the club closes, endless cars driving circles around the club. I am on the third floor and can hear everything being said on the sidewalk below. Turned the ac fan on to attempt to drown out the outdoor events, but don't forget two doors down you have people fighting loudly, then another couple doors down people playing music loudly...once again at 3:54 in the morning. I was given a pair of ear plugs after spending more than $200 to stay at this horrible place. Told to contact Hilton for a refund. To say the least..this hotel is "lively" in all the wrong ways. Friends and family must be completing Google reviews because no way this place is a four.

Worst hotel I’ve been in. I travel every weekend for my job, and stay at plenty of hotels. This one is pretty up there for a horrible experience. Checked in and went into my first room, upon walking in there was a mildew smell that hit me, and I heard an extreme loud noise. Walked in to find a huge industrial sized fan plugged in and obviously drying the carpet. The carpet was still damp. So I asked to have a different room. Second room was ok, but the rooms are extremely outdated. And in my second room there were 3 huge cockroaches crawling around. I’m from florida, so I understand those do exist, but if the hotels in Florida can keep their rooms clean enough to not have them, there’s really no excuse for anyone else to have them. Needs renovated and cleaned badly. Appears nice in lobby at first sight, but even the furniture in lobby had stains on it, and was super gross.

I had a great experience here. The staff was spectacular and I'd definitely stay here again. I prefer Home 2 Suute by Hilton but I had a bad experience at the one close by so lucky me. I'll be recommending thus location to others in my company. I travel for a living so I really appreciate good service. My room had a couple things that were older or missing a screw but that didn't effect the comfort of the beds, pillows, water pressure, nice hot water or the amazing location of this hotel. Like I said, this location was great. Even the pizza delivery service was great here, haha. I look forward to staying here again! Thank you.

Hotel smelled horrible. So many smokers everywhere. Our room reeked so much like smoke even though it was nonsmoking and I couldn't wait to checkout. If I had gotten in earlier in the day I would have switched hotels. The hotel across the street is much newer and nicer I would never stay here again. The manager on duty was nice and helpful though.

Crime Beware! Auto break ins common! Nothing being done. Do not stay here. The night check in clerk did not warn me even when I said I am parking my truck and boat back side. In the morning when truck broken into… staff, yes it happens a lot. We asked for more cameras and such. No police show up. Reports over the phone. Nothing happens except you now pay to fix your vehicle. Staff said vehicles stolen out of lot and even their own cars broke into. No refund on my room and no extra points, nothing…. The staff was friendly enough but let’s be honest, it’s a joke. Do not ever stay here. Bed was horrible, hotel needs update and more. Not worth it at all.

Do not ignore Jimmy Cassity’s review. Property crime is very much a problem. One of our vehicles were broken into by criminals that stole items out of the truck and created a gigantic inconvenience and headache for us when we woke up to check out. Staff was mostly unconcerned and we were left to pick up the pieces. Some staff were nice. Others not so much. Rooms were not cleaned at all and toilet paper was not restocked. Additionally, the breakfast was not good and overpriced. It should be included in the room for that level of quality. Rooms were okay. That at least wasn’t bad. Think twice about choosing this hotel. I did not, and it was a big stain on what was otherwise a lovely trip.

I stayed here 10-15-2022 and checked in around 18:00 hours or so. Paid $206 for less than a 18 hour stay. I specifically requested a room with a window NOT facing the roadway because I did NOT want to hear any road noise or as little as possible. The girl assured me I wouldn’t hear anything …boy was she wrong. I had a VERY hard time sleeping due to the excessive road noise and outside lights bleeding through the curtains. I called and notified the girl that checked me in that the room was noisy and about the light bleeding through. All she said was I’m sorry. It was HORRIBLE to say the least but I was super exhausted to request another room. I went for the continental breakfast, in the elevator there was fecal matter on the floor of the elevator AND the topper was an extra fee outside of the $206 I already paid. Before checking out I notified the girl at the desk and she claimed she was going to inform the Manager whom she said was busy when I requested him. I went across the street to the Bob Evan’s restaurant for breakfast …VERY DISSATISFIED for a HILTON stay!!

This is a review of our stay on 11/27/22. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel rooms are in serious need of upgrades and don't match with the photos provided on their website. When my family went to our room on the first night, there was adjunct door to another hotel room which caused a privacy issue for us. The front desk was kind enough to relocate us to a different room. However, in our new room, the TV controls were confusing. This hotel uses Direct TV which had interface issues and made it difficult to find channels on the channel guide. Also, the bathroom had dated wallpaper, mildew in some of the shower tiles and the faucets for both the sink and bathtub weren't mounted properly. The toilet was also very old and the water pressure for flushing was so weak it had us calling the front desk for a plunger, which was embarrassing. The doors in our hotel room were also dated with chipped paint and looked like they should be hinged in a hospital room. It also appears that the hotel has some people living there as well. But their breakfasts weren't bad. Although we wish they would extend their hours from 10am to 11am to accommodate guests who may want to sleep in a little late. Considering this hotel is part of the Hilton chain, and we have stayed at far more appealing Garden Inn hotels, we were very surprised at how drab the rooms were. The staff told us that the hotel was in the process of renovations. But we didn't see any work going on during our stay. So, perhaps the renos will happen in 2023? *shrugs* All in all, the stay was average and this is a location we'll probably not return to anytime soon.

Absolutely beautiful. The lobby is so inviting. We had a seminar here and the fireplace was beautiful for all 3 days. Ms Vee was very sweet and saw us sitting at the table and offered us water. So unexpected and very much appreciated. A must visit if you are in the area.

I sincerely don't know what the other people experienced but my hotel room felt and seemed like another world 🌍! It didn't have Fox news or NewsMax! However it did have peace and quiet! So comfortable! Also, note worthy it is totally opposite of the other-side of the highway! 🛣️ Businesses over there are actually tired of crime paying extra is a safety measure on their part to keep their costs low! Which I have no problem with, feeling like, I am not apart of the problem for a business makes me feel more inclined to help others and included in the community dynamic. It's also very humbling! Especially, since I got to see the young ladies who drove up to me, and fed me as soon as I rolled out of bed! Talk about my tummy being full! I only needed a snack at the end of a long day on the run! Went to sleep 😴 with a big smile 😊😁 on my face! Still got one, today!

Staff at the hotel were pleasant but the hotel its self needs a major make over. Peeling wall paper in lobby , room carpet looked dirty and old. When I lifted the mattress the bed skirt had a giant pee stain on it and lastly the elevator had the word F@G carved into it. You think staying at a Hilton would be nice but it wasn’t worth the money. We arrived at 9pm after driving 6 hours and were too tired to go somewhere else. One more thing- I called the Hilton customer service line and the first person I talked to was nice and offered a refund, but the person her transferred me to seemed more concerned on me providing pictures and why I didn’t mention it to front desk then instantly taking my feedback and issuing a discount or refund.

I felt that $325 for two nights at this particular Hilton was not worth it. The night staff is not pleasurable to work with. The look as if you choosing to stay there and contribute to their check is a disservice for them. I also was quoted FAR more than what was listed on the Hilton website, and when I brought this to the front desk clerks attention he so vaguely let me know that wasn't his problem. The bed was extremely hard, and I had a hard time sleeping. I was more than glad when my stay was over.

Everything but the Wifi was great. I called their help desk 3 times in 3 hrs and the Wifi continued to drop and disappear after 2-3 minutes over 20 times on my laptop and phone. It was never resolved by the morning so I left a day early. The hot tub whirlpool was terrific and much needed. I asked for a comp breakfast and it was granted.

The hotel is nice but do not get a suite. They are right by the elevator shaft and we heard the elevator all night long, Couldn't sleep and the manager was not concerned at all about our situation. Plus we, were checking out the next day, so we had to drive for 2 1/2 hours. Worst trip ever.

They were really slow, And said we were getting are room in 20 minutes, but soon 20 minutes turned to a hour. They gave us another room and was sweet about it, but they were slow.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is I have never in my life been to a hotel where I had to pay for breakfast. Breakfast should be included for the price you have to pay to stay here. For $28 I could have went to a restaurant. We didn't eat $28 worth of food.

If there were a hotel you felt sad leaving this was it. my family and l stayed at this hotel for and extended stay the staff was so helpful and friendly they really made a tough situation a breeze. the desk staff bentover backwards to make sure my nightmare did not continue under their watch my sister and my nieces absolutely loved staying there and so did l. it would be a disservice to name individuals because the entire staff from top to bottom were topnotch. l have traveled all over the country and l have stayed at other upscale hotels this one was the best hands down l could not have asked for more and l felt bad that l could not stay longer.

Pros: Staff The check-in process was easy. The front lobby was nice, clean, updated. The people at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. During our Friday night meet & Greet and our banquet, the two ladies helping were fantastic. Overall, the service was great. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate, restaurants, and Walmart is a 5 minute drive if you forget essentials. Breakfast food was good. Banquet food was decent. It needed a bit more seasoning. Water pressure and temperature in the room was great! Pool/gym opened 24 hrs. Cons: Rooms are VERY outdated. Upon check-in, 4 different family members had to request a new room due to horrible smells or things not working correctly. Stained, peeling wallpaper needs to be replaced. Wallpaper needs to he cleaned and replaced. Carpets need a thorough cleaning. Bathrooms are tiny (that's not the hotels fault though) but if you read this and are thinking about a stay, just know they are small. Pool is TINY and needs a good cleaning.

The rooms are still dated but the lobby has been renovated and it's very nice and cozy. The breakfast (not continental)menu is good with a variety of options. Staff really kind and helpful. There s a small gym on-site and located close to dining options, shopping and I-77.

I loved this hotel! Has everything a person could ask for- I was greeted by a friendly staff both times I checked in- I stayed here twice in the same week- once on a Sunday night and again on the following Friday. Both nights I stayed in a single room- was plenty of room for me and my wife- There is a nice outdoor area to sit and get some fresh air! My room was clean and spacious and I loved how there was soooo many pillows. Thank you Hilton for providing a great place to stay!

We chose this hotel because it was cheap. Our expectations were too low! The service on the weekend was great. The front desk was patient, attentive, and friendly. When the continental breakfast was done but one of my kids felt sick, they let me take an extra bagel. When we arrived too early, they let us in 1 of the 2 adjoining rooms right away. When we weren’t sure of where to order pizza, they had recommendations. When we wanted a few supplies, they had directions for us. The pool was a little too small, but it was a pool, and the kids played in it for hours. We felt safe at all time.

Housekeeping poor visible hair everywhere but management really nice and professional and handled the situation. No hot water often. We enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast. 1 adult 2 children and a baby I felt safe. Nice area with restaurants and shops. I enjoy Hilton properties and stay at least once a month but it has been a constant decline. These pictures show the yellow stains all over the mattress and visible hair...

A little dated but was nice. I’m a Hilton member so I’m very picky about hotels. Service was great during breakfast. Clean rooms

I was not impressed with this hotel. The hotel is older and seems it needs more attention. My room wasn't very clean and some of the ceiling paint was pelling off. The wifi in the room didn't work because the access point was too far away and when I mentioned it to the lady in the reception, she said she could give me the tech support's number to call them. Seriously? I was not there to do their job! The night we got to the hotel, something was spilled on the elevator's floor. The next morning, I noticed it had not been cleaned yet. We were supposed to be there for two days, but after these incidents, and the fact that I found a review from someone saying they found bed bugs, we decided to check out after the first day. I do have to give Joe credit because he was able to check us out earlier without any penalty.

Our family surprised us with a night at the Hilton Garden Inn - we arrived late at night, shortly after our wedding ceremony and I was incredibly nauseous from the ride. The women at the check-in counter were so, incredibly kind. They checked us in quickly and brought up salted lime juice and ginger ale to our room immediately (without us even needing to ask). They were so thoughtful and attentive and I am so thankful for their consideration and support!!!

Hotel itself is fine, the issue we had was with other guests. A couple of families with young children decided that 1am was a great time to go to the pool, which was right outside our room.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff behind the desk. Left to early to see their breakfast, but the shower was hot and the room was clean. Much needed for this quick turn trip.

The room was wayyyy below what you expect when you pay almost 200 for a night. It was uncomfortable. The AC didn't work well and the shower didn't get very warm. Your money used to go so much further... And someone started smoking something nasty in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault but after everything I went home early instead of staying another night. The manager didn't care a bit. They got my money.

Pictures showed a hot tub at the pool area, I called to verify the pool and hot tub was both operational, the front counter person ensured they was both working. When I arrived there was no hot tub, had been filled in with concrete. Hotel was dirty, trash all over the parking lot, smelt of Marijuana badly. Loud music coming from rooms. When I confronted the front office lady about the issues she said she had never walked out to the pool area so really didn't know if there was a hot tub. She said she would cancel my reservation and not charge us for the room, that we never checked into. But my card has still be charged, I will contact the BBB, thr corporate office and fraud unit on this hotel.

The Hilton Garden Inn was located in a central location for the needs I had in the area, in addition, it was close enough to the airport and major highways. The facility was clean and in very good condition with amenities that were in a central location. The staff was a positive beginning and end to each day with their greetings and smiles. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Wish the breakfast was free like some others are. But there is a Bob Evans Restaurant right in front of this Hilton garden, Which was good! I will certainly go back. We stayed there because of a big snow storm that came in and kept us there for 2 days. We did this because I was concerned that the power would go out at our house and when our power goes out so does the water. And I just can't be without power and water. Thanks Hilton

I got a room that had a spa tube in the room witch was great to just relax in I'm a truck driver and had to put it in the shop for a few weeks to get some work done on it anyway back to the hotel, the room was very nice clean and comfortable. The price of the room was a little pricey for two night stay. It was $449.00 and then a pet fee was 75 dollars for 2 nights witch is a little high for pet fees but I would stay again for sure very nice well maintained hotel and a bonus they had a indoor outdoor pool that was opened to the room 😀

I like that the hotel isn't far from the hwy. A little tricky to get in & out of, but ample lit parking. I had trouble checking in, because I used a brand new approved Hilton credit card that I booked my room with, but didn't have the card yet. The guy on staff told me to download the Hilton app which wouldn't let me check-in. 3rd try by adding the card to my Google pay allowed me to check-in with my drivers license. The lobby is beautiful & comfortable! Masks are optional for vaccinated guests. Chip in the tub, mark on the carpet, and curtain was falling, but the room smelled fresh & was very clean. About 8am for about an hour every 10-15mins someone kept slamming a door. I'm not sure if it was staff or guests. I was in room 228.
